This is a loaded either library or art gallery. Whichever. However, efforts must be made that this last generations, not after 3 generations, someone would just wake &; says he wants to sell & the place would be reduced to rubbles.

If he used fraudulent papers to obtain a loan, that loan transaction is void.
Something you should note is that individuals won't be held able for illegal deductions. It's the bank's legal department and lawyers who would handle it.
There are lots of rogues in Nigerian banks that run things. The present CBN Governor was in Zenith and we all heard his story.
Thanks for your comments. I have a decade & almost 5 years of law practice in this Country.
Let the court decide, that someone used a Forged documents to obtain a loan and that the bank was also making illegal deductions, then the transaction is void ab initio. Let the court decide that.
Also by the extant laws in this country & decided cases, ONLY law enforcement agencies are not criminally liable if they comit a crime in the process of investigating or prosecuting an earlier crime, thus it does not lie in the mouth of GT Bank to say because Innoson used forged documents, then they would do illegal deductions up to the tune of N770m.
By the way it is the directors of an Incorporated body that is usually liable either in criminal or civil litigations.

this dispute between GTB and innoson has been on since 2011 when innoson used false shipping papers to obtain loan from GTB!!!
stop defending fraudsters
see for yourself http://punchng.com/igp-charges-innoson-with-n2-4bn-shipping-fraud/
Sir,
Let them prosecute him for using forged documents, no problems, however, let the MD of GT Bank & the Branch Manager of GT Bank where the is domiciled be prosecuted for illegal deductions they made from his and the deductions repaid.
I am of the opinion that GT Bank is using the forgery case ( if indeed there is) to negotiate with him on the case of illegal deductions but he is not balling. Let us see how the whole thing goes.

Innocent Chukwuma loves to borrow.
When it's time to pay he starts telling you Civil war stories.
God forbid.
Bill Gates did not become the world's richest man by borrowing.
Please follow this case very well. Read the law reports as well. This guy borrowed money & then the bank made deductions which is allowed but the deduction was beyond what the law allows. When the man noticed it, he employed the services of an auditor. The auditor came up with about 770m or thereabout as illegal deductions. GT Bank also called an auditor, the bank's auditor came up with about N700m plus, Innoson said no problem, they should pay what the bank' s auditor found, that was when all these whahala started.
It's not about borrowing money, it is about that the bank can do this to anyone including you.
I am not Igbo, so don't think I am defending an Igbo kinsman, I am just in my field & I know when something is not right.

precisely, and there is nothing that says Hijab is not allowed
the implication is exactly what Firdaus stated - that nothing whatsover in any NBA handbook, code of conduct, regulations forbids, or advises against wearing of hijab
please do not pretend to be daft or mischievous.
this is why in the end it will be up to the NBA. as i said previously, unfortuantely for you frothing bigots, Muslims are very very well represented in the NBA.
your 'masquerade' , 'ninja' and other slurs will not hold water because these are professionals who have worked with people in hijab with no issues whatsover.
do you understand now. . .or are you one of those poor souls who has been robbed of critical reasoning by the nigerian educational system?
how do you violate a dress code when there is no rule against it? are you a lawyer? have you ever seen a company policy before? these documents are unambiguos, especially where dress codes are concerned
all we have is the likely forged document that mynd44 was referencing
anything forbidden is SPELT OUT as it is in the documents you perused without comprehending
the best you can get toward your case is one blog where people were advised against religious symbols because of potential prejudices of the judges.
These are valid points you have made. I assume you are looking at the lacuna of the CLE, in that it did not state categorically that no one wears hijab to call to bar ceremonies. However, I think the court would have to make pronouncement( probably up to the Supreme Court), because, the Rules says you must appear in your wig & gown & suits, so she would have to argue that she can wear something underneath the wig & that would not amount to disobedience to the Rules.

This matter is actually very simple and straightforward than it is being made to be.
Firstly Miss Firdaus get yourself a good lawyer, instruct him to bring an application for enforcement of your fundamental rights via the FREP rules 2009.
One of the prayers you would be seeking as a relief is that the actions of staff of the council of legal education on the day of your call to bar infringed on your right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion
Please remind your lawyer to be reasonable and only ask that you may be called at the next call to bar which is April 2018.
Also please tell him to institute your case in the Federal High court and should only make a case against the council of legal education and not the body of benchers (the body is the highest supreme body in the land ) they might feel offended
Kind regards
Akinola Samuel Eluyefa
Every Right has a limitation even the Right to Life.
Right to Association or Religion means that no one can force you to accept Islam,. Christianity or Traditional Religion, it must be by your choice.
Right to Religion cannot afford you disobedience to the Rules of CLE made pursuant to an ACT of FRN.
You can only win, if CLE or the NLS management says as a Muslim, you must go to worship in the NLS Chapel & that if you don't, you won't be called to the bar.
That's two leg. Forcing a religion on you & also denying you of a privilege predicated upon the former.
Many thanks.
NB.
CLE - Council of Legal Education
NLS. Nigeria Law School
ACT : the law that brought CLE & NLS into being
FRN: Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Families will now be able to enjoy more space with their luxury utility vehicle thanks to the new three-row Lexus RX L models. The RX created the luxury crossover segment 20 years ago and has reigned supreme as the most popular luxury utility vehicle on the market. The 2018 RX 350L and RX 450hL models retain their stylish figures, but now offer the choice of six or seven-enger capability.
Once in dealerships late this year, the RX 350L will have a starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $47,670* (FWD) and $49,070* (AWD) which will translate to about N24milion and N25million respectively in Nigeria after shipping and clearing.
Lexus Signature Design
The 2018 RX L models offer the same award-winning safety, style, luxury and performance as the two-row versions. The LUV trend-setting combination of SUV versatility and luxury sedan-like comfort comes packaged in the brand’s dramatic mix of sharp creases and curves. The Lexus signature spindle grille, a focal point, is set off by an elegant chrome-plated surround and standard Bi-LED headlights. Available LED headlights use three unique L-shaped elements per side.
Lexus Safety
In the 2018 RX L models, the full-length side curtain airbags cover all three rows. The standard Lexus Safety System+ includes Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Keep Assist, Intelligent High Beams and All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Blind Spot Monitor with Intuitive Parking Assist and Rear Cross-Traffic Braking are also available. Panoramic View Monitor is an optional feature.
RX 350L: 290-Horsepower V6
The 2018 Lexus RX 350L offers plenty of power to go with its six- or seven- enger cabin and added cargo capacity. The 3.5-liter V6 employs the advanced D-4S fuel injection system, which combines direct and port fuel injection systems. To maximize efficiency, Variable Valve Timing – Intelligent Wide (VVT-iW) is used on the intake camshaft, along with VVT-i on the exhaust camshaft, allowing the engine to switch between Otto and Atkinson combustion cycles.
The result is 290 hp and 263 lb.-ft. of torque, with performance and efficiency optimized by an eight-speed automatic transmission. Use of regular-grade gasoline is a boon to customer value. Using Drive Mode Select, the RX 350L driver can exert more control by choosing from among three driving modes. Normal provides an ideal everyday balance of performance and energy conservation, Sport puts an edge on powertrain responsiveness and Eco mode operates the powertrain at its most efficient level
RX 450hL Hybrid with AWD
Luxury buyers seeking an eco-advanced family three-row vehicle will find the ideal travel mate in the 2018 Lexus RX 450hL. The Lexus Hybrid Drive system pairs the D4-S injection 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine with two high-torque electric drive motor-generators, producing 308 combined system horsepower for strong acceleration and ing performance.
The standard AWD system is unique. Instead of transfer gears and a driveshaft to the rear wheels used on the RX 350 AWD models, an independent rear-mounted electric motor drives the rear wheels when needed to help maintain optimal traction.
In the RX 450hL, the Drive Mode Select system adds a fourth mode, EV, that enables the vehicle to drive under electric power at lower speeds for short distances. It’s an excellent way to navigate a large parking lot or garage, or to run a local errand.
Multimedia Powerhouse
From powerful audio to cutting-edge displays, the multimedia choices available for the 2018 Lexus RX L models cover all needs. The standard Display Audio system includes an eight-inch screen, HD Radio™, Scout GPS Link, Bluetooth® audio, voice recognition, an AUX mini jack, two USB ports and nine speakers. The driver will find frequently used switches placed close at hand for convenience. Middle-row USB ports enable engers to use and charge their own multimedia devices.
The Navigation Package upgrades to a 12-speaker audio system. Also included, the 12.3-inch high-resolution split-screen multimedia display offers a full-screen navigation map or can provide simultaneous access to audio or climate controls and various systems; as well as the mouse-like Remote Touch Interface.
The 2018 RX L models offer audiophile-quality mobile sound with the available 835-watt, 15-speaker Mark Levinson Surround System in conjunction with the navigation system. Advanced Clari-Fi™ compressed music restoration technology instills new life into digital music files.
With the new RX 450hL Hybrid, the most powerful and most fuel-efficient RX model, owners will still reap the benefits of the two-row model, such as optional heated/ventilated front seats and Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
