BroZuma: I agree with you that he is not that a superb cop, however I think that his name has been mentioned when it comes to police conquering most notorious & wanted criminals across the country. I only hope that he would not be set up like that Abu military guy. I think someone has raised that above! 1 Like |

Protein0: A million thanks. I had to scroll several times to see the weapons and I couldn't find any. This is not a good one, MOD please change the topic to Fulani herdman invaded a school with his cattle. @Topic, I am wondering what has happened to the youth in the society, maybe everyone has taken to social media. Those days, youth would rally round and chase this guy away with his cattle without harming anyone! |

Congratulations to the young lad. I could argue that Buchi has a son as old as 21.

Big congratulations oh! Next time time if you are taking something that is not yours and you found another similar, please call the owner to help. Same thing happened somewhere in Omole, Lagos some years ago. Someone told his friend to help pick something from his Toyota Highlander, the friend got downstairs and saw two Toyota Highlander cars, same model, slightly different colour, parked beside each other, the guy just guessed and opened one ( I was amazed that the key can open another), alas, he opened the wrong one and owner shouted thief. If not for explanation and that the other guy came down, maybe the guy would have been mobbed. 1 Like |

Ghana is a wonderful country oh! I pray Nigeria gets to that level where our Military boys would be cool headed in the face of provocation. You will kill a Captain in NIGERIA and that village is still intact. Dare kill a Recruit or Private, whether they will not wipe your village how much more a Captain. 1 Like 1 Share |

@OP, guess the original mail was sent to Genevieve Magazine. Anyways, I have done an online checking on the lady. It seems to me that she has access to so many foreign health sponsorship. I see that she is a YALi scholar, it appears she is doing a Master in New Castle, UK and a host of other international physiotherapist connection. I think the best way to ensure that this doesn't recur is to rebroadcast on all social media. I am sure she might be reading this. I had to stop the video, honestly. |

Celcius: That part of N74m rent in Aso Rock got me rolling on the floor. But the truth is, building a house in Nigeria takes grace. Lagos as a case study, you know how many agencies will need to approve one thing or the other before you can conclude construction! The most annoying part is that they don't check for the things that can make for a durable building. |

Bia, bia, who has an expensive non- alcoholic wine? Biko, give that Governor a trailer load on my behalf. This is what I was telling the Ag President on his Twitter page on Thursday last week before he mentioned the N30k scheme yesterday. We must have ease of owning LAND in NIGERIA. Kudos Sir. 1 Like |

SmartyPants: Many thanks. So far till the point I am quoting you, apart from yours, Ayindejimmy and Maximus85, the other comments are not encouraging. I don't mean to be disrespectful. I do agree that these guys have made so many promises and they didn't fulfill; why? I don't know, it is left for them to tell us why, I am not their mouthpiece. Do we have reasons to doubt them? YES. However, I feel we are not criticising constructively. We have not seen the roap, we have not seen the scheme schedule, the man has only made a pre-emptive speech preparatory to the launch of the scheme. Now it is likely that they want to improve on the NHS or run a parallel but cheaper and easy- to- access scheme. I and some folks have discussed the NHS here on Nairaland a couple of times, however, let me just drop some hints. The NHS is domiciled with the FMBN. It is a Federal Government Housing Scheme Mortgage. The maximum amount you can draw is N15M and you must pay 30% equity, which is N4.5m. If you want to access N10M, you will pay 20% equity. Likewise, N5M with 10% equity payment. Now the scheme came into being when those figures were big money in Nigeria ( the figures are still big though, but can not possibly meet its desired purpose now). The way it operates is that you open a NHF with some financial institutions ed with FMBN, (Aso Savings,, Resort Savings are good example), you save till your equity is met and the FIs will apply on your behalf and you can use the funds to buy let say a 3 bedroom bungalow at Adron Homes Simawa or Hastom's Green Farm Estate Ogbomosho for 15m. You are expected to pay back the 70% disbursed to you on a monthly basis for 30 years ( if you are age 60, it is not likely they will give you cause they want you to be able to pay back when you are working or doing business, not when you have retired) on a 6% interest rate. Even though people are accessing this scheme, it is pretty hard and takes a lot of time. So if this new Scheme allows you to pay N30,000 (both principal & interest) monthly for 30 years, then it is a Live On Arrival. 1 Like |

Is alright.. You will need additional N380m to pay guys who will carry the car on their shoulders each time the car runs into bad road in Nigeria.
