Unfortunately, this mostly happens when a visa is denied. Ukvi just haven't sent the refusal letter yet

I got an email from VFS that my port is ready for collection but no email from UKVI that my visa has been approved or refused. Is this normal please?

I am going to collect my port tomorrow but I’m so anxious and scared.

Hi guys is anyone also going to Nottingham Trent University here for January intake. I'm still waiting for my visa btw and my resumption was January 20th but its been extendedtill February 10th. My Biometrics was on the 17th of January. I got this email today, does anyone know what this mean or for anyone that experienced this how long did it take to get your visa after? My 15 working days should be due on Thursday 6th February. I also heard paid calls delays the outcome of the visa, how true is this
