There are whole lots of disadvantages and destructions it does to the body but loosing weight isn't one of it. I can tell you that your weight gain is as a result of freedom, happiness, peace of mind, optimism and positivity from breaking out of that addiction called masturbation. Anybody masturbating should stop it immediately. You are destroying yourself.
