What happens to them when turned over to the Police? My reasoning is the Police never tried to arrest them. I believe they know them and receive bribes to allow them to operate. Communities need to go back to our cultures ... how we dealt with such criminals. Maybe the punishment for these should each be served a bowl full of hot peppers ....with a mug of warm water ... forced to eat all of it ... lashes if they stop. It will take a few days for the mouth to stop burning and more than a few days they will be feeling it at the bottom end when nature be calling. We wouldn't have to worry about them doing such again.

Been off for a long time time .... but will try this time to keep it coming. So let me start from where I am at this moment.

NYC ...Brooklyn. ... 2 pm ... cold... 52 degrees Fahrenheit ... peak for the day ... rain forecast to begin around this time...and it is here ...light drizzle ... expected to get heavy and pound through the night with dropping temperature ... wind expected to pick up in the next hour ...heavy gusts ... ban on trailers and other vehicles that can be blown off the roads goes into effect at 3. Residential area ... private houses mainly ... attention Enforcer ... few stand alone apartment buildings...as seen in the left background. On the right with the high silver fence is the old Psychiatric Section of Kings County Hospital ... Brooklyn's main Public Hospital. ...quite extensive huh?! ...so you know why the need for the high fence. This section has now been converted to a Shelter.... where documented people are allowed to stay overnight.

About the photos .... the ambulance had previously stopped to attend tona group of homeless people who hang out farther back. The ambulance rolled past slowly and stopped farther up. Here comes this guy....walking in the road way.... well dressed...as you can see ...fashionova... cars have to swerve away from him... he's walking...like a soldier ...quick clip ...when he almost reaches the ambulance...it pulls off. Now he is marching back from whence he came! Just another crazy one amongst us with no tell tale sign...... can't judge a book by its cover. Almost every week of late...it is none of these normal looking ones that be suddenly pushing people on to the train tracks or just whipping out a knife and slashing people.

At least I made a start!
