The problem here is that men have forgotten their roles and get manipulated into taking roles that they are never meant to.

House agents are a very greedy, lazy and wicked people. They need to be checked by the government as their excesses are getting out of hands.
Then when I was house hunting, I got referred by a personal friend to a 3-bed apartment for 1.2M which was undergoing a renovation. I even saw the property manager who was ready to accept payment immediately. 3 days later, one house agent on my list put that same property on his whatsapp status for 1.6M. I was like what manner of madness is this? I got to learn that what these guys do is, they go and talk to landlords to inflate their prices to satisfy their own greed. They are the reasons for the excessive rent costs in big cities like Lagos, PH, Abuja, etc.
