My company just last week d for a vacancy of one of the Top Management Team. I am charged with responsibilities to prepare job adverts, placing them in web, whatsapp and Facebook groups, which i did successfully. This Morning when I was going thru the CVs, am dumbfounded to this trash called modern CV. Nawao

However, I am very surprised this morning to see some applicants' CV ( so called modernized CV/resume) without providing Bio-data such as date of birth, marital status, nationality or state of origin, address, etc. There is no reference or referee.

We have resolved to disqualify any applicant with such CVs or resumes.

Modernizing CV should not remove its essential attributes.

That is my opinion.

Your opinion is not valid when it comes to matters of personal information...it is not compulsory to put your personal information on a CV or resume...any thing other than the persons email and phone number is none of your business..in more developed countries it is illegal to even ask of such information
