Right now, I am vacillating between Christianity and deism. I have some experience with a church/chapel named All Christian Practical Praying Band. They do this spiritual stuff of a thing and they also see visions. I dont know if it will be of help to you. I only need someone to explain somethings to me.

I believe that a supreme God exist, i also it that as a mortal being there are mystries beyond my comprehension, i know that supreme being is all powerful and knowing although i dont know if he is caring, (considering the number of innocent children being Molested and other atrocities being committed, some will say those people suffering did not pray, but i thought God is more caring than a father and no father will sit and watch his daughter been Molested all because she did not ask for his help or am i wrong), i know he holds my life in his hands (i fear him). I have always seen the universe as existing from nothing. Even when assuming that nothing evolved to something by a force which I do not know, (if you believe in evolution). How did life come out to be? I am into engineering, so I have seen many machines and control systems and I know what is involved behind the box. The assembly of components at the right places to do a specific task. Now that is a machine. We humans are multifaceted. We are too intricate to have arrived by chance So I cant choose to believe that all these were unconsciously assembled.
I am not a christian, so I wont divulge into the reasons for anomalies of life and creation.
Everything we see around us was set into motion from day1.
I dont think evidence of God is in any religious book, it is in you- your five senses.
If you want to imagine nothiness, think of what happens to you during sleep of 8 hours(without dreams). What happens? you dont know.
I asked myself these questions which
How did nature unconsciously know that humans need eyes, that we need to see nature? then arrange elements of the eye together to produce eyes for sight at the face, and not at the anus.
How did nature know that humans needs to percieve odour from nature?
How did nature know that humans need to taste?
Nature produced male and female (I know there are intermediate anomalies).
Why did nature not produce many other kinds of sex. Why male and female? All our organs are connected to our brains. When you see an unclad opposite sex, there is signal being transferred from eyes to the brain, which sends the signls to your se.x organs. Sometimes it happens unconsciously. I used to think like an atheist. But there is something unique in life. You dont tell me that the ability to think, love, hate be sad, reason, judge, disern and some high level of intelligence is just by some random chance natural selection, that unknowingly gathered elements of the brain together and started evolving? Infact, the proof of God is found in the atheists. How can something be able to reason logic to this level and find little faults in arguments and you tell me that its just a product of nature found in the tiny brain that came by chance without any external control?

I am from a catholic family. I ve done baptism, 1st holy communion and confirmation at early ages. As I am saying this, I find it hard to believe that the holy communion bread is jesus. Infact, during the recent feast of christ the king; during the procession, I felt uneasy when the bread was raised. Cos I saw people shouting and singing. Some crying. I was like wtf. When the feeling rose, I almost asked the next person beside me how he sees it as jesus, but I witheld. I did not want anyone to see me as strange cos most of my friends have known me as a communicant for over 10 years. So, I want to sincerely ask the question. How do you see the the bread being raised? how do you even feel the need to praise the bread or shout when the bread is being raised. When in cathechism, I was told that the bread is an ordinary bread before consecration, and it becomes body and blood of christ after consecration. But the consecration on its own is not even a special event. Its just some words and I dont feel anything specialhappens during consecration. So are there people like me? what is your take on this?

I cant explain God. I used to think that atheists were right. But I dont think God needs to proove anything to us. Its just like you making a very powerful machine/robot that can think on its own.
