A research facility I'm acquainted with here in Nigeria produces and sells tissue culture suckers to farmers. They have to order large quantities though. Minimum of 1,000 or 10,000pieces. I don't which now.

Emempaul:

what we have is nigeria is not tissue culture suckers but sucker multiplication through corm of mother plant with desirable traits and yes it remains a normal sucker

tissue culture is for labs and research institute for experimental purposes

28th Decembeeeeeeer!!! Whhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyy!!!

It's a mixed feeling for me this very day, should i be happy or be sad? I wasn't expecting this, but it happened all the same. Patra, the pregnant goat I was hoping to sell off as soon as possible just kidded a couple of hours ago. Just when I was thinking of downsizing drastically, another triplets have been added to the family, guuush!!!
To make matters worse, all the other goats are pregnant!!! cry cry

Good news anyways, their new home is about 87% ready. I should be through with the fencing today.

Names for the new additions loading!!! (That's my best part about deliveries) grin grin
Congratulations Boss

Commercial quantities of pure neem oil and shea butter available. Shea butter comes in 25 litre kegs while minimum order for neem oil is 1 litre.
Shea butter can both be used for culinary purposes and in the formulation of skin and hair care products. Neem oil is used in the manufacture of skin care products, insecticides, and as an organic pesticide and fungicide in agriculture.

I grow African leafy vegetables and battle leaf miner constantly. I've tried wood ash and neem oil sprays to no avail. Anyone who has successfully fought leaf miner organically, please share your tips.

Well-done Boss. Please where do you buy your seed trays and I need some tips on growing peppers. I've tried a couple of times but they always become diseased with the leaves curling and getting spots. I also battle with leaf miner on most of my local leafy vegetables.

@ Jidestroud, thanks bunch. Will pics ASAP.. @Okoroemeka thanks. Are these recommendations organic?
Kehfie(f): 6:49pm On Nov 14, 2018
@Jidestroud, thank you so much for your detailed and very helpful posts. I followed your vegetable farming thread with very keen interest several months ago and was inspired to make a container/sack garden with ugu, waterleaf, bitterleaf, other African veggies, cucumber, tomatoes, different herbs and even yams. Success was varied..... But I am glad and better for the experience. My gardening is organic and I'm having challenges of leaf miner for some of my African leafy vegetables and, my ugu leaves curled, and had some sort of insect infestation behind the leaves and stunted growth. Some eventually died off. Please have you any idea how I can arrest these problems? Keep up the good work!!!
