@Aventures
Thanks for your thoughful insight. In as much as I concur with your definition of Deed of Conveyance; I'm somehow bemused by your clarification on Deed of Assignment - as I'm inclined to believe that a Deed of Transfer will be more suitable for a transfer of ownership for a property that already has a C of O. This is my assumption to say that there could be more to describe a Deed of Assignment than we thought of.
Please have another go wink

So, what are the differences between a Deed of Assignment & a Deed of Conveyance?
Lawyer! Are you there? wink

I'll suggest that you should first come and do some work experience in the sector you're planning to explore, even if it is for a low wage. This should give you the right exposure to the modus operandi of how things work in 9ja, that is what my people call "The Nigerian Factor". If you're a fast learner, it may take you about 6 months to understand well well cheesy cheesy After which, you will be in a better position to decide which way forward. Once again, don't start out by investing your life saving as this will be considered as sailing uncharted waters. Nigeria is a good country ,

@olas2u
Wise saying. Thanks men

@stagger
You're partly correct! Apart from the fact that part of the fund is an investment loan which I will need to repay back to my lender; I would only want to engage in what I can personally supervise and, at the moment I don't plan to stay in 9ja for more than 2 months. If it becomes imminent to wait longer than 2 months then, I will have to reduce what I'm investing in order to minimize my exposure.

Hello! smiley Can someone please give me a clue of where to invest like 10 Million Naira for a good and safe returns in 9ja?  I’m based overseas but I don’t have any restrictions to travel to anywhere for business purchases.
Your advice/contributions will be highly appreciated… but please Oh! It has to be a legit business  grin grin
