Areeo, I'm not too sure you understand what Jikings is saying here. Every trade/business has its mode of operation, incidentally the nature of this business may not be in best interest of Burgerking except he is willing to do so much for so so little; not until he has his own retail outlet to sell directly to the end consumers. I have been through a similar experience and I can identify where Jikings words of wisdom is coming from. Now please help me understand in simple ENGLISH, what does that have to do with trust?

Get him to buy an Okada for self mobility, move down to where he can pay a cheaper rent, lease a parcel of land and practice Agriculture - if he gets one or two mentors to bring him by; he should be abel to pick that (farming) up pretty quick. Thanks for your 2cents. I'm actually in the UK. My project won't be attractive to foreign investors because I'm just looking for 15M Naira to complete a 6 units project which has already kicked-off awhile.
But in your own case, 900M Naira is a robust sum to attract an international investor if your financial statement is bullet proof and your business paln is solid. I might be able to give you some hint. Which state is your proposed site, Lagos or Abuja?

The reason why I'm recommending Agric as your first business is that :                                          (1) By buying several acres of land in an area for farming, you have automatically invested in Land Banking http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_banking
(2) Farming is basic and you can hardly get it wrong except , ?
(3) Even if you make what we call beginners' mistake you don't get to lose all your money overnight
(4) It can be a good source of regular cashflow while you settle down in 9ja before you understand the system properly in order to venture into more businesses with higher risk
(5) It's alote easier to dissolve if you change your mind
