I am a web designer as a matter of fact I built ekitimarket.com where I run classifieds advertising.

So my intention is to build a marketplace website like konga where you can sell your products in bulk, and ofcos it will not be limited to ekiti state but it will be a website where retailers at various state will be able to order for their products at wholesale price though that will be in the future but for now it will be me and some people that are already here with me who are willing to start business and some other people that we will introduce into the business.

My baby started sucking her hand at 4months. There was nothing i did not try including wearing her handgloves 24/7. She will just start sucking from the gloves. So i just left her. She stopped on her own at 7months. Hasnt sucked again till now that she is over a year. You can try the handgloves but i think most babies outgrow it cos even my neighbors baby did the same and she came crying to me for remedy. I just told her to let her be and her baby stopped sucking at 9months.

my lo started moving her fingers to hermouth so early. now she's 14 weeks n sucks her thumb so much. I always try to remove it n even wear her gloves but especially when she's sleeping or sleepy her cry of frustration no be small when you remove the hand or she can't access it to suck. she won't sleep o. what's even getting me concerned is that recently at night she'd rather suck the hand to rock herself to sleep than suck breast so she can be full and sleep back. sort of feel the hand sucking isn't allowing her to eat properly as before so i started expressing milk for her. at least that way she can eat to her fill at once.

i don't like this hand sucking at all n i know it may not get easier as she grows older. pls what can i do to discourage her, or will she outgrow itsoon? biko, share your experience. thanks

hello shithapuns, i can't clearly. but i know i took it morning and night. the pack says one to two tabs twice daily. i think i started with two in d morning and one at night then cos of money reduced it to one in d morning n one at night. but i took mine with mertformin o cos of pcos.

sorry I'm just seeing this.

you pour hot steamy water in a bowl. preferably be in an enclosed place like bathroom. then you can put about two drops of silverbird (eucalyptus oil). n allow ur baby to breath in d steam. pls don't place ur baby too close n don't put too much of the oil as the smell is very strong.

another thing I do is to put the water in a rubber cup with handle, put the eucalyptus oil in it n gradually bring it close to her nostrils. so she can breathe n it can more effectively steam her face. but to do this you have to put good precautions in place so the water does not pouring on your baby. like cover her with thick clothes or shawl, hold the cup firmly, remove the water on n off so it's not too much. sometimes if I have someone to help I can cover a little with towel just to prevent the steam from escaping. just for few secs per time o. maybe ten secs

Evening mamas,

with this kind everyday rain n cold my two months old baby has blocked nostrils. she'd be trying to clear it by coughing sef. I've tried to keep her very warm with clothes, used nocof drop. pls anymore suggestions from experienced mamas.

also she's starting to have nappy rash. I used Shea butter (ori) for her bum and despite all the good things people around me have said about it I'm disappointed she's developing a rash. does triple action creams like funbact a help treat it? what else can I do to make it go away fast. the weather is quite cold so I figure leaving her bum to air isn't so advisable with the catahrr she already has.

It's been a while that I've been on NL. This forum has really helped me actually esp to douse my anxieties and answer questions.

TTC is quite a journey. Just to encourage us not to give up cos our miracles are on the way. I'm here to share my story to encourage someone. I was used to clomid treatment and tried it again for another pregnancy but it didnt work. Spent quite an amount of money on that and injectables. I had practically given up. A colleague at work just mentioned that ewuro (bitter leaf) is quite good for ttc. Although I hate taking bitters and rejected the idea for some months but when I realised that pcos is somehow related to insulin resistance and some blood sugar issues I decided to try it. So in addition to the exercise I was doing, I added bitterleaf juice and sometimes I just boil a few leaves and eat. Once I drink water the sweet taste comes out so its quite easy to take than bitters.

I had also used ovacare for almost two months but didn't notice anything. Because of cost, I decided to change to m2tone. I had taken the m2tone for about a month before I got a bfp.

Sincerely, what actually worked I cannot say. Maybe it is a culmination of all I was doing, exercise, reduction in carbs in order to reduce my weight, bitter leaf, ovacare and m2tone. But I know clomid didn't work for me this time and all the injectables I tried to use to induce ovulation because I kept tracking with scan.

Just to encourage someone not to give up. Keep praying and confessing. Call forth that child even by name. Sometimes when it's time for testimonies in church I'd go out to read a psalm that talks about God healing all my diseases and answering my prayers. Sometimes our spouses are also tired of ttc and it takes a toll on the marriage, please don't hold it against that spouse, they are just human like us all. Just keep pushing. At a point I was depressed, but God used a colleague at work to encourage me and pray with me consistently. I'm not saying I have a success formula but just to encourage us.

My prayer is that our children shall be as many as our hearts desire and we shall all be joyful parents of children in Jesus name.

You can read iOmoge2 posts b4 she got her bfp, she mentioned the supplements she used. for me i think vitex is okay but i would suggest you should dedicate 3 months to any thing you decide on taking. Just use it for 3 full months before switching.

Not trying to confuse you but I also read alot about Inositol for PCOS. I am sure you would make the best decision.

with a regular cycle m2tone made me produce more than 1 follicle (i think 3 or 4), i took fertilaid which has vitex has it main ingredients and it messed up my cycle and made me spot between periods. I dumped it after just one cycle, so i may not be in the best position to give reviews on vitex.
