of 37mm by 30mm after having a ruptured ectopic pregnancy leading to fallopian tubes removal a year ago.
It is one year after the ectopic episode and I am yet to get pregnant.

Sorry for the ordeal.
Personally, im not a proponent of taking drugs for fibroids...the only proven drug that shrinks fibroids is lupron injections...but that's only advised prior to surgery.
Your wife might need to run some tests to be sure her hormones are back to normal, HSG to check the tubes are open and TVS to track ovulation.
You should also do SFA to check your swimmers are in top shape.

Sorry sis for your ordeal.... There's nothing difficult for God to do.

If your tubes were really removed as you mentioned, the only way I think you can get pregnant is through IVF as the tubes have to be present for fertilization to occur.

Be hopeful though.... I ve heard testimonies of those that conceived without womb.

Compare the price on Amazon for confirmation.
It might be an expiry date issue....maybe it's about to expire so confirm that.

It’s way higher on Amazon considering the current economic situation and high exchange rate which was why I stated that it could be old stock.
