You can try project officer type roles because any project manager role will almost certainly want Prince2.

If you’re new in the UK without experience in the country, you might want to try roles that will give you some exposure to projects, and during a year after getting the practitioner, you can go for full project management officer or similar roles. (I’m assuming you’re new to product management because even in Naija you’d likely have done the practitioner, if you’re experienced)

I did long time ago through self-study. Just buy the textbook and study it. Practice with past questions and then for the exam through any of the providers. Cheaper than going for the actual training + exams but you still need to get work experience. I had it so it wasn't difficult for me and I did it up to the practitioner level then.

The certificate is a plus, a lot of companies love it when candidates have PM certificates. However, the certificate is not enough. While skills are transferable, you need the actual PM knowledge and experience to scale through the interview process because the questions asked would be targeted towards projects you have worked on, how you handled conflict, methodologies you use, PM tools you use etc. Some companies would even ask you to do a presentation on a project you managed from start to finish.

If you don’t have any PM experience, my advice on how to scale the interview process would be to tailor your response in a way that a PM would. Imagine yourself as the one who managed the project’s lifecycle from start to finish including the team, budget etc. Also use PM buzz words like stakeholder, baseline, project sponsor, risk assessment, highlight report, impact analysis, change control, scope, etc. (don’t overdo this though).

You should also google Project Management interview questions and how to answer them. (Reddit has a lot of gems)

You can also target graduate roles as they do not care much about you having any PM experience. However, don’t depend on graduate roles alone, apply to non-graduate roles as well and just sell yourself.

All you have to do is to add it on your Google or apple wallet and you’re good to go.

Good day guys, please i will like to confirm if myself and kids can use same POF which is my my wife's name once her VISA is out, the has enough money that cover 4 of us, below is the break down:

Balance of her School fees is £4,500
living expenses £9207
Dependent living Expenses 6500*3 £ 19500

Total : £33,207 using oanda rate of 563 total in naira is 18,698,400 but we have like 21M plus in the incase of fluctuations.....

based on the above can myself and the kids use same POF to apply once her Visa is out.


OR

We should move the fund that covers myself and 2 kids (£6500*3) 19500 into my own and use that to apply for myself and the kids.

Also can the fund also be in any of the kids , we actually make the school fee payment(FORM A) through of my kids .

You can apply at the same time with the pof.
