Congratulations on your deployment to Abia State. Camp was fun. Would advice that you go early so as to stay in one of the Ochendos (hostel). The soldiers were nice as well as the staffs. The camp commandant (Major Kabiru) was a nice guy as well. Go with enough cash or better still, your ATM card cos you will need a lot of cash if you don't want to eat the yeye kitchen food. Any IT person that doesn't want to redeploy and wants a good PPA should the ICT committee when they are asking for volunteers. You will be paid #2500 a day or 2 after swearing in BUT your first allowance (#19800) might not be paid until the day you are leaving camp (actually collected mine the day i was leaving camp). Camp Abia was fun...you will enjoy it.

It depends on what you really mean by IQ.

Some people with very high IQ are even trying to lower it because of the environment they stay. So they can relate and understand their neighbours.


You asked for IQ improving activities not food or other remedies so I'll stick to that.
If you want to improve your IQ, try these activities:

-GAMES. Play video games that requires you to multi-task and pay attention to more than one object. Eg. Mortal Kombat, Soccer and Adventure games.

-ARGUMENT. Engage in rigorous arguments with different kinds of people both in your field of study and in other fields too. Trust me, one hour of argument per day for two weeks will greatly improve your IQ.

-MOVIES. Watch movies that improves IQ and challenges you to think. Watch historicals, sci-fi etc.

-STUDY. Study books. Google. Encyclopedia. Dictionary. Ask questions etc..Just ensure to learn at least one thing per day.

-BE OPEN MINDED. Never say never. Give everything the benefit of the doubt. Test all things. Be ever willing to learn.

-STAY TRUTHFUL. Especially to yourself.

-YOUR COMPANY. Surround yourself with people of high IQ. But never feel inferior. Argue with and learn from them.

I had a friend. This guy is very vast in many areas of human knowledge. He will never tell you or teach you anything unless you argue a topic with him. So in order to learn from him and tap from his wealth of knowledge, I'll just give him enough food (Eba his best), then sit him down and start arguing with him on various topics. It worked like magic.

But during camp you can process your redeployment.


Btw, Katsina is a great place to serve. Especially if you are posted to the state capital for PPA.
In fact, you wont want to leave the place. The main town is so peaceful and there are many people from southern Nigeria there. With small Igbo and Yoruba communities.

The two bolded phrases are contradictory.
Is it yahoomail or gmail...?
They are two different platforms maybe you inputted @yahoo.com during registration instead of @gmail.com.


Try logging in your gmail from a laptop or pc... then try your nysc registration again.
