Recently, I've noticed a decline in my level of reasoning, I find it difficult to make intelligent arguments and decisions and my level of assimilation and comprehension also dropped.

Nairalanders, I need ur advice on d form of activities I can get involved in dat can exercise my brain greatly and restore my IQ.

Hmnm.. nice question. I think you should google this. You would have better answers than here. That being said, you need to go for a full medical checkup and find out what recent trend of acyivitoes you have been engaging in and what disadvamtages they may have

I know how u feel cos I just got out of same phase recently. See if u can add exercise as part of ur daily routine. It might sound mundane but trust me it works. Eat lots of chocolate. The original ones though, preferably d bitter ones. Drink lots of water n try to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours daily. Cheers.
