According to Mahmud Magaji, SAN, “going by provisions of our extant constitution, the presumption is that a person charged to court for whatever offence, is innocent until guilt is established. Unless I am told that the constitution was amended last night. That you level an accusation on someone does not make the person guilty automatically. If it is so, why then are the courts there?

Lagos State is just 3000sqkm and houses about 20million people. South East Nigeria is about 28,000sqkm and we have about 45million Igbos. So if majority Igbos can be contained in 3 states, the other 2 is big enough to be agriculture hub.
