Unfortunately we nigerian do not really know how to bath. We don't know how to take care of our skin and body. Soap alone is not really the best thing to wash your body. Soaps stays on the body if not thoroughly washed with warm water.



How many of us visit the sauna or spa ? How many of us spend 30 minutes in the bath? How many of us even bath with warm water?


Combination of good soap/bath gel with sponge and warm water is most effective. Occasional skin therapy will be good.

Yeah, even accumulated dust from where it is spread adds to it being dirty.

We re living in tropical region. You underestimate the amount of dust in the atmosphere. Towel when wet take in these particles.
