Customers tried to send me money using their palm pay pos, the thing declined in fact the paper showed declined twice and the customer was debited twice this has happened to like 4 people now and I was not credited.. last night where I went to to buy something, a man came back and was telling the guy that he's been debited and he should check his balance, the seller no gree while arguing I asked and I was told same thing that I faced

The issue is not with PalmPay but the bank card the person use… access bank do me shege with PalmPay… I tried to fund my last week Friday and Saturday , it failed and I was debited, I chat their customer care up on my bank app and the money reverse after 3days to my PalmPay…
