tbaba, if your read the piece, it is seeking a soft landing of some sort, it is seeking to acknowledge the effort at degrading the offensive of the BH.

Knowing that the December deadline is here in my opinion.

God please frustrate the plans of those who desire and seek joy in extracting paind from already impoverished Nigerians.
First, the road for which tolls are to be collected are they the ones we currently ply?
If so, they should rethink the idea as this will be economic extortion.
Why? The roads are in terrible conditions, to take toll on them is to add salt to a grevious injury.
Secondly, The world has moved on from physical tolls which exerts untold harship on commuters and causes needless traffick.
So to attempt another inconvenience on the one already experienced by drivers and commuters and after this wicked punishement they have to pay you for it, is to make bricks without mortar like the proverbial King Pharaoh.

Suggestions
1. Make sure, Government pays his dues and responsibilities, by providing NEW standard motorable road, comparable to what is obtainable in other part of the world where tolls are collected. Empahsis on the NEW.
2. Ensure new Highways are constructed and the problems associated to road route/use are limited.
3. Make sure no physical tolls are installed, except at the country's border, but Road cameras, and Technology that reads the car plates and time when the toll was incurred.
This toll will be calculated and sent to ed phone number of the plates number, then payment will be done by the owner in not more than 7 days. failure of which a fine is given which will increase on further default.


Moreso, tie the infractures to the licence renewal process so that defaulters can pay before renewal or re-issue of licences.

Then make sure no nonsense contract of BOT for 25years is used, as this is just pure rip off.
Make sure no useless company are use to collect tolls.
Tolls will be paid into goverment directly.
No story abeg.

Even "corrupt" Jonathan conducted a more fairer elections.
We dare say in all election he supervised non was as rancourous like the 2 Buhari has conducted.
This is just a foretaste of what is to come.

First, you have to analyze the cause of the quarells you are having with him.

If you are the cause or not, both of you must decide to work on becoming a better you after every quarell as every person react to situations differently.

THE SEVEN STAGES OF LOVE
Now guys these are the seven stages of love….
1. Love begins with a face, a word or a thing

Communication becomes the next stage of Love. You will want to start to communicate to the person, face or thing.
4. The next stage is the struggle stage:
At the stage, ambiguity is developed as the person maybe a put-off, irritating or sheer delight to talk to. If is any of the former two, then the love stages terminates as repulsion builds, rejection takes a strong footing and head in the cloud thoughts becomes earthly and more realistic. However, if your desire burns strong after communicating, you strike a mutual chord and the energies and frequencies are totally in tune and in harmony then the stage of Possession results.

5. If you successfully the fourth stage, you will naturally move on to the next stage which is the stage of touch.
When you the possession stage, you will naturally like to touch your possession. Hair, Cheeks, Clothes, Skin, caress the hair, whiffs of their perfumes, ass or boobs or chest, beards.
Sensual touches are reassurance of possession and if this stage is achieved, you will naturally lead to the next stage.
6. Sexual consummation of the bottled excitement, of the electrifying anticipation and exploration to the fullest of each other’s body.
However, this stage is the vent stage. And like all vents if there is no real source of energy, no real substance to all the stages ed it will diffuse into nothingness.
Then comes the seventh Stage.
7. If after sex, there is a burning intensity to see her, him or share more personal time together then the process leads to LOVE which is the final stage however, if it diffuses into nothing or loses steam or the wind beneath its sail dies out or anticipation goes cold then it was LUST and for such person the cycle repeats.
