Apologies for the late post. It's been a long time coming and I was too exhausted with the wait and the mental stress I went through.

I knew about this process in 2016 then I was hoping I will make the POF from proceeds of MMM but, my money has been frozen for like forever ���.
After the heartbreak and no source of pof in sight I decided to chill. Fast forward to 2018 something good came then we decided to start the process with credential evaluation.
Between 2018- 2020 I wrote ielts 7 times it wasn't easy at all.
During one of the exams I had a conversation with my children:
Me: telling my kids that I will be traveling to write exams
Child: mummy is it the same exams that takes you to portharcourt?
Me: yes
Child: hmmmmmm, mummy is this how you will keep on writing this exams until you become a Grandma?
Me: laughing and crying at the same time. It was my 6th attempt then. It hurt so bad that I didn't make it but I had to tell them I didn't when the results came. Luckily I did it afterwards.

We submitted in November hoping everything will click by may 2021 but for where?
Jan 2022 we got ADR for remedicals and we did it in February. Longest silence after then when everyone was getting PPR. I wrote to cio sotay them bounce me, they asked me not to send a mail to them again.
I wrote to portal-portail, those one's to said I should stop. I disturb them Sha as I was writing at least 3 times a day. Kept on writing to RROC until I got tired myself. The anxiety was out of this world.

Las Las I got a mail on the 6th but saw it on the 7th. When I opened it and I saw something about not booking flight and that I should notify them on any changes I felt sick because I thought it was another Adr, but it wasn't.
I remain grateful to everyone here answering questions especially the 2018 crew as I learnt a lot during that time.

Kudos to ednut as he is one amongst the few that is still here helping out despite being in Canada as most people leave this forum when they move.

I wrote IELTS 7 times. I got 6.0 twice, 6.5 four times and 7.5 in my last attempt in writing. If u think I can be of help u can pm me. I believe I can help out.

If your birthday is not coming up anytime soon I think you should relax a bit(easier said though). Hopefully in the next draw we will congratulate you

ITA just landed, since 2018 we started this process fully. Between myself and spouse we wrote ielts 9 good times and will always travel for the exams. Hoping for a smooth process ahead and am wishing everyone the best.

Me and my husband are on our second round of not speaking with each other. The first round lasted about 3days and na me first talk to him because I needed him to collect something from person for me. Depending on the delivery method you chose, with local Canadian courier, you'd get an email from UPS notifying you of your package.
If you use standard mail delivery, however, you might not get any update in your email. I would advise you go for courier delivery for any address you chose your ECA to be delivered to.
For the second quest, Yes. The next update on your ices portal will be 'completed', meaning ECA ready.

Please for those that used ICES, how did you track it to your international address? Secondly is it when transcript is received that your status changes to application received?

@ Shyee or anyone else who used ICES for their evaluation, just wondering, how did you send the WAEC scratch card? Do you also need to send photocopy of WAEC result? I'm still not 100% sure I understand how they want their stuff done.

I evaluated my masters with WES but I wish to use a stressless and non-verification seeking body to evaluate the degree before I land.
Help anyone.

No WAEC is needed. Requirements for Higher institution differs from secondary education. You only need your certificate, and international port, your transcript should be sent by your school

Thanks for your response. Current score without spouse 448. With spouse 443. My IELTS wasn't that great, maxing out IELTS would change the scores to: 454 without spouse and 449 with spouse. That is my situation. Another major problem is that spouse's ECA isn't ready yet, we're seeing he'll from university. This is why I wanted to apply alone since I have everything set and she doesn't.
