AOR....29th May
IP1.....6th June
IP2 and ADR.....20th Sept
PPR......3 October

ADR was for additional bank statements for pOF...i had initially only used employer pension fund statement. Thank God for this forum, I was stuck at CRS of 430 with only a bachelor's until i learnt of using ACCA diploma (for finishing papers F1 to F9) to get two or more certificate.

Thanks to all who answered my questions and helped in any way. May God bless you who are waiting for your PPR, you'll get there eventually.

From inception12's post is it now safe to conclude that Cic does not use pension funds as POF?

Either works but in this scenario better to put Dec 2012 and the LOE still cover him getting certificate in Sept 2013.

Hello Mrs Doc. No, he won’t need reference letters since you will capture his work experience under personal history post-ITA. However, after you land, he will still have to evaluate his MBBS and family medicine fellowship (if he has that) with MCC if he intends to work as a physician in Canada.

As a side note, it doesn't speak well of anyone to come to this forum, benefit immensely and then bow out with the kind of PPR announcements we've been seeing lately, this one in particular. PPR announcements have their own way of boosting badly battered morale of some people who visit this thread. Sometimes, all one would need to continue to fire on is a visit to the PPR section of page 1 but very few would read the kind of PPR testimonies we see these days and feel "gingered". I won't be surprised if you've also benefitted from those long narratives of happy people here.

@ Shyee or anyone else who used ICES for their evaluation, just wondering, how did you send the WAEC scratch card? Do you also need to send photocopy of WAEC result? I'm still not 100% sure I understand how they want their stuff done.

I evaluated my masters with WES but I wish to use a stressless and non-verification seeking body to evaluate the degree before I land.
Help anyone.

it is not, there is a list of what professional courses are on the cic website.
The list only has: medicine, veterinary medicine,pharmacy,optometry, dentistry, law,chiropractic medicine

what u need is Attestation of birth from NPC......Nigeria started issuing NPC birth certificate from 1990/91. People born before then probably have the hospital certificate only. So if u were born before then, the acceptable Nigeria issued evidence of birth is the Attestation of birth from NPC.
Sworn affidavit will probably not be accepted.

Although one still needs Sworn Affidavit in order to obtain the Attestation of birth.

Yes, it is called sworn affidavit for age declaration. Can be done at the High Court. You will have to state in one of your paragraphs what happened to your original birth certificate

You will need this to apply for the Attestation of birth, it doesnt end at sworn affidavit, if it is for immigration purpose.

Nope, they are in 4 other satates: Bayelsa, Enugu, Abuja and Osun state(OAU centre), but Lagos state seems to be running a faster calendar cos class gets filled up faster.
when i wanted to this year, i called Lagos in May this year and was told exam was in 2 weeks that i should call OAU Ife centre, they were just starting their own classes, tho i ended up ing lagos, had to do crash programme.

I agree with my oga, those ppr stories on page 1 give me ginger and makes this whole process seem achievable, lets try and give more details in our PPR announcements.

yes there is project...supervisors were assigned immediately the second semester started in July, results shd be ready by November according to the co-ordinator.....as for seeing someone hu has evaluated, i havent personally, it was d in a whatsapp group i am in.
but it shd be evaluated by WES cos the certificate is issued by OAU.

No WAEC is needed. Requirements for Higher institution differs from secondary education. You only need your certificate, and international port, your transcript should be sent by your school
