Great scores. Perhaps you should write to programs/ faculty of interest to inquire about spring funding but generally it’s usually low.

Search for the GRE thread on nairaland, ask the same question u asked here. You’ll meet many students and prospective grad students that can advice you.

Also, from what I know, they’re very limited assistantships for spring, why don’t you consider Fall?

I think there's a misunderstanding here. I wasn't the person who made the initial statement about shell ing candidates. I applied to Leeds and I haven't heard a thing from them or shell. Fingers crossed, they'll release the names this week.
