I have always believed that APc's decision to witch-hunt Saraki would backfire.
Tinubu is a seasoned politician and therefore will have every reason to be apprehensive of the developments at Saraki's last appearance at the CCT.
Majority of the senators have made a strong statement: they wouldn't allow the senate to become a rubber stamp of any over-ambitious godfather/power monger.
As it stands at the moment, PDP senators have closed ranks while there is a palpable division in the APC ranks.
It will be foolhardy therefore to continue hounding Saraki when there are 10 APC senator giving him unalloyed .
Simple equation. Remove Saraki and the senate leadership will revert fully to the PDP.

Your hypothesis is theoretically plausible but having seen the way Saraki and PDP manipulated them in the June 9 election Baba will not drop any ball again. Baba now knows he is dealing with venomous snakes that is why Judges will be issuing arrest warrants without delay for any of them found wanting. OBJ tamed them - those were even more astute with less infractions to nail them.

Most of them are so dirty that they have their life-line one-way-or-the-other dependent on the Presidency allowing the Judiciary and law enforcement agents to let them be.

A current Nigerian Senator is barely free of any social and prosecutable misdemeanor. He either has a documented case of stealing, killing, gun-running, bank killing, humungous bank loan default, bribery or forgery against him.

Akpabio (Senate PDP Leader) :
He contested primary election in a Senatorial district but contested election in a different Senatorial district
His term as Akwa-Ibom Governor is riddled with one of the highest pecuniary recklessness ever in Nigeria public service.
His credit card declining in UK did not just happen - he is one of DSS best friends now
He currently has petitions submitted by Akwa-Ibom people against him in EFCC, IC, even DSS
If he is toasted the masses do not care, we just watch him like a fiery villain that got tamed

Ekeremadwu:
He has been alleged to be one of the facilitators in Senate standing order forgery.
He can be arrested and prosecuted anytime.
You know what we masses will just laugh, celebrate and have fun

David Mark:

Incredibly, this David understands the rules of the game too well and has maintained a shrewd silence
It has also been alleged he is one of the facilitators in Senate standing order forgery

Buruji Kashamu:
This one needs no introduction

Wamako:

As an ex-Governor I recommend the EFCC, IC, and DSS to open his file and give him a Saraki treatment

Yerima:
Toast as accused. His files with security agents are inexhaustible

Goje:

Goje has files already with security agents. It is time to activate his sleeplessness.

Dino:

Can be sacrificed at the tribunal while Smart Adeyemi get a life-line

Ali ndume:
He has been alleged to have complicity in BH funding. He has been too free. Time to reactivate his case.

Stella Odua:

Her case files are still fallowing with the law enforcement agents

The public opinion is totally gloomy against the Senate already while Baba continues to enjoy a meteoric job approval with the masses.

For you information most us are just praying he starts sending people like our Senators and ex-Governors to jail and recovering the loots from them.

This is becoming sweet as corruption is uniting and fighting back : The Senate can self-delete itself while we operate with the House of Representatives. Afterall we do not have money to sustain the unreasonable budget they have been appropriating to themselves.

Please give me the name of all renegade Senators : I will plan, prosecute and send all of them to Jail in two months. It is called peaceful revolution where corruption will be effectively defeated and buried.

We did not and vote for Buhari for fun. He has all the odds that might have made us look somewhere else but some us have always ed him even when he was loosing to PDP's manipulations.

Corruption is not going to give up easily of course but in Baba we trust - If Baba wants we can use mass action and shut the stinking Senate.

Baba please come another one wants to slip off through judicial back-door again. We need to replicate Saraki's format on every public servant under trial.

The Judge should be put under close surveillance by the DSS and Presidency.

We should start collecting signatures. Yes he should resign.

Lol bros please stop reading the constitution upside down!! It says they have 3 weeks to either reject or accept any nominees and I bet you ome hour is more than enough to reject any of Tinubu's nominees!! By the time Saraki finishes with Tinubu and Buhari, they will know no one has a monopoly over the abuse of power

Finally, I see you do not really care about Saraki's wellbeing. More like you want him fell asap.

This is my humble suggestion before these hustlers are thrown into the dudgeon.

NAFDAC should take a sample of the product and conduct a thorough laboratory analysis. If this product is harmful for human consumption they should advise the court appropriately on a commensurate punishment. But if this product ed some level of human consumption test they should recommend humane approaches of discouraging product counterfeiting and helping honest entrepreneurs of achieve their goals.

Please hustlers with venial wrongdoings should be reformed and not killed for trying to survive.

Imagine! If Saraki with no recorded of serious hustles can boast of Billions of Naira and there is still no certainty he is penitent what moral ground do we have to continue sending petty thieves and hustlers to jail.

I think APC should rather be bothered with finding the nos to clear their ministerial nominees rather than whom should sit on a seat that is not vacant.

You really have a lot of energy and time to expend on lost battles. None of us can safe Saraki - he started digging his own pithole over a decade ago, he only made the hole deeper by his recent actions. I debating you on these issues few months ago.

Saraki is already gone. Nothing will stand in the ways of the President's ministerial list that will not be shoved aside. I drawing your attention to all constitutional requirements especially as regards screening of Ministers.

If the Senators continued to tag along with a troubled Senate President the President will send his list of Ministers as required by the law. The System will ensure all potential nit-pickers are called-upon to answer for misdemeanors against them. Constitutionally, three weeks is all the Senate have from the day of the list submission to act or become irrelevant on the Ministerial list.

Good news. APC needs to replace Saraki on time but we the masses will like to know the financial standing of Saraki replacements.

APC should do a thorough security, loyalty, moral, aptitude and corruption checks on all eligible Senators (preferably from North Central) and present the Senator with the highest points.

We cannot have an Angel but points can be allotted to these attributes to select the best among the availables.

It only shows, as individuals, these people are deft and resourceful in their trades but they could not perform optimally under an incapable President. Thank God we now have a capable President - good people's effort will thrive under PMB.

Dr saraki will.probably tell you that he was not born poor and he made judicious use of the opportunities he had. He's probably going to smile like a typical Nigerian politician while answering your questions to showbhe's confident. It is well

He has the liberty to smile, laugh, trivialize and make pejorative comments about the tribunal. Unfortunately for him we have a new Leadership that has vowed to make every public officer able for their actions and inactions in office.

He might have been untouchable under OBJ/YARADUA/GEJ but he is not likely to go unscathed under PMB.

How can someone be a medical student from 1982-199X.
In addition to that you misquoted Wikipedia, do u think the U.K. medical education is as disorganized as that of Nigeria?
You further demonstrated your highest level of ignorance by asking senseless questions of him been an intern student, is there anything like that in medical education?
His father was never a Senate president!! pls do your research well before Cc (Cabon Copying)
I also think you need to improve in your basic arithmetic skills 1990-2000 =10yrs not 1yr

You are wrong this time. The OP is using your "reasonable" year of graduation to ask the questions. If you cannot answer for Sen. Saraki why not allow those who can.

I am not a medical person but I have been in two Universities. I have seen and heard of medical students interned in their resident University's Hospitals and other Government/Private Hospitals.

If his M.B.B.S year was 1987 then my analysis/questions were flawed but if it is 1997 then they are pertinent.

So today Ben-Murray Bruce deface his good image - When he talks now and see people nodding or clapping he should be careful.

The verdict is still the same. PDP is out to destroy Buhari and his government and they have found an ally in a treacherous Saraki.

APC and Buhari should be more vigilant and vicious with anyone of them that have broken any laws of the land.

Can we also have this trial live (or otherwise) on TVs. We also want to have the figures in public domain. They should make the charges available chronologically in tables. Elementary Expected and Actual for "Cash-in-bank", Properties, Investments, etc. Many Nigerians can help play with the numbers and supply useful nailing hints to the prosecutors and Jailers.

EFCC, IC, DSS, CCB and Police need to fortify their teams with well-exposed and hot-headed Nigerians. They need to embrace technology and modern methods in nailing thieves, fighting crime and recovering loots.

Medical Officer at Rush Green Hospital, Essex: 1987 to 1988. (1 Year) - Obviously as a Medical Student/Intern
Senior Casualty Officer at Royal Free Hospital, London: 1988 to 1989. (1 Year) - Obviously as a Medical Student/Intern

Chairman Presidential Committee on Non-Oil Revenue Generation: 2000 to 2001 (1 Year)
Executive Vice Chairman Societe Generale (Nig.) Limited: 2001 to 2002. (1 Year)

Senator Bukola Saraki by these information has put in a total of 5 (post-University Graduation) years in service.
The Big questions for Senator Bukola Saraki are:

• How much did Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki make in 2 years as a Medical Student/Intern in 2 years?
• How much did he make in 2 years of his service as an Executive on Societe Generale (Nig.) Limited before 2003?
• How much did he make in 3 years of his public service before 2003?
• How much is he supposed to make (legitimately) altogether before 2003?
• Are there other legitimate sources of income (before 2003) he declared as required by the law?
• Does it mean other people with similar number of years in public or private service have 100s of Billions already in 5 years?

Yes we cannot afford to have an established looter as our Senate President and No. 3 Man.
When we replace you with a more acceptable Senator the system will start purging other public servants with similar pilfering histories as yours.

Being a No. 3 Man comes with burdens and that includes knowing how you earned your Trillions (not even Billions) twelve years ago.

Orikinla:
I will no longer be a member and er of the APC, because of the political fallacy and hypocrisy of the leadership of the party. APC is not holier than the PDP. Jesus Christ said by their fruits you shall know them. And by the characteristics of the personalities of leaders of the APC, only God can secure the future of Nigeria. The Pastor in the State House in Abuja cannot change the APC and in fact, the APC may change him. If the PDP brought foxes into Aso Villa, the APC has brought wolves in sheep clothing.
.

As at today we have many human sociopolitical evolution histories to learn from - from the America to Europe to the East and even here in Africa.

No history (whether in the past or present) has depicted a perfect evolution but there has been some trends. The most advanced and corruption-free nations were all once imperfect and corrupt. They had difficult-to-control mafia, unresolved political assassinations, food and resources crises, border and political control tussles, festering civil crimes and force brutality.

The acknowledged great nations today have all gone through some form of mega revolution in their ways of live and political structure. Most were peaceful while many way bloody but today they are all regarded as better societies - US, UK, , Japan, Singapore, China, ...

At the center of all these transformations are men and women who have never claimed to be perfect but also have their own weaknesses, dark-sides and foibles documented along with their achievements in making their nations great.

I agree APC are not holier than PDP but judging from what we had before and what we are witnessing today it is safe to say we are likely going to become a better society than we were years back.

We are not going to have Angels from Heavens to help us build our nation. Good people need to make themselves available for service to nation building.

It is not enough to be arm-chair critics while some of us know we are more concern about our people welfare and we are more resourceful than the current leaders in our various constituencies.

It is unfair to say the current APC leadership is worse than PDP. They are not perfect but they have shown better drive, determination and common sense in the right directions to improve the structures that were handed them by PDP.

All Senators that have identified with Bukola Saraki should be marked. APC should (as a matter of unwritten decree) bar them from using their platform in future contest.

APC should find a way of legally replacing Timi Frank (The APC National Deputy Publicity Secretary) with a loyal partyman.

Almost all politicians have dirty hands. APC should prepare a file of all errant Senators to EFCC/IC/DSS/CCB/Police for commensurate actions.

All PDP decampees should be monitored closely henceforth. Trends have shown almost all disloyal lawmakers were formally in PDP fold.

Meanwhile APC should start encouraging replacements for all renegades to start campaigning within the party in their various constituencies ahead of 2019 candidate replacement.

People should take chill pills.

The Change patriotic Nigerians fought for does not mean snatching people accused of wrongdoing and quickly hauling them into prison.

Saraki has a right to fair hearing and this is exactly what the CCB/CCT have been trying to do to date.

It is not enough for him to deny those belongings and properties before the Tribunal. Now that the accused has been procedurally confronted with charges; one month is a good time for all parties to analyze the 13 counts one-by-one before the trial resumes October.

The State believes he acquired those properties wrongly and he risks loosing them to the State. If found guilty of any of the charges the Tribunal also has the powers to convict or/and remove him from office.

God bless all those who contributed in one way or other to bring Change to Aso Rock inspite of the Devil's huddles.

We all need to learn from these events and apply to our personal lives.

What are the ultimate interests of J.P Morgan ? Are they Nigerian or American?

What do the J.P Morgan feel about the Chinese control of Yen in the last five or so years? And where is the Chinese economy now compared to where it were in the last five years?

Do J.P Morgan also dictate to fast developing economies like Brazil, Singapore or India.

American interests guide the American Government/institution decision at all times; we should not allow American Government/institution to impose policies that we CATEGORICALLY know are detrimental to the general welfare of our people.

In the walk to freedom, distractions must be ignored, sacrifices must be made, pains must be endured but focus must not be lost.

With 180 Million people to feed and cater for Nigeria does need 150 Billion naira run NASS. Moreso with the dwindling revenue of the nation and the lavish lifestyles of the supposed public-servants while we have millions as IDPs.

Like it has been done in a number of Nations 2015 I add my voice to those who have been clamoring for total scrapping of NASS or making them part-time.

We have also seen some list of your family assets being circulated on internet. Could you, please, confirm or deny this list.

There must be a new EFCC where you or your hubby will not be able to conjure any form of justice drag. You will have fair hearing but they might not be as nice as Lamorde-led investigators.

Rhetorics when overused become boring.

Ribadu is alive and kicking in Nigeria. He single-handedly built EFFC from a 2-3 room exiguity into a globally-awe-inspiring-colossus in few years, recovering Billions back into the government covers, instilling fear in the minds of aspiring thieves. Ribadu has gone on to train several African countries on his experience and result-oriented anti-graft measures.

Ribadu is fearless, he knows all the thieves, he has all the s, he has remained un-compromisable so what or who are we waiting for?

PMP should have a word with Ribadu. These rhetorics are becoming quotidian.
