2) Deposit is £3k
3) POF is needed before they issue CAS
4) Time varies from 3weeks-6weeks no one can project
5) They offer automatic discount depending on your grade 2-3k discount

2. Yes. When making the online application, u submit bank statements of funds tht have stayed 28 days
3. He doesn't need to write a letter. U can print off bank statemnt a day after the funds are in ur acct.
4. Pregnancy hinders nothing in of visa. For tb test, u wud need to let them know u re pregnant..

Let's assume I am submitting today being 22 am I counting 28 days back ward

You must have this money for at least 28 consecutive days. The end date of the 28-day period must be within 31 days of the date you apply for your visa.

Example
If you submit your application on 1 January 2021, you’d have to show that the funds were in your bank for at least the 28-day period ending on 1 December.

They give £5000 discount to International students that you pay £12000 instead of £17000. Deposit before CAS £3000 and you spread the rest in 3instalments (within 9mobths) or monthly for 9months. Pls, I need help with this situation, I’m applying as a student with my husband and our child but my husband was removed from the UK in 2008 under a different name from what he used to get his visiting visa after overstaying. He has served more than 10 years ban (13 precisely) which was applicable to the removal from the UK.
Now as a dependent to my application, is it advisable to apply together or separately (I mean after we have left)? Though we intend to write a letter to come out clearly of the situation stating the removal with “alias name” and also showing full remorse and lesson learned from the situation.
My concern is that if we apply together, wouldn’t his situation affect me and my child from getting the student visa if otherwise considered as not acceptable by the VO?
Please advise on what could be the best option to explore.
