Hi everyone. I got offers from Bradford, Strathclyde
Coventry, London Metropolitan University, Lincoln and Bournemouth. But I'm really looking towards Bournemouth.

I got a mail from them yesterday that I have to pay the initial deposit (£3,000) by 1st of November. I'd like to know if they need my bank statement before they issue CAS as I couldn't find the information on their website.

Let's assume I am submitting today being 22 am I counting 28 days back ward

You must have this money for at least 28 consecutive days. The end date of the 28-day period must be within 31 days of the date you apply for your visa.

Example
If you submit your application on 1 January 2021, you’d have to show that the funds were in your bank for at least the 28-day period ending on 1 December.

Also, is it possible for one to ask a UK university to waive IELTS Requirements? since all academic records were conducted in English language as the first language.

No, they didn't ask for that. I might have ed it when I was sending application. I applied 20th of September. It took a month.

my sister's port was stolen after CAS was sent to her.
what happens if the port detail on CAS sent by a University is lost and a student applies for the visa with a reissued port?
does this complicate the visa application in any way?

No they don’t. I think they are the fairest. 1k deposit and CAS is issued. The you can pay up the balance before 6months.

Please house, how will someone know if he was banned or not for his previous application and will it be on the ref letter too.
