If you have an eye on fuel economy (which you must in this period), you can give the Ford Focus a consideration but it looks overpriced to me. You may not get anything close to that value if you plan to resell in the near future. There are sedans of the same price with same fuel economy that will give you a higher value in the future. The 2015 Hyundai Elantra and Sonata are equally good. Didn't want to mention Toyota since they are not on your list. Both MDX and Crosstour are Honda vehicles. They are comfortable with good equipment and high ride height. The prices are good and they have good second hand value also. I have used both but fuel economy is like your regular SUV. Always needing more fuel. Mechanics are available. The Buick Enclave is a sturdy vehicle. But you only see a few on the road. While I do not condemn it, you may struggle with competent technician for vehicles that are not too common on the road. The parts for these American vehicles are certainly available but I will thread with caution since countless more practical options are available. The LR2 has reigned past though parts are also available. If you must use a Land Rover then be prepared to get competent technician for it and not your typical roadside mechanic. It's also not a vehicle for a first timer. You may be discouraged with expensive parts. The G35 is a Japanese luxury for Nissan. Parts and mechanics are very much available. This vehicle was very popular about 10 to 12 years ago. It's a big engine no doubt, a bit fuel thirsty but not too much beyond the ordinary. I think the price is good too. This model of Ford Edge is very common and the quoted price is very good. Do your maths well for an SUV based on the distance you commute being a first timer. Fiel price is not smiling. If you like it go first it because of the price. I cannot comment on the Malibu and the Chrysler. 2 Likes |

I used the Crosstour about 10 years ago. It's a good machine. Accord as Honda's flagship is also good very good. There may be a few bells and whistles in the Crosstour that may not be in the Accord Could. The Crosstour has a good ride height, firm with AWD and much roomier which incidentally may make it look a little too big for an 18 year old. But it is fuel thirstier particularly of its the V6 even with its VCM technology. Accord is good, but a 2 door is a no for me particularly if you move around with friends. But most importantly, 4.5m can only get you the Nigerian used of these vehicles. As a first time buyer you need to shine your eyes. 1 Like |

I feel her pain... You can try some of the following: 1. Let her know she still have you to live for. Give her hope of your good future and what is in stock. Tell her uou need her to witness your wedding, graduation, take care of her grandchildren etc. Give her a general hope of a bright future ahead of the rest of you. 2. If you guys have a relative invite the one she loves being who should also not be an extra burden on you. 3. If she attends church, invite your pastor or anyone she respects in church to be coming to check on her regularly. A good pastor knows how to inspire hope in helpless situations such as this. 4. While you will have to travel, make an arrangement for her to stay with a lovely relative and probably with children around for some weeks. Sometimes a change of environment where there activities that can distract can facilitate healing from loss of a loved one. Generally she shouldn't be lonely. 5. While she's away, pack all the items your brother used - if possible give out the clothes, books, accessories etc. Don't keep anything other than a few pictures. Hes not going to come back for them. Please do this in her absence. Keep pictures and other memorabilia far from her. 6. Anytime she's crying or sobbing, don't her to mourn, be firm but do not shout at her. Pretend like you have truly moved on, even if you haven't. 7. Finally, always pray together. Your belief in God being supreme in every situation, good or bad, allows both of you to submit yourselves to his will. May God heal you both. It may take time, but she will eventually heal. |

Depriest2020: At over 19 years of age, this girl is not as young as being protrayed. She knew what she did. The annoying thing is that she's hell bent on lies thereby wasting peoples resources of time and efforts that can be used for other productive activities. For those who may not know, this girl already checked and saw her results via SMS which is the first thing that all candidates do before she went to generate the fake result and awarded herself 362, 2 marks above the original top scorer who scored 360. The effrontery in going to the Commissioner, Innosson and the rest. If at the end of the investigation she is found guilty then should be punished by the law. 5 Likes |

DamnnNiggarr: The "date printed" was separately printed after generating the result from the app. You don't need a special app. Corel Draw, Microsoft Word or any other text typing app can do it with little skill. If you look at the girl's result you will notice that they just squeezed in the text in the little space available. Even the month "May" was written as "may". The entire text on that date has encroached unto the space for the next line. The "p" in printed almost touching the "l" in Results. No proper alignment all because it must look like JAMB's result slip which she didn't realize was last used in 2021. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

mrsnoname: From experience, it is the border officer at the airport that determines how long you will be allowed to stay in the US. For my last visit, I was given 5 months at the border meanwhile i needed just 3 weeks for vacation. So if you have a document that details the schedule for the training, I suggest you provide a full disclosure based on what is stated there and also provide the document during your interview. But I must add that there will be need to update your application with new dates of the training when the time comes. Right now dates are no longer available at any location for in-person visa interview until like middle of next year 2024. |

They had also attended to my request because I requested for a separation of my wife details from my profile so she could apply for appointment by herself. She was able to continue with her appointment booking. So you may wish to do same. |

My wife and I applied for renewal of our B1/B2 visa via Interview Waiver. In the past we used to book appointment as a family (just two of us together). Bu this time around we had to apply with our individual profiles. I also want to apply afresh for my 4 kids in which case they will have to attend an interview. I will like to know if family appointment is still allowed for in-person interview at Abuja embassy. If so, can I use my eldest child's profile to book family appointment? Or does it mean I have to individually book their appointments? My eldest son will be 18yrs by June 2023. I am already aware that dates are not so available in Abuja for the rest of the year. |

Please stop blaming your parents. You sounded like you were locked up inside your room your entire life. But you spent at least 16 years out of your 24 years of existence in school. You had a very good opportunity to associate with people but nature somehow happened to you, not your parents please. All I see you picking on is your inability to go out and "carry" girls like that is life achievement. When it is time to marry nature will bring your partner your way, that is why it is called suitor. It's funny how you blame pornography on your parents. Core street guys are worse, they don't only masturbate, they visit ashawo ts. if your parents had allowed you to go on the street maybe you would have fathered like 2 kids with different girls by now. For business sense, how many graduates do parents raise to have business acumen? You even have the sense to save which is a plus. You have asked the right question of what to use the money for. You can use it to learn a skill if business is not for you. Everyone must not go into business please. About not wanting to return home and your inability to army, I will say you just got to the crossroad of life. Almost all graduates come to this point not only you. Do a SWOT analysis of yourself. Use your strength to overcome your weakness. Focus on opportunities to deal with your threats. Look life may have thrown lemons at you, but you can make a sweet lemonade out if it. Your case is not as bad as you painted it. Dwelling in it instead if looking into a very bright future will only complicate it. Finally, don't cut off your source, your parents because they did no wrong. They were after your well-being. You didn't see what they saw. If you put yourself in their shoes perhaps you would do worse. Peace. 2 Likes |

Lindajames1010: They are into multilevel marketing. The NGO thing is just to give it a colouration. They will take you into a cozy room, show some presentations on how someone resigned from a bank and ed their team and now living the good life and holidaying in the Bahamas. They will also show pictures of people they have helped as an NGO. At the end, they want your money, pyramid runs last last. 1 Like 1 Share |

sotech:Haulage from where to where? Though I don't know your location. If it's long distance haulage or interstate then you may want to consider a van that gives you more space to move goods. A T4 wouldn't carry as much as a big size Ducato would. You will need to carry bigger load (not overweight please) in a long distance to compensate for the expenses. But if your plan is to get a van that can haul goods from say building material market to another location within the city or state, then the T4 is just perfect. For durability, T4 is good. It is now very common as commercial buses in many parts of Lagos and some other towns. I saw them in use all over Lagos Island. It is the model that replaced T3, that is the enduring popular rear-engined Vanagon. The difference between long and short chassis is the length. Long chassis is about half a meter longer than the Short chassis. So it gives you more space to carry load. Also perfect if you decide to convert to enger bus. Your best bet on price is to go to car stand where they sell. Prices are so fluid these days and I may mislead you. By the time you go to 3 places you will get a good idea. But note that there are several configurations and their prices are different. Engine type, body type, roof height, seats etc. All of these will determine price variations. Just as a guide, very clean petrol long chassis may be around 3m while the short may be 200k cheaper. Diesel models are a little cheaper. If you are going to get the petrol then you may consider the 5 cylinder 2.5 engine. You will have about 115 horsepower to haul goods. If you want to go for diesel, I suggest you consider the 2.4 which I think does not have turbo that can stress lazy mechanics. 2 Likes |

I sell all the vehicles listed above... Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen LT, Volkswagen T4, Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Jumper. The Ducato, Jumper and Boxer are cousins and use similar engines. But there are several options to choose from in both diesel and petrol engines. They are very good and super strong. The Ford Transit is equally good and handles very well. What should determine your choice should be purpose which you stated, size of usual load to determine engine option that will serve, tire size and reinforcement of the shocks. Your location will also determine availability of technician and parts and even availability of fuel type in your area - diesel or petrol. The VW LT and Mercedes Sprinter were tly developed by both companies. They share the same petrol engine but different engines for diesel models. Many mechanical parts are interchangeable. These are horses that will serve you any day. If you are going for the Fiat/Peugeot/Citroen then go for the 2nd generation, 1996-2001. Though very scarce and expensive, the petrol versions are better considering the cost of diesel. Parts are abundant and mechanics are available if you are in Lagos. The diesel models are also still very good. Petrol is well above 4m if you can ever get while diesel is about 3m. Ford Transit is cheaper. Petrol is also scarce but available for 2001 models and below. Perhaps the shape of the old models may be a bit too old for your type of business, all the same they are good. The LT and Sprinter are very good and even stronger to me. Though they look similar but the sprinter is usually more expensive even from the point of import because oyinbo believe this is Mercedes. Petrol versions are almost now non-existent in the market. But their engines can be replaced with Mercedes C class petrol engine here if you must. Clean LT is about 3m+ and sprinter is a bit higher. If your goods are not so heavy and not so big, you may want to consider a long chassis VW T4 petrol which are available in the market. Fuel consumption is much lower, maintenance is cheaper and mechanics and parts are available. I am saying this because of the current realities. Fueling the larger diesel vans could cost up to 80k for 100 liters of diesel in their big thanks. Their fuel versions are scarce and expensive. Depending on the orders you have to fulfill, you can burn 80k in just one week and over 300k in one month on the diesel vans but much lower for a T4. 2 Likes |
