delishpot:strange beings do exist. I cud when I was studying in UNIBEN. I stayed off campus in Ekosodin then. I went to read in the night in the Faculty of Education but I cud no longer continue reading due to uncontrollable sleep in the class,so I decided to go back to my room around 12:30am to sleep. As soon as I got to the Ekosodin gate, I saw somebody afar walking towards the village. As much as I ran to catch up with this person so dat we cud walk together becos it was dark, the more this person kept me a distance. The more I tried to catch up with him,the more this being kept maintaining dat distance. I gave up and concluded dat this so called man is not a normal human being. I got to my hostel and told my room mate. After listening to me,he said dat we should sleep and talk about it in the morning. when it was morning, my room mate woke me up and said thank God for ur life. He said, dat thing I was trying to walk with was a spirit. Since dat day, I stopped going to that village late in the night alone. So my nairalanders, they exist, pray not to have an encounter with them. peace!!!! 1 Like |

Originalsly: True..the GTR is a breed all by itself. I think Nissan cars are usually faster than other cars in the same class. The Maxima is a family sedan and also very fast...how fast should someone be driving with his family?...the Maxima would clock 120mph and you would think you're cruising at 90. Where do you want to go with your family at such speeds?...Heaven?Do u know how much the nissan maxima 2005 or 2006 model Tokunbo car will cost? I just fall in love with dat car and I want to buy it before the end of this year |

ola_pluto: For those saying they 'read like hell'. I challenge you to come out and say how many hours a day you read, how many past papers you thrashed. How many times you read Ababio and Okeke front to back. I think the equation is very simple. If you do not read, you cannot JAMB. ola_pluto: For those saying they 'read like hell'. How many times you read Ababio and Okeke front to back. I think the equation is very simple. If you do not read, you cannot JAMB. You are very right Mr Man. Imagine when I was still teaching in one private school in Lagos, I had to constantly be seizing my students cell phones when teaching in Class. They hardly study!!.They so much believe that they are going to be assisted in the examination hall. Some of the students that were serious then their Waec and Jamb and also secured ission into Universities of their choices. Those distractors in class then are still begging for ission. I told that u have to study hard for Jamb exam, solve Jamb questions. I told them that when I was preparing for my Waec and Jamb exams, if I find it difficult to answer a question, I will not rest or sleep very well, till the question is answered. But students of nowadays don't care. They believe that they can easily buy their ways. Jamb exam is not meant for pupils. It is meant for serious minded men and women who know the value of studying very hard. Wishing all that scored above 200 success in their post UTME exam. I rest my case. one love!!! 2 Likes |

I really pity the kind of students we have nowadays. To study for exams is a big problem. I knew that Jamb exam was not like Waec, dat was the more reason I had to prepare harder and ed it and got ission to Uniben to study Chem Eng. Most of my study partners ed the Jamb exam got itted into schools of their choice. But students of nowadays hardly study. They are busy looking for expo. God will have mercy!!!

There has been so many criticisms about the prophet T.b joshua, I ed when I was in secondary school then, I heard of some people claiming that he got his power from their fratenities, some even went on air that they gave him the power to perform miracles and all manners of signs and wonders and that by the year 2000, the powers will be in-operative and will not be able to perform those miracles. What really baffles me is that till date, the man is still performing his miracles, healing people of diverse ailments and he is waxing stronger. His congregation has increased astronomically. My question is, who is fooling who. The more u criticise prophet T.B Joshua, the more popular he is and the more God blesses him. I am not a member of his church, but I have taken keen interest on his rapid successes on every area of his ministry. Those who criticised him years back where are they now? You are entitled to your opinion, but I will onish you never to say what you don`t know or have little knowledge of. Be positive in whatever you do. Mind you, who God has blessed, there is no force on this planet earth that can curse him/her. On your own, what have you done to affect or impact people around you positively? Remain blessed, Shalom 1 Like |
