For preggy mamas who have low PCV... One home remedy I know of is "hospital too far" or "blood of Jesus" leaf.
It's a herb that boosts blood level for anaemic patients .
How to prepare:
Boil the leaf with water, you'll notice the water turns red...pour in a cup and add milk to it, the colour will turn purplish after milk is added...To be taken two times daily...before meal in the morning and after meal at night.
I tried it and it worked for me.
NB : You can make your research online about it too before using.

Hahn finally ate Lagos oh, btw I think it’s called agidi by Yoruba’s I maybe wrong though. It’s called akasan in Benin, not sure of the spelling we don’t do good writing Benin much here, just speak speak speak. I envy other tribes for that, they speak and write even with intonations .

@ bolded, I think that is a personal thing, I write, read and speak Bini very well but my siblings can't write, while some can't even speak fluently. My hubby isn't from Edo, he can write in Bini.
