For akamu, you can go with single or double grain. You just soak overnight and in the morning, wash and drain the water. Then you can add your spices (ginger, cloves etc) the take it to the mill(those that grind them tomatoes not the dry mill). After grinding, mix with water let it be watery and sieve. Then cover and allow to settle. Them you can drain your water and store the pap in your fridge. That's all

Please do a transvaginal scan. The result is suggesting an ectopic pregnancy. Please do this as soon as possible as ectopic pregnancies can be fatal.

Early detection can save a whole lot of complications.

I have another appointment on 17of March for another scan. He said he is seeing a gestational sac but i should repeat it again in 2 weeks time. I pray it's not ectopic pregnancy.

As for soyabeans,


You can add the followings or you make it plain depending on how you want it.

Unripe plantain
Ground nut
Date/sugar
Crayfish/dry fish


Select out stones from your soya bean

Parboil the soya bean

Sun dry it

Put inside dry pot and fry. Dont let it burn, keep turning till it turns chocolate brown. (Dont fry all at once. Take it portion by portion) when done , the back will peel out with little pressure.

Put the beans inside mortar and grate it gently to break the back. Use tray to separate the shaft from the beans.

Then mix other additives

Take to mill.

Your soya beans is ready.

Lol... Teamie, same as me. Although, I’m 39 weeks and a few days gone. EDD is still weekend, but no sign at all. Now, every morning, My mother-in-law comes to my room to use anointing oil to pray and massage baby. I go just dey laugh. Baby wey dey fear this hot weather, e just kukuma dey chill inside the mansion wey e dey.

But I think you should go to the hospital, my doctor gave me an appointment next week for induction if baby tarries past EDD.

There is something I want you people to help me clarify o..
Normally dettol is what I use at home but my hospital list it's Savlon(I have never used it before) they put on the list. So I just bought two savlon that I will take one to hospital and use one at home if my dettol finished.
This morning I decided to use the Savlon and when I pour it inside water it didn't bring that milkish abi na whitish color that dettol do give. It just mixed with the water.

Those that have use Savlon before is this normal?

ma, if ur jajaina is ur vaginal,desist from using disinfectant to wash it,all disinfectant has same chemical,the difference is their name, that it did not bring out the whitish thing do not mean is fake,it all depends on the amount of the chemical used, if u are not ok with savlon,leave it,when u come BK from hospital, continue using dettol
