This is a first step to modyfying the rules but as of this new drama it does not affect birthright citezenship,it affects ur grand kids if they are not born in the us or if your kids never lived in the usa for 5years of which 2 of those 5 years must be after age 14.

Go to their website and read the head of the organization did an interview and said it does not affect birthright citizenship

To abolish birthright citizenship an amendment or wxecutive order is needed

The new rules affect ur grand kids if they are born outside usa,ur kids didnt school in usa and ao dint live up to 5yra here hope this clarifies d tension!

In fact if you ever get a green card or citizenship you can transfer to your grandkids if ur kids dont meet the criteria ,as long as you have lived in the usa for 5 years

From a legal position, only an amendment/change ed by Congress can affect the 14th amendment provision on birthright citizenship. It is legally impossible for an executive order to change statutory/constitutional law ed by Congress.

Think about it well, do you think Trump would not have changed birthright citizenship sinceeeeee if he COULD really do so by the simple stroke of his pen? If he did, it would be an exercise in futility as there would be litigation galore and the courts will eventually overrule him.

Even the US Supreme Court (the highest court of the land) has upheld the sanctity of the 14th amendment in the past. If you have time, see and read the locus classicus case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark to understand the sanctity of birthright citizenship in the US.

However, the acc made mention of not being refunded a dime but has not debunked Kinglee007's claim of haven been refunded. So he is also getting wrong at this instance. The first is the chat exchange between me and Osas the next day (12/8/19) after I visited his store on 11/8/19. It merely captured what we agreed orally when I visited his store the day before. It is self explanatory.

The second is my chat exchange with Osas at 10:21am this morning while Kinglee was still rambling and desperately trying to save his face here. It is also self explanatory. As you can see, Osas clearly said I should give him till next week and i said i will be expecting the refund by then.

This is the receipt given to me. During my visit to the shop on 11 August 2019, the shop owner (Osas) obliged to give me another used laptop and I declined stating I was not interested anymore (based on the problems with the one they gave me) as I wanted a brand new laptop. He said he doesn't sell brand new laptops. Osas personally wrote on the receipt that I was to be refunded on or before end of this month. I complained that iming was too long and that I needed a makeshift laptop urgently to cover the gap while I waited till month end and he obliged. The makeshift laptop is to be returned as soon the refund is made. Please read carefully and see all what is written on the receipt word for word.
