TINUBU GOVT IS BLAMING PETER OBI AND OBIDIENTS FOR ANARCHY IN ANY AUG PROTESTS

Bayo Onanuga is right that the conman Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his violent gang IPOB infiltrated the peaceful EndSARS protests of 2020. There is audio recordings of MNK commanding his f000000lish gang to destroy property in Lagos and to do evil in Benin.

MNK should never be released. His IPOB should stand up and be counted and take responsibility for their nonsense.

Those abroad and at home like World Igbo Congress that MNK and his useless IPOB gang should also stand up to show their face.

IPOB are “Biafrans” and should keep that rubbish to themselves. Whatever happens to “Biafrans” is their own choosing. Simon Ekpa, Uche Mefor and all of them should come out.

Igbo Bu Igbo. So we are Igbo Nation as our forefathers gave to us.

You can read this article of today in The Cable.

THE POLITICAL CLASS SHOULD BE MADE TO ABANDON NIGERIA. FOR EVER & EVER. BANISHMENT.

The political class should be made to ABANDON Nigeria. For ever & ever. Which means Banishment for life.

See am oooooooo! They are more evil than the devil ooooooo!

They are the ones that make Nigeria jagajaga because they ENFORCE the fraudulent 1999 Constitution that is the root of our miseries.

They have taken all the policemen that should be guarding our people especially our farmers and their wives who are facing Fulani invaders. This is SELFISHNESS of demonic proportions!

Any protest by the suffering people and the political class are frightened of the anger of Nigerians.

They are free to ABANDON NIGERIA completely (their spouses and children are already abroad).

But we will come after them even if it takes years and years if the money and property they will live from abroad came by the fraudulent 1999 Constitution that causes miseries for Nigerians and that empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda.

Our farmers have been killed by Fulani for land grab. Other farmers have been made to ABANDON their farms because of the Fulani. Many ordinary Nigerians are forced to ABANDON their businesses because of electricity matters, because of high cost of everything, because of no customer again. ALL this such miseries are flowing from the 1999 Constitution that political class enforce. So political class too must ABANDON Nigeria and we will take back all the money they acquired under that fraudulent 1999 Constitution because it is not their money. It is criminal money and blood money. That money must return to the indigenous ethnic nationality it came from. That is justice and righteousness.

REVOLUTION NOW & PROTESTS - TIME FOR SOWORE TO SHUT UP.

Omoyele Sowore is owner of online Sahara Reporters newspaper. He failed in Nigeria so japa to USA many years ago but from there was looking back at Nigeria to make money from Nigerians at home so set up his Sahara Reporters (SR).

Sowore then used his SR to demonize Goodluck Jonathan and to bring in Buhari with the lies of APC. After Buhari became president in 2015 many Igbo and Ijaw who used to read SR stopped and it began to lose money and reputation. There is quick money in politics so Sowore started a political party the African Action Congress AAC.

Like every other politician he promotes the propaganda that Nigeria's main problem is leadership when it is not. The main problem is that the 1999 Constitution creates a dysfunctional order. Sowore like other politicians carried on with the leadership false narrative until Nigerians began to see the 1999 Constitution is the chiefest problem. Then for popularity Sowore began to shout that the 1999 Constitution must go but he still lies that leadership is the chiefest problem.

Consider Sowore's hypocrisy because every single political party in Nigeria subscribes to the 1999 Constitution and he is a founder of AAC so he is a chief upholder of the 1999 Constitution. But being a hypocrite he says that his demand for the August 2024 protest is to scrap the 1999 Constitution. How? When as founder of AAC he has vowed to uphold the fraudulent 1999 Constitution. Hypocrite and liar!

Sowore' wife and children are safe in USA. Even during his court troubles they never came to Nigeria. But they want Sowore to become president abi? Is it when he is president they will now come to Nigeria to be First Family! Sowore is urging Nigerians to protest in August for Days of Rage. Do not go unless his wife and children are there in front of the protest. We are tired of all these politicians who keep their wife and children safe abroad but want Nigerians to die so they can become president or governor. Nonsense!

Sowore said we must scrap the 1999 Constitution. Many are saying that and he was not the first, he is iust copying. The 1999 Constitution is Nigeria so when you scrap it you scrap Nigeria. Can this foolish man not see that? That means there will be Anarchy if you scrap the 1999 Constitution except you go to Transitioning which we know is what NINAS Movement has been calling to do for many years.

When Sowore used his SR to remove Goodluck Jonathan many Igbo and SS people stopped reading SR and it began to lose relevance so Sowore began to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu so that the IPOB crowd can be manipulated to read SR. Every time since then he must mention MNK so that the ers of MNK would also Sowore and his dying SR.

Sowore is a failed politician and a hypocrite about the 1999 Constitution that his AAC party upholds. If he had won in 2023 he would be swearing Oath Of Office to uphold and defend that 1999 Constitution. I tell ers of Sowore to the information here and do not risk your life in protest for Sowore unless his wife and children are at the front of the protest. We all know now that the 1999 Constitution is the chiefest problem of Nigeria not leadership so it must be scrapped so that we can get a good leader. There is a way to do it well and South Africa did it by Transitioning so that is our correct method as well.

COUNTRYWIDE AUGUST 2024 PROTESTS: SOME INFORMATION

In early July we learned that countrywide protests were planned from 1-10 August 2024, under the hashtag #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria.

Information about this protest is trending on different social media platforms. Is this a real protest, or is it a trick by government to keep young people distracted with false hope of protests as there have been several such this year that came to nothing? If however, young people are so angry that this time they will go on protests, here are some things they have demanded on social media:
--Tinubu & Shettima must go.
--Every politician who won in 2023 elections must go. That is Senators, Reps, Governors etc. All must go.
--Since the political class are enjoying abundant life with 200 million naira bullet-proof SUVs, mansions everywhere etc, it means Nigeria has money for ordinary people too. A demand is that petrol must sell at 100 naira per litre.
--All politicians who contested last year and lost must go. Even the "good men" among them. Young people will look for clean new politicians to serve them. None of those who have been around should show their faces.

------
Response:
If young people are truly planning to protest, it is GREAT they are no longer willing to be DOCILE. But there are several BUTs.

1.As long as the fraudulent 1999 Constitution is tolerated by the protesters NONE of the politicians are going anywhere. That 1999 Constitution gives them the power to be in government house, in NASS etc and it empowers them to have as many SUVs, mansions, private planes etc that they want.

2.As long as the fraudulent 1999 Constitution is tolerated by the protesters- police, soldiers etc can arrest them and kill them. You saw how Buhari's government brought in thugs to do violence that was then falsely blamed on peaceful EndSARS protesters, and it was the "excuse" used to open fire on the protesters. Same will happen to you. You will be killed or made blind or made a cripple for NOTHING.

3.As long as the fraudulent 1999 Constitution is tolerated by the protesters petrol price can rise to the sky.

The bottom line is that the protesters bring about their own miseries because THEY tolerate the 1999 Constitution which creates this useless and cruel government, and allows the political class to loot, the courts to be corrupt, the police and army to kill unarmed peaceful people.

As long as protesters and young people tolerate the 1999 Constitution they have no voice and no power to do anything except sidon look, sidon die.

IF protesters want their demands to happen, they can get them ONLY IF they Reject the 1999 Constitution, and so as to prevent anarchy there must be a period of Transitioning for Constitutional Renegotiation ie CHANGE. It means the Peoples can exercise their inalienable right of Sovereignty to negotiate the CHANGE they want. Because the demand is for Transitioning, political parties must SHUTDOWN preparations for 2027 national elections and Close Shop until after Transitioning. The NINAS Transitioning Template, an ORDERLY PROCESS is on the Table.

Young people, if you still insist on protesting while you tolerate the illegitimate 1999 Constitution source of your miseries, I shall feel very sorry for you because politicians will continue in their positions, their SUVs, and their many mansions- but you are the one who may be made to abandon this life, so I hope you have made your peace with Yah.

IMPROVE ON YOUR ENDSARS AND OTHER PROTESTS ~ A NINAS MESSAGE

You can be totally EFFECTIVE this time: The 1999 Constitution is the ROOT of all miseries in Nigeria. It's a FORGERY so Terminate it through an ORDERLY REVOLUTION ie the 5-Point NINAS Proposition.

Demanding Immediate Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction is the Revolution that Nigeria needs most urgently.
– NINAS

WHAT CAN YOU DO WHEN YOUR VOTE DOESN'T COUNT?

Your vote has never counted in Nigeria, not even your pre-Independence vote. And it NEVER will except you restore the Sovereignty of your Ethnic Nation.

Today, the judges are the ones who alone can hand over positions of power to politicians - because your Sovereignty has been hijacked and the Supreme Court corruptly now plays God for the highest bidder.

YOU can stop this dangerous madness by Demanding TRANSITIONING for Constitutional Reconstruction as a Mark or your Rejection of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution that hijacks Sovereignty and Self-Determination. Therefore, since it is TRANSITIONING Now, you Insist that ALL political parties SHUTDOWN preparations for 2027 National Elections and Close Shop.

Elections can resume after the time-bound period of TRANSITIONING, and then for the very first time your vote will count. (This is how South Africa stopped the Apartheid State Capture and entered the era of Democracy which continues to be a work in progress.)

Transitioning, which includes carrying out Regional Self-Determination Referendums does not fall from the sky! The Power and the Right to have Transitioning was made possible by 24 years work including the Constitutional Force Majeure declared 16 December 2020. Since that day the NINAS Transitioning Template has been on the Table.
TRANSITIONING is the potent life-changing, life-improving People's Revolution that Nigerians are now learning about.

THIS LGA AUTONOMY IS FULANI JIHAD PER EXCELLENCE! - NNAMDI ELEKWACHI
Orient Harmony, Facebook
13 July 2024

“Whichever way you look at it, Unitary System has just been extended deeper into the grass roots of the indigenous nations of Nigeria.

This autonomy of LGAs is not about sharing revenue or money as the Fulani, and Jihadist BAT are leading people to believe.

This autonomy of LGAs is about extending the Fulani Jihad in Nigeria deep down into the grass roots of indigenous nations.

Prior to this dangerous stage of the Fulani Jihad, Unitary Control appeared limited to 36 States and FCT (the 37 Emirates of the Fulani Caliphate Colony of Unitary One Nigeria).

The Emirs (Governors) had control of their Emirates and reported to Sokoto and Abuja. The Emirs had control of their Emirates and many of them who were not entirely Jihadist at least protected what was left of their States, their LGAs and communities from the Fulani Jihad.

Now the Fulani Jihad has activated the third phase of the Jihad to the Fulani Caliphate DISTRICT Goverments level (LGAs) totally bying the Emirs (Governors) to take direct control of the Fulani Clapihate Districts (LGAs) that must now report directly to Sokoto and Abuja. The rug has eventually been pulled off the feet of Governors or Emirs of the Fulani Caliphate Feudalist Colony of Unitary One Nigeria.

The Fulani Jihad in Nigeria had three programed stages:

1. Take over the Federal Government of Nigeria and change it from Federalism into the Fulani Caliphate Feudalist Unitary Emirate System. Major Nzeogwu and Co attempted to stop the Fulani Jihad in January 1966. They failed. On 29 July 1966 the Fulani Jihad fought back and succeeded in taking over all of Nigeria except the East and Midwest. The result was Biafra War. On 12 January 1970 the Fulani Jihad succeeded all over Nigeria with the defeat of the Republics of Biafra and Benin.

2. From 1970 to 1999 the Fulani Jihad progressively carved Nigeria up into Emirates renamed States under total control of Abuja and Sokoto. This progressed from only 12 Emirates declared on 27 May 1967 to 37 Emirates in 1999, for more effective control by Sokoto and Abuja.

3. However while imposing the 37 Emirates in 1999, the Fulani Caliphate planned and inserted provisions in the 1999 Military Decree that gave it power to further extend the Jihad deep into every corner of Nigeria by creating 774 Districts (LGAs) out of the 37 Emirates. This would eventually give Sokoto and Abuja that power to take control of every nook and canny of Nigeria's Indigenous nations without hindrances by any Emir ( State Governor).

The Fulani Caliphate plans very far ahead when it comes to matters of Fulanisation and Islamisation of Nigeria!

This has all been planned very long time ago. This so-called autonomy was long preplanned! It's not just happening now!
The prove of preplaning rests in the fact that Decree 24 of 1999 created 774 LGAs while the Fulani Caliphate planned and programed the right time to carry out the take over through the District (LGA) Structure.

Other than the Fulani Caliphate Colony of Unitary One Nigeria, no other Common Law Country in World creates Local Governments from the Centre. No Federal Government directly creates Local Governments for Federating Units. Usually, States/Regions/Federating Units creat their own Local Governments.

Local Governments are always a matter for Federating Units under Common Law system of Government but not in Nigeria.

This autonomy thing for LGAs is not about Money or allocation or development or good governnent. It is the third level of the Fulani Jihad in Nigeria!

BTW, many States including Lagos and Imo created their own extra LGAs! What's going to happen to those new LGAs created by many States. that only 774 LGAs or Districts are in the 1999 Decree. How will this autonomy apply to extra LGAs created by many States?

Fulani Caliphate is full of takiya! This LGA Autonomy is Fulani Jihad per excellence!

Nnamdi Elekwachi, July 12, 2024.”

This was his comment on the NINAS Townhall Broadcast of June 12, 2024, titled : “Tinubu’s Local Government autonomy is RUGA in disguise”, after the Supreme Court Judgment of July 11, 2024 on Local Government Autonomy

This young man said a lot of truth and here is some of it which equally applies to Nigeria where there's the crazy situation of the indigenous political class Enforcing a FORGERY as Constitution (of 1999) over their own people!!!
Here’s the young man’s words:
“We cannot continue living as slaves in our own country.”
“We cannot continue to be ruled like this. Being ruled by sick people, by mad people, by liars and thieves and criminals. These are the people who are in power in Kenya and Africa”

&

I had tears in my heart as I listened to this handsome young man because it is so WRONG for Africa's political class to LOCK DOWN their own people for their entire lives... This situation MUST end this century. DECOLONIZE Africa!

TINUBU'S LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTONOMY IS FULANI CONQUEST AGENDA.
The Editor
NINAS Movement News
12 July 2024

So, Nigerians have yet again allowed the political class to put fire on their heads with the Supreme Court’s recent granting of Financial Autonomy to Local Governments. WHEN will Nigerians see that their political class created by a FORGERY (the illegitimate 1999 Constitution) and that then uses the provisions of that FORGERY, do not mean them well? Hopefully, after reading this piece the eyes of a critical mass of Nigerians (Gen Z?) will open to see that they must in an organized fashion and using an ORDERLY PROCESS, exercise their inalienable right of Sovereignty, and that NINAS is right.

Recall that on 29th May 2024 NINAS brought out a Communiqué titled, “Local Government Autonomy Is RUGA In Disguise, Just Like The Defeated Grazing Route Bill, Waterways Bill, And National Livestock Bill”, then soon after on 4th June 2024 NINAS had a virtual Townhall which is the source of what is being published here. That Townhall topic had been, “Tinubu's Local Government Autonomy Is RUGA In Disguise.” (See NOTES section below).

The material being from a Townhall, was conversational in style. The information to be conveyed here will therefore be just a Summary that includes some direct quoting, and produced as a sort of Take Home Points. The Reader though is very much advised to listen to the entire Townhall session, and for convenience the link to it is in the NOTES section below.

First though to place Unitary Nigeria (One Nigeria) in context and to understand why there is so much horrific bloodshed, increasing production of displaced survivors (IDPs), social and political decay, no democracy, increasing cost of living and never-ending miseries – and this is happening to peoples who are not migrants/refugees somewhere abroad, but who are in their very own God-given ancestral lands. It is because an enemy is in control of Nigerians and in control of their ancestral lands. Nigerians did NOT get Independence as they had thought in 1960. By guile and evil machinations, Britain had placed the immigrant settler Fulani as their agents, and also as overlords of Nigeria. Thus, Ahmadu Bello a leader of the Fulani, made a Declaration of what Nigeria would be turned into after the physical departure of the British. What Ahmadu Bello had said was a declaration of war against Nigerians and that warfare is what Nigerians are experiencing, and it is multi-frontal, coming at them from many sides. This Fulani Conquest Agenda is what is playing out and it requires operating an actual Unitary System (One Nigeria) never you mind that it gets called “Federal” by liars. Here is Ahmadu Bello’s Declaration of the Fulani Conquest Agenda:

“The new nation called Nigeria should be an Estate of our great grandfather Uthman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the minorities in the North as willing tools and the South as a conquered territory and never allow them to rule over us and never allow them to have control over their future”.
– Ahmadu Bello, Premier of the Northern Region, reported in The Parrot newspaper, 12th October 1960 (Just a few days after Independence)

The Sovereignty of indigenous Ethnic Nations must be overridden for this Fulani Conquest Agenda to proceed which is what is achieved by the illegitimate 1999 Constitution. Plus, it needs “Willing Tools” which is what the indigenous political class are. In common terminology, they are sell-outs and traitors.

Now for the Summary of the NINAS Townhall where the implications of Local Government Autonomy when Nigerians are facing a Fulani Conquest Agenda, is explained.

1. The Fulani Conquest Agenda attacks Nigerians on several fronts and uses various disguises such as RUGA (Fulani colonies with their cattle). Nigerians should that Buhari’s regime had tried but thankfully failed, to bring in Local Government Autonomy through Constitutional Amendment and NINAS had been significant then by explaining how Local Government Autonomy facilitates RUGA. (See the NOTES below for a NINAS video broadcast on this subject)

2. To sell the irrational idea of Local Government Autonomy when Nigeria has a dysfunctional constitutional arrangement (and a constitutional crisis of a No-Nigeria Union reality) is yet another deceit. It is of a similar kind to when Usman Dan Fodio the Fulani plunderer and land grabber convinced the Hausa populace that their kings were corrupt and that the Islam they had was of an inferior type. Thus, the Hausa people ed the Fulani Invaders to get rid of their own Kings, then the Fulani stepped into the Hausa thrones and have been governing them to this date from that deceit. The deceit being used on Nigerians for this Local Government Autonomy ruse is: oh the Governors are stealing the money of Local Government let us stop them from taking the money meant for Council development with Local Government Autonomy – that is at the front end. However, at the back end it is a swindling design, something by which the Fulani-controlled Central Government will become the controller of your local community up to even your household because the way they crafted the Law by which they are trying to do this, there is a conditionality attached.

The condition attached to this Direct Allocation to Local Government which looks very sweet from afar, is that if money will come straight from the Federation to the Local Government that byes the Governor’s input, (I want us to listen very carefully), then the conduct of Local Government Elections will be done by INEC! It means that the INEC that is sitting in Abuja controlled by the Fulani will now be the one processing candidates for you in your Local Governments. Hitherto, Local Government Elections had been the business of State Independent Electoral Commissions that is SIECs instead of INEC. State Independent Electoral Commissions meaning that the states in of Governor and the istration of the governments of the states are in charge of the Local Government conducting elections, and are also part of managing their finances.

The system was designed from the beginning to make Governors responsible for the monies, and the political class are now pretending that they do not know that this was intended for stealing. This is all to deceive the public because if Central Government was interested in stopping corruption it would seek to Terminate the illegitimate 1999 Constitution, creator and upholder of systemic corruption. It is because Local Government Autonomy is just a ruse. What have they done about the immunity attached to the Governors? What have they done about the corruption of all the Governors across the last 25 years flowing from the Appropriation Provisions that give them the spare key to the Treasury? If they are concerned about corruption, what have they done about the provisions of the 1999 Constitution that exclude responsibility to the citizen so that the Governor does not owe citizens any welfare, not education, or housing or even healthcare. Nothing at all because with Section 6.6C of the 1999 Constitution the government does not owe Nigerians any obligation at all.

3. The Fulani have been trying to take over the entire country from the time they entered this West African space. To repeat, Local Government Autonomy reduces the little control that indigenous Ethnic Nations have in their ancestral lands because it comes with the condition that INEC would now take charge of conducting Local Government Elections. Since the money would be coming directly from Central Government, the Local Government Chairpersons will then owe allegiance to them, not to local people. Same for your Traditional Rulers who you think are your last line of defence. The allowance for Traditional Rulers (together) is 5% of the money that goes to Local Government. If Abuja is now the one to pay that money directly to the Local Government Chairman and your Traditional Rulers, their allegiance is first with where their money comes from, let us make no mistake about that. Fulani will control you to your community and your Local Government Chairmen will be going to Abuja the same way Governors are going to Abuja today. Their loyalty and Allegiance will be to the Fulani that have to pay them their money. Your Traditional Rulers will be in tow because if they misbehave their 5% Allowance will cease to come to them. That is the danger we are in.

4. Part of the Fulani Conquest Agenda involves Demographic Alteration of local areas not only by killing off the indigenous owners and taking over their land as is happening in the Middle Belt, but also by design by having children with indigenous people. You will find Fulani who bear Igbo, or Yoruba, or Ijaw, or Tiv etc names in Nigerian communities – but Fulani know they are their own. If Nigerians do not stop this Fulani Conquest Agenda now (how to will be explained below), then these Fulani in our midst with local indigenous names could be empowered in our communities to continue the conquest on behalf of their Fulani family side.

5. Indigenous peoples have for decades been crying out for more Autonomy for their Ethnic Nation. So, does it make sense for them to applaud this new Supreme Court-given Local Government Autonomy that gives more power to Central Government over Local Government Areas? So the same enemy that used the illegitimate 1999 Constitution to hijack the Autonomy (Self-Determination) of indigenous Ethnic Nations is now using that same 1999 Forgery (Constitution) to take away even the very little freedoms that Local Government Areas have. Nigerians – we can stop this accursed situation but it means grabbing hold of truth, and pushing back the Fulani Conquest Agenda that advances only with lies, frauds, and deception.

How To Stop every aspect of the Fulani Conquest Agenda:

The Instrument that empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda has been identified. It is the 1999 Constitution – it is not even a real Constitution, but a fraud, a lie, a make-believe.

The chief enemy was identified for us by Ahmadu Bello himself, for without them the Fulani can do NOTHING. He called them “Willing Tools”. They are the indigenous political class. They are the Governors and Deputies, the Senators, the of the House of Representatives etc. Those serving, those who served, and those who contested but did not win. They are also the Proprietors and Promoters of ALL political parties. The entire political class make up less than 1% of Nigeria’s population but they are the ones who have tied Nigerians down for the Fulani Conquest Agenda to run over them. The indigenous political class do so by Sustaining and Enforcing that illegitimate 1999 Constitution over their own people. They use lies, fraud, and deceit, and bribery/financial inducements. Their reward for being traitors and sell-outs is riches-for-life in Nigeria and abroad. Nigerians must therefore SEPARATE THEMSELVES from the Willing Tool political class.

That 1999 Constitution must be Taken Down and Terminated – ALL of it. No “amendments”, no “substitutions”, no gimmicks. The Strategy Action to get that done is:

- No further National Elections under the illegitimate 1999 Constitution – since elections renew the life of the 1999 Constitution.

- So demand SHUTDOWN of preparations to 2027 National Elections. That means that all Political Parties must now CLOSE SHOP – immediately (no delay).

- Instead of further National Elections demand TRANSITION Now for Constitutional/Union Reconfiguration. The outcome can be a Federation or Confederation.

- The default position if Transitioning is avoided is that there is immediate Nigeria Union Dissolution and Ethnic Nations would separate in Blocs of their choice as independent Successor Countries.

WHITE JESUS LIE OR BLACK/BROWN YESHUA TRUTH?

Many Nigerians want to worship the White man. Even when they read in the Bible that the Son of God was not European, and He is described there looking like an African but with eyes like fire, they get angry.

WHY?

It is because the truth does not live in them.

Every truthful person makes a mistake or is misled. But when the truth comes to them they are happy to take it.

The Bible has described the Son of God in Daniel 10: 5,6 and Revelation 1: 13-15. His skin is dark brown (burnished bronze) and His hair is woolly like the African’s hair but white in color.

Catholics will be unhappy to hear this because they have spent money buying White Jesus images, statues and books. Even for their children.

Evangelicals will be unhappy to hear this because they have spent money buying White Jesus images and books. Even for their children.

Pentecostals will be unhappy to hear this because they have spent money buying White Jesus images and books. Even for their children.

ALL those who sell White Jesus images and books will be unhappy to hear this.

It is like those who were angry with Paul when he talked about Messiah because they would lose their business of idol selling if the Greeks turn to truth.

To those Nigerians who even after reading Daniel 10: 5,6 and Revelation 1: 13-15 to see that the Son of God is not a White but is a Black/Brown, and become angry and resist this truth. It is God you are resisting oooo. If you like shout at God. The Bible will remain true and you will remain a liar.

Another truth is that the Son of God being a Jew was given Jewish name. It is Yeshua. You can Google it. You cannot change the name that a parent gives his pikin. If his pikin is Emeka, then even if he goes to London or China, his name is Emeka. The Son of God Name is Yeshua. If you like truth you will not call Him the untrue “Jesus Christ”. White man did that so that as he goes everywhere in the world, the world will worship him. “White Jesus” does not exist anywhere in the Bible but Black/Brown Yeshua is in the Bible. Go to Jewish Bible like Tree of Life online and read Matthew chapter 1 or any where.

White Jesus is not the real name of the Son of God. White Jesus is the tool of the colonizer. Google all these things so you do not remain ignorant and mislead yourself and your children.

Africa will remove every tool of the colonizer so get ready to see Black/Brown Yeshua instead of White Jesus.

God will help us.

THE RELIGION SPECIALLY FOR AFRICANS IS THE ONE WHERE AFRICANS LOOK LIKE GOD – THAT MEANS THE BIBLE!
Christianity for Africans, Facebook
1 July 2024

Those who suffer the most have been the ones who know Yahuwah God the most, because He comes down to speak with their spirit. The African Slaves in America had been very close to Yahuwah God because of the evil that White people poured out on them without stop. These Slaves therefore knew well that the Messiah had brown skin like them. This is quite amazing and wonderful because the White Slave owners had forbidden the Slaves from learning how to read. Then later some Slaves who would be allowed to preach to other Slaves were given a fake Bible called the “Slave Bible” where White people had removed the Scripture texts that show that our Savior came to set Mankind free from Satan and from the oppressor. So Yahuwah God Himself came directly to the Slaves to tell them about the meaning of life and that He is on the side of the poor, the weak, and the oppressed. You can use the internet to learn more about this “Slave Bible” and the terrible things that White people did to the Slaves. It was during this terrible time that the Slaves knew that as Black people they look like Master Yeshua their Savior. Even today, some sincere people have had dreams or visions of Master Yeshua and He comes to them as a Man with brown skin and African type of hair. In fact, they describe a Savior who looks like He is described in the Bible, in Daniel 10: 5,6 and Revelation 1: 13-15.

The Holy Bible makes it very clear that the Savior is brown-skinned and has woolly hair that is white. Also, being a Hebrew He has a Name that is from His mother tongue. His Name is Yeshua. Our Savior is Master Yeshua Hamashiach (= the Messiah).

We learn from the Bible that Yahuwah God the Father works with time periods. He said that the Hebrews would be Slaves in Egypt for 400 years. That is what happened. We are not being very exact about dates now for us Africans, we are using them to guide us. It was in August 1619 that the first African Slaves landed in what was to be America. Then 400 years later, in 2019, the truth that Slaves had known but that became forgotten, again began to be ed and to spread throughout the world. This is the truth that the Savior looks like an African and His Name is Yeshua. Since our skin is brown and that of Master Yeshua is brown (burnished bronze) we shall also refer to Him as Brown Yeshua.

It is so wonderful that the Holy Bible has described a Son of God who looks like an African (although His eyes are like red flames)! It makes sense to us and should also make sense to you that we Africans should adore this Savior and Son of God who looks so much like we do. We look like the Savior so we are honored and should be the very best disciples of Master Yeshua. Off course Master Yeshua is the Savior of the whole world, but we are a special Chosen Ones.

Dear Africans, since we are the Chosen Ones, let us repent. It is through repentance that Master Yeshua can come and live among us in Africa and everywhere that African people are found. So much evil has happened to us especially at the hands of White people. It is not because we are hated. We are the Chosen Ones, chosen to look like Master Yeshua, and so Yahuwah God our Father is waiting in love for us to return to Him. Let us return to Him in spirit and in truth, and with true repentance.

2 Chronicles 7:14
If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, pray, seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

It will take time to use the proper words for the Religion of the Son of God, and to call the followers of the Son of God by a good name derived from truthful history and facts. We can start today.

The Savior is Master Yeshua.

Those who follow Him can therefore be called Yeshuans.

The religion of those who follow Him can therefore be called Yeshuanity.

MIYETTI ALLAH DEMANDS PROTECTION OF SULTANATE INSTITUTION
Punch News
29 June 2024

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria has emphasised the need for the protection and preservation of the institution of the Sultanate in the country.

The National President of MACBAN, Alhaji Baba Othman-Ngelzarma, made the call in a statement on Saturday in Abuja.

He said that the institution of the Sultanate which dates over two hundred years, should not be toyed with by politicians who were supposed to be channelling their energy in promoting good governance.

Othman-Ngelzarma criticised the alleged subtle threats to emasculate the revered Sultan, who is the symbol of Islamic authority in Nigeria.

He said, “We believe protecting and preserving the institution of the Sultanate is a cardinal responsibility of every right-thinking personality in the country.

“We call upon the Sokoto State Government, especially the legislature, to tread softly and do all that is necessary to preserve and protect the institution that represents an all-important ideology that created it.

“Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria is worried by the media reports alleging that the Sokoto Government intends to whittle down the powers of his Eminence the Sultan, Alhaji Saad Abubakar III.”

Othman-Ngelzarma said MACBAN stood firmly with the Sultan, adding, “because we believe he deserves better as he has shown the capacity to uphold justice and equity in all his dealings.

“This is evident in his efforts to propagate religious and ethnic tolerance in Nigeria among diverse groups.

“His background as a military man, his resoluteness to speak the truth and his standing for the poor and underprivileged despite being an aristocrat makes him a model for leaders to emulate.”

CRITICAL THINKING LANDS ON THE NINAS PROPOSITION
The Editor
NINAS Movement News
29 June 2024

A new thing is happening in Africa, indeed a new world order is happening globally. There are the old colonialists hoping to retain their hold over the whole world, then there are indigenous peoples hoping to set themselves free to be the people that God intended them to be. The key word here is SOVEREIGNTY. Ethnic Nations are set free from the oppressor and coloniser when they exercise their inalienable right of Sovereignty over their ancestral lands. In Nigeria, NINAS, the voice of indigenous peoples has undertaken the great work of Sovereignty and Self-Determination Restoration.

One of the beloved heroes of the Black World is Amílcar Cabral. He would have been 100 years old in September this year and he was a leading figure in the struggle for Independence and Sovereignty of Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde. Those who have followed the progress of the NINAS Strategy will see that its Masterminds have been guided by these words of Amílcar Cabral that continue to inspire:

“Hide nothing from the masses of our people. Tell no lies. Expose lies whenever they are told. Mask no difficulties, mistakes, failures. Claim no easy victories...”
“Always bear in mind that the people are not fighting for ideas, for the things in anyone's head. They are fighting to win material benefits, to live better and in peace, to see their lives go forward, to guarantee the future of their children.”

NINAS is the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination and in 1999, began to develop a Strategy which birthed the 5-Point NINAS Proposition that addresses Nigeria’s constitutional crisis of relying on nothing but a rejected Forgery as its “Constitution” (aka Union Agreement), and corrects the long-lingering Union Dispute by way of a Constitutional Force Majeure declared 16 December 2020. That started the enforcement phase of Decommissioning the imposed, illegitimate 1999 Constitution. It involves entering a period of Transitioning for the purpose of calmly negotiating a fresh Constitutional/Union Reconfiguration as decided by “We the indigenous peoples” for they have Sovereignty over their ancestral lands.

We get a good picture of the Rationale behind the NINAS Strategy from the various NINAS Communiqués, video Broadcasts and Townhalls etc. The Rationale came about after much research and analyses. It involved getting historical information from local and international archives, and questioning, always questioning and probing, that led to answers, and from there, workable potent solutions. NINAS had broken the Liberation work into 16 Stages and is now nearing the end, having successfully done all that was required to now be at combined Stages 14 and 15 out of 16.

(Poster of chart here - I will post it separately below)

Effective problem-solving starts by acknowledging that every problem has a solution, and a solution that is to be found by Africans and worked out by Africans. Through carrying out analyses people are able to understand why things are the way they are, and also able to identify proposals that are worthless, and reject those. So, useful problem-solving involves striving for an understanding of the problem first, rather than jumping to some “solution” without analysis. The value of the NINAS Strategy is its sound analyses – there was no “prophet” somewhere getting ideas out of nowhere. A serious kind of analyses and research had to be applied. Questions were asked: Why were indigenous Nigerians being super-exploited? Why were there still violent extractive processes of mineral resources similar to during colonial days throughout Africa? Why were there unequal exchanges with foreign countries that disadvantage indigenous Nigerians? NINAS carried out analyses of the historical context of colonial Nigeria, going into various archives and old records for information. These analyses guided the steps to take towards solving Nigeria’s problem. From their investigations and studies NINAS found a pathway and roap to the new world that Nigerians had been seeking since before Independence, but had still not reached! They were able to pinpoint how 1960 Independence did not bring constitutional independence because the Sovereignties of indigenous Ethnic Nations had been hijacked, and Britain had by rigging and guile, made the immigrant settler Fulani the overlords.

By these intensive analyses NINAS identified that the 1999 Constitution was introduced to keep Nigerians under Bondage and it overrides the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of indigenous Ethnic Nations. They also identified that the 1999 Constitution is the Instrument that empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda to turn Nigeria into the “estate” of the Fulani. Now having a thorough understanding of the problem, NINAS then based their 5-Point Proposition on truths and facts obtained, on the UNDRIP instrument, and on international law.

Nigerians are now very close to being able to renegotiate for themselves the kind of country that they want. It involves them exercising their Ethnic Nation’s right of Sovereignty. It also involves them working with the countrywide consensus that the 1999 Constitution is ILLEGITIMATE and is to be abandoned (that is why the National Assembly talked about giving Nigerians a New Constitution), so Nigerians need a new Constitutional Arrangement which they must determine for themselves – no more imposition! Nigerians should also engage their minds with the Strategy that brings their Liberation. It is all quite logical, so here then is the little that is left for Nigerians to do to bring about the bright new world that has eluded them since Independence in 1960:

1. Sovereignty is inalienable and belongs to the indigenous Ethnic Nations on their ancestral lands.

2. Move with the consensus that the 1999 Constitution is not only illegitimate and a fraud because it is an imposed Forgery, it is the source of miseries and enables the Fulani Conquest Agenda against Nigerians.

3. The 1999 Constitution must therefore be Decommissioned.

4. Elections renew the life of the 1999 Constitution when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold it. So no further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution until the constitutional crisis and Union Dispute are resolved (by Transitioning).

5. So as to have no anarchy and no power vacuum, a time-bound period of Transitioning will be had for Constitutional Renegotiation, where existing governance structures would remain in place.

6. A two-stage process would be used:
(i) Stage 1: Just as was done before Independence, Ethnic Nations in formations (Blocs) of their choice would FIRST make their Regional Constitutions.
(ii) Stage 2: There will be Regional Referendums for Ethnic Nations to vote to either re-commit to the Union of Nigeria, or to go for something else. If they vote to re-commit to the Union, there would be negotiations on how that Union would be, then a Federating Constitution made.

7. If no agreement is reached, there would be independent Successor Countries. This is also the default position if Transitioning is avoided.

The research and analyses to come up with the 5-Point NINAS Proposition were rigorous, but the Proposition itself follows simple logic. It is about making connections with what you read. The Notice of Constitutional Force Majeure which gives the historical context and Rationale was published in the Nigerian Guardian newspaper (Link HERE: https://guardian.ng/notice-of-constitutional-grievances-declaration-of-constitutional-force-majeure-and-demand-for-transitioning-process-for-an-orderly-reconfiguration-of-the-constitutional-basis-of-the-federation/ )
and is also available on all the NINAS websites. Making connections with what you read means engaging the mind and intellect with the text. It means connecting what you read with what you are going through and with what others are going through, including what is happening in your community, and in Nigeria.

The NINAS Strategy demands critical thinking because those who devised it applied critical thinking during their research and analyses. Without an analysis of the problem being faced, and a plan based on findings, the problem is not getting solved (and we are simply helping the enemy). Going back to the words of Amílcar Cabral:

“Hide nothing from the masses of our people… Claim no easy victories.”

That is what NINAS has done and has continued to do. They have been transparent and have not said that the work had been easy. On the contrary, NINAS had revealed several of the obstacles faced, including because of COVID-19, and the criminal enterprises and fake freedom fighting gangs that caused huge setbacks to the Sovereignty and Self-Determination Restoration work. Copying with distortions and plagiarizing from the NINAS Strategy so as to cause confusion, and to lead Nigerians astray have also been things that the Liberation work has had to contend with too. Despite all those obstacles, all humans have the ability to discern truth from lies when they engage their minds, and carry out their own analyses of the material that has been proposed to them.

Below is a chart for the Lower Niger Bloc but its different phases apply equally to the other two Blocs of the NINAS Territory (Yoruba Bloc and Middle Belt Bloc). The work to be done had been given targeted dates but obstacles had come in the way – which happens with all authentic Liberation work. Nevertheless, the Phases of the work remain intact and NINAS continues to push ahead: Vitória é certa!

BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY.
Christianity for Africans, Facebook
28 June 2024

(This text is copied from elsewhere, then slightly edited)

DECOLONIZING AFRICA IS FREEDOM FOR AFRICANS!

The term Black Liberation Theology is a message, a teaching, and a lifestyle of deliverance for the Black community of believers.

We are going to decolonize our faith from the weaponized image and ideology of White Jesus, White Supremacy religious doctrine in the form of White nationalism, and whitewashing of Yeshuanity (aka “Christianity).

Yeshuanity (aka Christianity) is not the White man's religion, nor is the Bible the White man's book.

When we learn that religion has been manipulated to destroy our people, our eyes will be open to truth.

The truth is that people will give you religion to control you, but never truth to free you.

The spirit of the Bible and the revelation of the Bible is one of FREEDOM.

Black Liberation Theology embraces that freedom and shows us ourselves as Yahuwah sees us, unapologetically Black and unapologetically free; embracing our Black culture and not codling nor protecting the idol of whiteness.

NIGERIA’S 1999 CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER CAUSE OF MONEY AND SECURITY WOES
Ndidi Uwechue
NINAS Movement News
25 June 2024

Many Nigerians think that the 1999 Constitution is just a book that lawyers and the political class quote from. Yet, it is the very Document that sets up what will happen to them, as long as there is a Nigeria Union. This 1999 Forgery imposed upon Nigerians keeps them in Bondage so as to exploit them and exploit the resources in their ancestral lands. When a people are highly exploited like Nigerians are, it is impossible for them to develop (eg the indigenous peoples of the Niger Delta, and of the FCT). As an illustration, think of a “big madam” who exploits her now adult housemaid. Her maid came to her when still a little child, was overworked and was never sent to school or allowed vocational training. Under such circumstances, is it possible for this maid to develop? So, how can Nigerians who are under Bondage and exploited develop!

NINAS (Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination) also identified that this 1999 Constitution is the Instrument that empowers the horrendous Fulani Conquest Agenda. Therefore, when Nigerians groan that Nigeria is not working for them, it is because they are under Bondage and facing a Fulani Conquest Agenda. Quite deliberately, their environment lacks infrastructure, their businesses will find it hard to survive, and insecurity will abound.

It is known that small and midsized businesses (SMEs) are the backbone of a country, but Nigeria’s SMEs are being brought to failure. Many have already been destroyed eg farms, and many have been forced to close down. Yet more will still be destroyed and more will close down because the 1999 Constitution source of the decline and danger remains in operation.

To see how the 1999 constitutional order causes economic and security woes, let us consider things that are happening to SME owners as reported in newspapers. Many complain that economic hardship is destroying their businesses. These are for example tailors, dry cleaners, carwash operators, carpenters, masons, food outlet owners, and mechanics – all of them people who need electricity. Not only has the cost of epileptic electricity increased, but the cost of fuel for generators has also increased. These costs are ed down to their customers with the effect that either customers stopped coming altogether, or reduced the frequency of patronizing those businesses. One tailor even said that he could stay a whole month without even a single customer coming to his shop. Some SME owners have been forced to close shop and become taxi drivers, mini-bus shuttle drivers, or tricycle (keke) drivers. Ordinary Nigerians are finding it difficult if not impossible to build houses because of the high cost of cement, steel rods, and increased labour costs etc. A grocery stall owner, “Cautioned that if urgent action is not taken to control the rising cost of items in the market, many businesses would collapse, and the business environment is no longer promising.” When there is little or no income coming in, paying of rent and paying back loans may not happen. Mothers also complain that they can no longer afford to give their children nutritious meals, so eggs, beans, fish and even vegetables are no longer on the family menu. Hunger is in the land. People had thought that starving children with bloated bellies was only for Biafrans (1967 - 1970), but Nigerians are finding out that starvation is for them too as the same Fulani Conquest Agenda previously disguised as “civil war” is also after them.

The provisions of the 1999 Constitution make Nigeria a hostile and dangerous place for Nigerians. Although the entire 1999 Constitution is the problem because all of it is a Forgery, and none of it was created or agreed to by indigenous Ethnic Nations, some parts of it that are directly responsible for economic woes and insecurity should be known. These provisions work together and with other provisions not listed here to create an environment that harms indigenous peoples. They are:

• The Preamble – Its false claims that “We the people” agreed to be in a Unitary Nigeria Union and therefore created the 1999 Constitution, hijack the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of indigenous Ethnic nations.

• The 68-Item Exclusive List (Second Schedule, Part 1) – 68 critical infrastructure areas that are under exclusive control of Central Government.

• Section 6.6C – It makes security, development, and welfare provided for in Chapter 2, not enforceable.

• Section 81 and 82 – Appropriation provisions that effectively give the spare key of the treasury to the President.

• Section 121 and 122 – Appropriation provisions that effectively give the spare key of the treasury to State Governors.

• Section 308 – Immunity clause for certain office holders.

Nigeria is made up of individuals so the effects of the 1999 Constitution knock out individual lives and individual livelihoods – one by one. As mentioned above, Presidents and State Governors have spare keys to the treasury so the political class can loot as they like (Sec 81 & 82; Sec 121 & 122). The immunity clause protects some of them who will see to it that those who loot with them would also go uncaught and unpunished (Sec 308). Since the treasury is looted, the money supposed to be used for providing electricity, good road, rail and river transportation, sanitation, waste disposal services, free grants for start-ups, low or nil interest loans, free training, free advice for businesses etc – all those things needed for SMEs to thrive, are not provided, and government is not obliged to do so (Sec 6.6C). Critical infrastructure like electricity (national grid regulation), availability of petrol and diesel etc are on the Exclusive List and thus not controlled by indigenous peoples. If indigenous Ethnic Nations had been the ones to create their Union Agreement (ie Constitution) for themselves, they would have made sure that it would not harm them or their development. But as it is, the imposed 1999 Constitution works against them.

Nigerians are killed by armed Fulani for land grabbing in the fastest phase of the Fulani Conquest Agenda. These crimes are enabled by the 1999 Constitution because control of arms and ammunition are on the Exclusive List. Only Central Government can authorise who can carry guns eg the Armed Forces, Police, Civil Defence etc. (So State Governments cannot do so). There is therefore a risk of shoot-on-sight for anybody in possession of a gun who does not have authority to do so. The fact that Fulani can openly carry AK-47s means that they have been authorised to do so, but Nigerians have not been. Lt Gen (rtd) T Y Danjuma had in 2018 raised the alarm that government security services “collude” with the killers of Nigerians.

An indigenous Ethnic Nation’s ability to survive, thrive, and protect its people and its land comes from owning and controlling everything in its ancestral space: land, waters, and air, plus in deciding who can come in and who can be deported. Therefore, as an indigenous Ethnic Nation, it is only what you own and control that counts. The 1999 Constitution does not allow indigenous Ethnic Nations to access, control, or use their God-given valuable natural resources, or decide what happens on their land. Also, they cannot control who comes into their space, and are prevented from defending themselves against invaders or enemies. Their Sovereignty is being illegitimately overridden by Government through the 1999 Constitution.

Just days after Independence, Ahmadu Bello made it known that the Fulani were on a mission to make Nigeria their “estate”, informing Nigerians that they would become a conquered people and that the Fulani Conquest Agenda would proceed with the help of indigenous Willing Tools. Today, those Willing Tools are the indigenous political class – they sustain and Enforce the 1999 Constitution that works against Nigerians and that empowers Fulanization. All political parties even the ones that claim to be anti-corruption or for youths, ALL of them subscribe to the 1999 Constitution. Elections give life to the 1999 Constitution when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold and govern by that Forgery. To rescue themselves, save their livelihoods, and save their Ethnic Nation, this is what Nigerians are to do:

• Given that the 1999 Constitution is the source of miseries and existential threats, it is a Forgery that needs to be thrown out. All of it.

• Therefore the 1999 Constitution must be Decommissioned.

• Since elections give the 1999 Constitution its life, ALL political parties must SHUTDOWN preparations for 2027 National Elections.

• 2027 Elections must not happen while there is a constitutional crisis produced by the 1999 Constitution, so Demand immediate TRANSITIONING for Constitutional Renegotiations. The final outcome can be a Federation or Confederation.

• This Union of death with its Fulani Conquest Agenda and Bondage imposed by the illegitimate 1999 Constitution cannot continue to destroy Nigerians, and will be pushed back. If Transitioning is avoided, the default position is Dissolution of the Nigeria Union, where Ethnic Nations would Disperse in formations (Blocs) of their choice as independent Successor Countries.

• Sovereignty belongs to indigenous Ethnic Nations so they have a DUTY to take responsibility for their future and take charge of their space.

HOW THE ILLEGITIMATE 1999 CONSTITUTION PUTS GUNS IN THE HANDS OF FULANI

Buhari the Fulani opened the eyes of those who want to see, how the illegitimate 1999 Constitution puts guns in the hands of Fulani.

First, who are the Fulani? They are Black Arabs originally from Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula (Google it). They carried out a genocide in Futa Jallon in the Guinea Highlands so began to claim that area as their own. What is CLEAR is that the Fulani are not indigenous to Nigeria and have NO ancestral land in Nigeria so have no Sovereignty in Nigeria unless they do to Nigerians what they did in Futa Jallon ie kill off the indigenous peoples leaving nobody to make any claims.

Second, since they have no ancestral land in Nigeria why do Fulani move freely in Nigeria? It is because the illegitimate 1999 Constitution is their ENTRY VISA. Fulani are immigrant settlers only, but through the 1999 Constitution they have been able to claim to be Nigerians. That is because the 1999 Constitution being a Forgery, has silenced the voice and desires of the indigenous Ethnic Nations who are the ONLY ones who can decide who can or cannot come/live on their ancestral lands. So, the 1999 Constitution allows the Black Arab Fulani to become "Nigerians". Fulani understand what the 1999 Constitution is for them. Buhari the Fulani opened the borders of Nigeria for Fulani from everywhere to flood in. Gov Bala Mohammed of Bauchi, a Fulani also openly said Fulani from anywhere can claim to be Nigerian.
The 1999 Constitution guarantees all who call themselves "Nigerian" the right to live in any part of Nigeria that they choose, so this allows the non-indigenous Fulani to roam everywhere as "Nigerians".

Third, why can Fulani carry AK-47 freely but not Nigerians? Again, Buhari the Fulani showed us how that is.

Arms, ammunition and explosives are in the 68-Item Exclusive List ie Second Schedule, Part 1 of the illegitimate 1999 Constitution. It means ONLY Central Government can authorise those who can carry guns. (So State governments cannot do so.) Anybody who does not have this authority to carry guns - it will be shoot them on sight. Those authorised to carry guns are Armed Forces, Police, Civil Defence, Immigration etc. So, why can Fulani carry AK-47 and they are not shot on sight? OBVIOUSLY someone authorised them!!! We can't keep on pretending we are babies who know nothing. Lt Gen T Y Danjuma already told us that government security services "collude" with the armed killers of Nigerians.

So now you know how those foreigners called Fulani are in your ancestral land, and now you also know how these Fulani can carry AK-47 but you can't. It's because the 1999 Constitution empowers them but stops you.

You can do your own Google research to remind yourself that Gov Bala Mohammed a Fulani said, "Nobody owns any forests; the forests are owned by Nigeria.”.
But the truth is that forests are owned by indigenous Ethnic Nations whose land the forests are on. The 1999 Constitution dispossesses indigenous peoples and Gov Bala knows it.

Gov Bala Mohammed the Fulani also said it's the right of Fulani "herdsmen" to carry guns to protect themselves. He is defending his people with false narratives because it is the Fulani "herdsmen" who go about causing trouble for Nigerians by TRESING on working farms and STEALING/DESTROYING the crops and farm structures. But Gov Bala Mohammed the Fulani can say whatever he likes since the 1999 Constitution is his Entry Visa to be in Nigeria in the first place to open his mouth.

Sheikh Abubakar Gumi is another Fulani who knows the 1999 Constitution empowers his people and who defends the atrocities of the Fulani.

There are many articles by Nigerian and foreign observers that state that government looks the other way while armed Fulani kill Nigerians. Survivors of Fulani raids say the same. That is because the 1999 Constitution decides who can freely carry guns and Fulani have been allowed to do so.

It is so clear to see that the 1999 Constitution puts guns in the hands of Fulani.

THE ANGLO-FULANI T VENTURE TO SUPPRESS SOVEREIGNTY IN NIGERIA

NINAS Movement News
15 June 2024

Prelude:
In his book “How Europe Underdeveloped Africa” (1972), Dr Walter Rodney mentioned the hijacking of Sovereignty. Sovereignty being a people’s right to determine and to pilot their future, a right to make the decisions that affect them in their ancestral land. He stated that one of the ongoing crimes of European colonialism (White Supremacy) in Africa was suppressing the Sovereignty of African peoples.

Fulani is marching into your space wherever you are in Nigeria because they have nowhere of their own. Their fathers, their grandfathers, their great-grandfathers were always looking towards there to create a Homeland. Mark the word “create”, and how do you create a Homeland for yourself? You DISLODGE the owners of that land, kill them off, VALIDATE yourself in that space and become the Sovereign. YOU TAKE OVER THE SOVEREIGNTY - what is Sovereignty? It comes from the land occupied by a DISTINCT people UNCHALLENGED by others. Therefore, if you are Yoruba dwelling in Yorubaland or you are Ijaw on Ijawland, that is what vests you with Sovereignty. It is the right to be in that space by yourself, to be the one that has to negotiate how you federate with other lands – that is your Sovereign right expressing the right to Self-Determination. When you are no longer able to do that because there is a supervening power it is described as a Suzerainty. That is when a foreign or an adverse Sovereignty or power imposes itself into your space.

When the British came to what would be Nigeria and set up governance there, they were a foreign entity with adverse interests to the natives, they had the power, just sheer military power by which they enforced their view, their will, their desires over and above whatever the Natives may have preferred for themselves. They began to govern. However, Sovereignty remained with the indigenous peoples, they did not exterminate them such that Yoruba was no longer to be found in Yorubaland, or that Ijaw was no longer to be found in Ijawland.

If the British objective in Nigeria was to take over the land permanently they could well have brought more of their own people, they could well have killed off quite a number of Natives to strengthen their hold. We can see that the Whites in South Africa are not going anywhere anymore. They have become part owners of the Sovereignty and they could have been whole owners if they were not challenged in the manner that the ANC and the other anti-Apartheid campaigners had done. Eventually they had to negotiate after fighting for 80 years under the Apartheid Constitution that was imposed by this Suzerainty – white-skinned foreigners who wanted to become the owners of all of South Africa over and above the Black indigenous peoples. So Nigerians are in that kind of situation in which there is an active attempt of land grabbing by the Fulani invading their spaces.

This is how it all began: Having imposed themselves in these parts, the British came by guile and deceit g up Trading Treaties that became Protection Treaties that then became the hijack and confiscation of Natives’ Sovereignty. Eventually, when the British Crown took over from the Royal Niger Company there was a military force started by a Constabulary, West African Frontier Force, etc. Guns came in, governance began to be set up and in 1914 the Northern and Southern areas were merged to become Nigeria.

That Nigeria has the indigenous Nationalities, the Yoruba, Igbo, the Ogoni and everybody else who had been there for hundreds or thousands of years and were in their ancestral spaces, therefore Sovereignty belonged to them even at that time in 1914, even in the 1850s and 1860s Sovereignty belonged to them. What happened was that a foreign power supervened and suppressed their Sovereignty. The fight for Independence was to recover that Sovereignty: the right of ultimate power and ultimate control in their space. Meaning that you owned your land and everything underneath it and the control of the air above it. You would have ultimate control therefore of the governance structures you want in place. It would be your prerogative to set up the culture, the education, and infrastructure - whatever you want to be in place in that space is your prerogative on of being the owner of the Sovereignty and the identified owner of the land. If the various peoples want to form a Union it must be the discussion between the owners of those various ancestral lands. All the indigenous Ethnic Nationalities wanting to be in Union bring their land. It is all about lands and peoples that will federate in a Union. It is all about the of that federating. It is all about the boundaries of responsibilities and duties, and all the powers that everybody will have. Those things are theirs to discuss and organise on of their Sovereignties.

In Nigeria from the time the supervening invader foreign powers, first the Fulani Caliphate in the Northern part, then the British in the whole, then the t Venture between them: all the time they found ways to AVOID ANY DISCUSSIONS with the owners of Sovereignties. They carried forward what they first did in 1914, and through all the Constitutions that Nigeria has ever had. At no time did they discuss with the owners of the Sovereignty, the owners of the land because they set up a governance system that suppresses those owners.

The negotiations at Lancaster House to be one political Union of three federating units were sabotaged by the British so when they left in 1960 there was Incomplete Decolonization. The British were setting something up: they deceived Awolowo, Azikiwe, Enahoro, Tarka and everybody else. People thought that the British were leaving and therefore that Nigerians were taking over. However, the British left booby traps, creating structures that gave their t Venture partner the immigrant settler Fulani veto powers over Nigerians.

At Lancaster House each of the three Regions had its Constitution meaning that autonomy was in their hand, BUT their Sovereignty was not back in their hands because the British were still holding that Sovereignty. When those talks finished there was a pretense that Sovereignty had been handed back, but what they gave to Nigerians was bogus because it was to Ahmadu Bello-Caliphate that the British handed the baton since the guns that were supposed to have been put behind those three Regions were left at the command of the one that the British had empowered to form government. Thus, by rigging and guile the British did not hand Sovereignty back to the owners of the land, but made the Fulani overlords of Nigerians, with the guns therefore in their hands. So, although the Regions had autonomy, without control of guns they could not defend themselves against any aggression that might come. While Nigerians were busy building up their Regions, the Fulani with the gun is sitting and watching, and any day he wants to he attacks.

The British created a structure where the Northern Region of the time had 55% of the Parliamentary seats leaving 45% for the two Southern Regions that became three in 1963 when the Midwestern Region was created. This meant that at every point the North could take a decision in Parliament almost without consulting anybody else. There were also flawed characters from the South who would sabotage what was in the best interest of their people.

This backdrop needs to be understood so that Nigerians can relate properly with the workings of the ongoing Fulani Conquest Agenda. It is to never allow the owners of the land, the owners of the Sovereignties that are conscripted into the Nigerian Union to discuss that Union and how they will relate, which is how an authentic Constitution is obtained, for, a Constitution is a Union Agreement.
Those today asking for a return to the 1963 Constitution should NOTE that in 1963 there was the pretense that it was the Ethnic Nationalities that had empowered the Parliament of the time to make the 1963 Constitution. That was deceitful because Parliament cannot make any legitimate Constitution. Parliament does not have the powers to make Constitution. It was on of that Incomplete Decolonization of the British, giving Fulani domination over Nigerians that it was wrongfully left to remain the business of Parliament in Nigeria. Just like it is today, where the National Assembly continues to swindle Nigerians by discussing Constitution-making when they have no powers and no business to do so. The Constitution of 1963 was not a departure from 1960, it only accommodated one new Region, so the guns were still not given to the Regions.

It was because the Caliphate-led Central Government had monopoly of the guns that they were able to prevent Awolowo from rightfully being Nigeria’s first leader, and why Central Government could unlawfully suspend the Regional Constitution of Western Region which was the representation of their Sovereignty. So at that point, on 29 May 1962, the Caliphate suppressed the Sovereignty of the Yoruba. The commotion from the suspension of that Regional Constitution never abated, it led to massacres in various places, and the Biafra Genocide. Also, other massacres since then, and the current genocidal violence against the Middle Belt peoples as the Fulani Conquest Agenda against Nigerians that re-started in 1960, pushes on.

Thus, to reiterate, the British deliberately placed their Fulani agents in charge of everything: to have veto powers over everything, and to be in control of the guns. Therefore, even after Nigeria’s (flag) Independence the Sovereignties of indigenous Ethnic Nations continue to be suppressed, Constitutions continue to be imposed, so too rules and laws. All attempts by Ethnic Nationalities to get to a Sovereignty discussion are foiled or ignored. The nearest that came to meaningful discussion was at Aburi in 1967 and the main business that was to be transacted was the control of guns. At Aburi it was agreed that the Regions could now control their own guns, but on returning to Nigeria the British encouraged Gowon to unilaterally abandon the Aburi Accord, and to thereafter create a situation that would allow a violent take-over of the entire Nigeria but packaged as a civil war against Biafrans.

Today, Sovereignty is suppressed using the illegitimate 1999 Constitution, a fraud that conscripts indigenous Ethnic Nationalities into a Union by the falsehood that they submitted themselves to that Union. It is on of having been so conscripted without their consent that they have lost their economic assets (natural resources) and are facing the Fulani Conquest Agenda.
The owners of the Sovereignties have organized themselves as NINAS to take back their Sovereignties and call for a discussion by the owners of the land that has thus far been avoided. This requires shutdown preparations to any further national elections under the 1999 Constitution to have time-bound Transitioning for Constitutional Renegotiation. Otherwise, official collapse the Nigeria Union if needs be, if that is the only way to recover from being dispossessed, and if the only way to save themselves from being overrun by the invader Fulani.

FAPOHUNDA’S FARCE!!!! (AKIN FAPOHUNDA DRAFT BILL FOR NEW CONSTITUTION)

Akin Fapohunda PhD was interviewed on Arise TV on 10th June 2024 where he discussed his so-called "Draft Bill" a farcical attempt at deceiving Nigerians by a foisting what would be similar to a Decree upon the people. Do read how a lawyer also on that TV show exposes Fapohunda’s Draft Bill as a nonsense.

Why I’m pushing for government structure reform bill – Drafter
10 June 2024, Times

Criticism

A renowned lawyer,Tunji Abayomi, who also appeared on the Arise Television’s Morning Show on Monday, criticised the proposed bill, which he said had provisions typical of the constitution ed down by past military regimes.“I do not consider this bill as a basis for a law. It is not different from a military constitution,” he said.

He also faulted Mr Fapohunda’s manner of seeking the constitution amendment.

“A constitution should not be presented as a bill,” he said. “As a bill is legislation, whereas a constitution is a foundational document that outlines the framework of a country. A constitution is the basis for laws, which are then created and ed by the National Assembly, not the other way around.”

Controversy

Mr Fapohunda said he planned to submit the proposal to President Bola Tinubu, for onward submission to the National Assembly as an executive bill.
However, the House of Representatives has distanced itself from the bill, saying it has not been submitted to it.
