AFRICA: RELIGIOUS PSYCHOSIS AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN I THINK AND I BELIEVE. The Smart African (Ndidi Uwechue) 08 June 2025 Religion directs many Africans. The whole world sees that – so we cannot leave religion alone when we talk about what needs to be done to get Africa to rise. We cannot have missed the many bits of information out there telling us that the type of religion practised in Africa, the manner in which religion is applied, is the Achilles heel, and a great weakness in African societies. You must have heard it said that religion has rendered Africans docile and dumb (unreasoning), and thus easy to exploit and colonise. Educated Africans have known that the coloniser used the twin weapons of Military Force and Missionary Force against Africans, yet are ignoring that information, and not applying it to counter what is happening in the name of religion, in those religions that the coloniser left behind, ie in the coloniser’s INTERPRETATIONS of the Bible that give us the different church denominations found everywhere in Africa. Yet also, today’s preachers although African, do still look to the West for what to preach and teach their people. For example the “Word Faith” and “Prosperity Gospel” all started in the West then were brought to Africans by preachers of the coloniser’s denomination of Pentecostalism. This is just one example but we can find examples in every church denomination in Africa, that just apes whatever is going on in churches in the West, and in Theological Colleges in the West. When we are aware that something can go wrong, we are in a good position to either prevent it, or to eradicate it if it shows its head. That is the purpose of this discussion. Often, we use the words “I believe” and “I think” interchangeably. However here we need to be precise. Taking definitions from AI Overview we have: “Thinking” involves considering ideas, and is a more active process of exploring and evaluating ideas. Thinking engages the brain and can involve doing reading and research to add to the information already known. Whereas “believing” entails holding something as true, even without full or any evidence. Believing often involves a sense of rigid certainty or acceptance of a proposition. Examples: I think that given the circumstances and your experience, you should accept that job offer.” I believe in my pastor’s vision that I will be blessed with riches after giving tithes. I am not an expert in Psychology or Psychiatry, so this discussion is at the level of lay people to make Africans conscious that there is a REAL DANGER within our belief systems, and that believing in anyone or anything willy-nilly brings confusion and vulnerability not only to the individual, but also to the community. We can read about Religious Delusions and Religious Psychosis. Religious Psychosis is the worse condition of the two, but they are related. Let me start with Religious Psychosis. Psychosis defined by the American NIMH is “a collection of symptoms that affect the mind, where there has been some loss of with reality. During an episode of psychosis, a person's thoughts and perceptions are disrupted and they may have difficulty recognizing what is real and what is not.” Let us look at a couple of examples in the public domain of what has been said by Christian religious leaders and teachers, who have been trained by the coloniser’s religious systems, then teach us. Rev Enoch Adeboye, a Pentecostalist who is the general overseer of a church that he founded likes to tell his congregation stories about his high level of spirituality and powers. While commemorating one of his birthdays, he said that some years previously he had been drinking tea with his wife when God ed them and drank a cup of their tea. Was this real? Or was it an episode of psychosis? Or just a plain lie? This is where we apply either “I think” or “I believe” and follow our conclusions concerning this man and his teachings. The student then learning from his teacher, becomes like his teacher. Africa has church-loads of people who can be said to live by Religious Delusions. There was a recent trending video clip on TikTok (@pastoronyedika) where a very large crowd of young people was being addressed by a preacher who told them, “I command money to enter your . I speak to Zenith Bank . Receive miracle money!” The crowd responded with ecstatic shouts of “Amen!”, and did so several times as the preacher repeated these words but naming different banks. It is normal for bank s to be credited and debited with money. What though is “miracle money” that the preacher talked about? Does he also believe in miracle food, miracle clothes, miracle houses, miracle schools, miracle hospitals etc – since he believes in miracle money? In other parts of the world do people get their money via “miracle money” or by creating a service or a product that people want, then buy? You can bet that this preacher demands hard cash and real money as “tithe and offering” to fund his lifestyle – not any “miracle money”! Do you want to believe in this preacher and his teaching, or, do you want to think it through? There are many cases of preachers who teach their followers about how anointed and impressive they are so they are able to command the devil, they have seen God, seen Angels, and even visited Heaven. Some delusions and hallucinations can seem very real to the person (patient), and African society has not dealt with Religious Delusions in those speaking or teaching from the pulpit. We get horror reports of people tortured and lynched because a preacher accused the victim of sorcery and of being a witch when in all likelihood the preacher was speaking from psychosis or hallucinating, or plain lying. What has however been achieved is mass religious CONFUSION – therefore spiritual debilitation, and no profit (except for preachers and their family who make money out of church business). It creates a religion that is mostly SUPERSTITION and renders those who believe in such, feeble-minded (doltish) and unenlightened even if educated, and educated to the highest degrees. People become convinced that personal and societal problems are solved by seeing visions, by miracles, and by much “fasting and prayer”. For everything the response is: Pray! Therefore, we have Africans who can be engineers, doctors, professors and such like, but who cannot think through and act to liberate their people from the entrapment of neocolonialism that engulfs Africa. We are warned to “Test the spirits whether they are of God” (1 John 4:1) and that God gives us a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Therefore, when it comes to religion the response of people who have chosen to think, should be to FLEE FROM such preachers who show signs of psychosis or delusions. For, giving them your attention and your money just encourages them in their hallucinations, plus their bad influence would spread to their listeners, and you yourself could catch that craziness from them. I have now met the objective of this discussion which is to get us to THINK a lot more especially as religion gets used to entrap and control African people quite a lot. Biblical faith is not folly, and God, has described those He will accept to Himself saying, “Come let us REASON together” (Isaiah 1:18) – so His children are reason-able individuals not fanatics who just believe whatever they hear. We therefore need to be careful not to believe every pastor and priest out there, but to engage our brains to keep ourselves and our community safe from mad or bad men. https://thesmartafrican.substack.com/p/africa-religious-psychosis-and-the |

1999 CONSTITUTION AND THE CRAFTY CHRISTIANS OF THE CHRISTIAN SOCIAL MOVEMENT OF NIGERIA (CSMN) AND NATIONAL CHRISTIAN ELDERS FORUM (NCEF). Ndidi Uwechue NINAS Movement News 06 June 2025 Saving their lives and their ancestral lands depends on it, so Nigerians need to be alerted to some misleading information put out by the Christian Social Movement of Nigeria (CSMN) and National Christian Elders Forum (NCEF). It is in their recent Prayer Points For The Week: Jun 2 - Jun 8 2025, NATIONAL PRAYER ALTAR, MARATHON PRAYERS on the CSMN website, link HERE: https://csmnigeria.org/nigeriarepents/prayer-points/1034-prayer-points-for-the-week-jun-2-jun-8-2025 The two points where there are factual errors are quoted below: “1) The indigenous ethnic nationalities could write a new constitution, but that could take forever, as it is sure to be sabotaged. 2) Revert to an existing constitution originally negotiated when Nigeria became a country. The 1963 Republican Constitution was negotiated by the founding fathers of Nigeria. That constitution was unilaterally suspended by the military who later gave the country the fraudulent 1999 Constitution (as amended). The 1963 Republican Constitution was not abrogated, it was “suspended” by the military. The suspension should be lifted, the number of regions increased, and other amendments progressively done to reflect current realities.” Tackling their Point #1: It is incorrect and untrue. Firstly, Nigeria’s problem is honestly and rationally assessed as STRUCTURAL and is because the imposed 1999 Constitution, a known Forgery (!!!) codifies for a dysfunctional Constitutional Arrangement. It is therefore misleading for those who know the truth to keep on telling Nigerians that a new Constitution is needed when what is needed is to renegotiate a new Constitutional Arrangement (and after that is properly discussed and documented, then a constituent assembly will codify it all into a new Constitution). The CSMN and NCEF are without excuse because they have had meetings with the NINAS Leadership and the globally accepted process has been explained to them. They are misleading the public by making it look as if the problem is just a Booklet, so a new Booklet is needed – whereas it is the entire Constitutional Arrangement that is faulty. Moreover, the CSMN and NCEF continue to ignore the Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) declared on 16 December 2020 making Nigeria a DISPUTED PROJECT, and the CFM Notice had explained the rationale and way forward to correct Nigeria’s faulty Constitutional Arrangement. We are not small children. There is a world of difference between telling people that we need a “new Constitution” when what is needed is to “Renegotiate a new Constitutional Arrangement”. Furthermore, the CSMN and NCEF made out that it would take oh so very, very long for the indigenous Ethnic Nationalities to get involved, and that anything they do would be sabotaged. That is also not the case. The CSMN and NCEF are quite aware that most of the work to correct the Nigeria Union has already been done and is at the final stages, now requiring Nigerians to say aloud and to the hearing of the world that they Reject the 1999 Constitution, a Forgery imposed upon them and as a mark of that Rejection, insist that 2027 National Elections that will renew the life of that 1999 Constitution be suspended, so all political parties Close Shop, and Nigerians demand that instead the country goes to immediate Transitioning now, in 2025 for Constitutional Reconstruction – the NINAS Transitioning Template is “plug and play” ready, and has been on the Table since December 2020. In short, NINAS has a Process and a Timeframe to get Nigeria’s dysfunctional Constitutional Arrangement corrected. The NINAS Spokesman has in several interviews, public meetings and townhalls stated that from start of Transitioning to finish it can take as little as just several months, and up to 18-24 months depending on how negotiations go, but much less than the four years that South Africa took to Decommission their Apartheid Constitution, since for Nigeria much of the work has already been done. The rationale and sequence of tasks to be done is explained in this short NINAS article titled, “Anyaoku’s Proposal To Tinubu Is Like Building A House From The Roof; Rigging The Process To Fix The Outcome.” link HERE: https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/anyaokus-proposal-to-tinubu-is-like For more information, and in the interest of space, please also watch this NINAS podcast, being the Recording of a NINAS Virtual Townhall Session explaining why NINAS rejects the 2014 Confab Report, rejects the adoption of the 1963 Constitution, and rejects the adoption of six Geopolitical Zones. (May 4, 2024) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDLqws2N0z4?si=hgScSopVVRFiMZFu Tackling their Point #2, “they” (in bold letters) here below being the CSMN and NCEF: They say that the 1963 Constitution “was negotiated by the founding fathers of Nigeria” but craftily do not name who these founding fathers were. Was Jukun there? Was Ogoni there? Was Ijaw there? Was Idoma there? The truth is that the 1963 Constitution was obtained through a Parliamentary Process dictated by the British-imposed non-indigenous 1960 Constitution (Independence Constitution) and therefore does NOT the Test of Autochthony! In effect what is known as the 1963 Constitution is just that 1960 Constitution amended to show that there was now Four Regions instead of Three. This is a historical fact. Very briefly, the 1960 Constitution which is the basis of the 1963 Constitution was not drafted by Nigerians themselves but came about by British Orders-in-Council and British legislation, then imposed upon Nigerians by the British government. Was the 1963 Constitution given out to Referendum to legitimise it like a true Constitution ought to have been? No! It was not. They craftily hide this key aspect that makes any Constitution legitimate. Quoting from online sources: “Essentially, the 1963 Constitution was not a product of direct democratic participation or a vote by the citizenry to legitimize it.” We should stop right there since the 1963 Constitution was not a proper Constitution and not bother with it any more in any way since it does not make sense to pretend it is autochthonous. The questions that honest Nigerians ought to ask the CSMN and NCEF are these: **-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so on WHAT document is the Nigeria Union you have assumed somehow exists, based on? **-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so on WHAT document does government get its authority from? **-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, so WHAT procedure have you got to remove the 1999 Constitution that is there now, and that stands in the way? **-You acknowledge that Nigerians have no legitimate Constitution, WHAT time frame have you got to START the corrective work and to FINISH it? (Given that the 1963 Constitution is not autochthonous it makes no sense to ask questions relating to its suspension and suspension lifting as the CSMN and NCEF propose.) Conclusion of the matter The Nigeria Union question has been unresolved since the Aburi Accord in 1967 got unilaterally and unethically terminated. So, for over 58 years the question of WHEN will Nigeria be fixed to benefit its peoples, WHAT is the time frame to get it done – have been deliberately avoided and blocked. The CSMN and NCEF now are ed in stalling the work of resolving the Nigeria question. We are not children so should not act like such, adult Proposals for fixing the Nigeria Union should therefore explain: 1. HOW (what procedure) will the obstructing fraudulent 1999 Constitution be removed? 2. WHAT is the time frame from start to finish to get the work done? 3. WHO (what class of people) will get the work done? Scrutinising what CSMN and NCEF have put out reveals it to be ill-thought out and not based on facts. Is this just their ploy to distract attention from the potent NINAS Proposition so that Nigerians get dragged to 2027 National Elections to renew the life of the fraudulent neocolonial 1999 Constitution, source of miseries and existential threats!? Given the relentless slaughter of indigenous people as the Fulani Conquest Agenda that is empowered by the 1999 Constitution proceeds, the need to Terminate the 1999 Constitution has become extremely urgent. The NINAS Proposition answers all three questions, making it plain that the 1999 Constitution gets TAKEN DOWN by shutting down preparations for 2027 National Elections and instead going to Transitioning. Plus, the NINAS Proposition has identified that it is the owners of Sovereignty thus the indigenous Ethnic Nations who will MEET and DISCUSS to negotiate the kind of Union they want to be in during a time-bound period of TRANSITIONING where there will be no power vacuum since existing governance structures would remain in place in transitional capacity. It has NEVER happened before at any time that indigenous Ethnic Nations have negotiated a Union for themselves – everything has always been imposed on them. The NINAS Transitioning Template brings about Complete Decolonisation and the kind of country indigenous Ethnic Nations want to be in, as either a Federation, Confederation or independent Successor Countries. Whatever it will be, we do not know. But, we know that it will not be an imposition and will be truly what “We the peoples” desire. She is a retired Metropolitan (London) Police Officer, she is a signatory to the Constitutional Force Majeure, and she writes from Asaba. NOTES: 1) That poster I ed below was here. 2) Question: Was there a referendum to legitimize the 1963 constitution of Nigeria? AI Overview response: No, the 1963 Republican Constitution of Nigeria was not directly legitimized through a referendum. While the constitution was enacted by the Nigerian parliament, it was not subject to a vote by the people as a whole. The process for creating the 1963 Constitution involved amendments to the Independence Constitution, which was then enacted by the parliament. While there was a referendum held in connection with the creation of the Mid-Western Region, this was part of a specific provision for new states and did not represent a referendum for the entire constitution. Essentially, the 1963 Constitution was not a product of direct democratic participation or a vote by the citizenry to legitimize it. 3) AI Overview on Nigeria’s 1960 Constitution (Excerpt): The 1960 Independence Constitution of Nigeria was enacted by the British government through a series of Orders-in-Council, according to Wikipedia. It came into effect on October 1, 1960, the date Nigeria gained independence. This constitution established the framework for Nigeria's new government, including a parliamentary system, the retention of the British Monarch as ceremonial head of state, and the entrenchment of fundamental human rights. Here's a more detailed breakdown: • British Legislation: The constitution was not drafted by Nigerians themselves but was imposed by the British government through a series of Orders-in-Council. • Limited Nigerian Involvement: While consultations may have occurred, the final document was largely determined by the British government, highlighting the limited participation of Nigerian representatives in its creation. https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/1999-constitution-and-the-crafty

Igbo Nation, it is a pity that the intelligence we are known for we apply to benefit others, whether in Nigeria or in abroad. We have had Aladimma Epistle 2012 by the Igbo caucus of LNC (LNC-NINAS) for over thirteen years that allows us have Sovereignty and Self-Determination Restoration. Not just for us, but also for every ethnic nationality in the NINAS Alliance Territory. Even though Hausa Nation is not in NINAS because of their Sharia, they can also use it to remove the yoke of Fulani. Here is the link to Aladimma Epistle 2012, share it: https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/aladinma Also this poster that I ed from social media, share it.

ELEVEN CONSTITUTIONAL GRIEVANCES FOR REJECTING THE 1999 CONSITUTION AND EVERY INEC ACTIVITY GEARED TOWARDS ANY ELECTION IN NIGERIA Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya I wrote this article in 2018 when it was all about "go and get your PVC and ATIKU-OBI Brouhaha" but have we learnt anything? Your guess is as good as mine March 1, 2018 ELEVEN CONSTITUTIONAL GRIEVANCES FOR REJECTING THE 1999 CONSITUTION AND EVERY INEC ACTIVITY GEARED TOWARDS ANY ELECTION IN NIGERIA The current document being paraded as the Constitution of Nigeria upon which governance, politics, and politicking are premised is a fraud and a charade. The last and the only people-generated, citizen-agreed, authentic, and genuine Constitution of Nigeria was terminated on January 15, 1966. From that date till 1975, Nigeria was ruled by military decrees until the late Murtala Muhammed contracted to Prof Ben Nwabueze the writing of what later became the 1979 Constitution, which was basically a conversion of the various military decrees into a supposed Constitution. After the short-lived democratic period of 1979 to 1983, came another military era which culminated in the production of decree #24 through which Abdulsalami Abubakar contracted the writing of the 1999 Constitution to Prof. Auwalu Yadudu. Therefore, from 1966 till date, Nigeria has never had a Constitution that was made, enacted, and given by the people of Nigeria but rather impositions of one-man written documents packaged as “Federal Constitution.” The worst is the 1999 Constitution for which the following eleven grievances presuppose a rejection of that Constitution and everything that is associated with it. Grievance #1: LYING IN THE PREAMBLE OF THE CONSTITUTION The preamble to the Constitution started with the statement; “We the people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”. This is not only a lie but an outright falsehood that gives the impression that the entire people of Nigeria participated in the making of that Constitution. A more outrageous statement can be found in the ending paragraph of the preamble which stated that the people of Nigeria "Do hereby make, enact and give to ourselves the following Constitution.” Put in another way, Abdulsalami Abubakar and his client, Prof. Auwalu Yadudu, committed forgery by claiming that the people of Nigeria were participants in the making of that Constitution. Grievance #2: LYING ON THE INDIVISIBILITY, INDISSOLUBILITY, AND “FEDERATION STATUS” OF NIGERIA There was no time during the writing of the Constitution that Abdulsalami Abubakar or Prof Auwalu Yadudu conducted a Referendum or Opinion Poll to conclude that the concept of Nigeria is indivisible and indissoluble. Throughout that Constitution, there is no portion where the GPS or longitude and latitude of the territory called Nigeria were clearly defined. So, how can anyone reading the Constitution know the exact boundaries of Nigeria with other countries? This claim of indivisibility and indissolubility is further rubbished by the judgment of the World Court on October 22, 2002, which ceded Bakassi peninsula to the Cameroons. The 2011 amendment of the Constitution never addressed the distortion of the territory of Nigeria by this court judgment. Yet, Section-2(1) copiously stated that Nigeria shall be indivisible and indissoluble when in actual fact, a part of it has been removed without Constitutional amendment to recognize the removed portion. The claim in Section-2(2) that Nigeria shall be a Federation is false because a Federation is a union of Constitutions. Hence Nigeria was a proper Federation up till January 15, 1966, by virtue of the union of four Constitutions (one from each region plus the Federal Constitution). With a unitary Constitution written by one man, it is an outright falsehood to claim that Nigeria shall be a Federation. Grievance #3: THE CONSTITUTION ABSOLVES GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS FROM COURT PRONOUNCEMENTS ON ANY ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OR CRIMINALITY In a people-oriented Constitution, those in government are held able by same Constitution. However, in the case of the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria, Section-6(6c) legally absolves government officials of any wrongdoing or negligence while in office. Meaning that those in government can misuse their positions and the assets of the country and will still be protected by the Constitution courtesy of this section. Grievance #4: UNFETTERED AND UNCONTROLLED ACCESS TO THE TREASURY BY THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH AT FEDERAL AND STATE LEVELS The Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria effectively handed over the keys of the treasury to the executive branch at the federal and state levels of governance. This was done through appropriation provisions in Sections 81, 82, 121, & 122 of the Constitution. In doing so, the executive branch continues to fleece the citizenry of their commonwealth with constitutional cover and protection. No wonder those aspiring to elective and appointive positions spend money like a drunken sailor, keeping in mind that they will recover same and even more because of this unfettered access and control of the treasury while enjoying Constitutional immunity. Grievance #5: DISPROPORTIONATE CREATION OF 36 STATES IN FAVOUR OF NORTHERN REGION A total of thirty-six states were created using military decrees and this was done exclusively by Northern military officers of the Nigerian Army namely Yakubu Gowon (12 states), Murtala Mohammed (7 states),Ibrahim B. Babaginda (12 states), and Sanni Abacha (5 states). In all these state creations, the creators made sure that more states are created in the Northern region than the entire Southern region even though the money that sustains the country comes from the Southern region. Hence there are 19 states in the Northern region and 17 in the Southern region. What this means is that money generated from the Southern region will be used to sustain the states in the Northern region. Even though Abdulsalami Abubakar did not create any state, the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria made matters worse by appropriating to the Northern region; 401 Local Government Areas (LGA) out of 774, 58 Senate seats out of 109, and 191 House of Reps seats out of 360. This Constitution also stipulates at least one mandatory ministerial slot for each state, meaning that the Northern Region, by default, must have a minimum of 19 ministers. It is also worthy to note that 13 out of the 16 topmost military institutions in Nigeria are located in the Northern region and the remaining 3 are all located in Lagos. This disproportionate allocation of states, LGA’s, and allied political seats/positions was ratified in Section-3, Section-48, Section-49, and Schedule-1(Part-I & Part-II) of the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria. Please note that the Northern region relies so much on this disproportionate number of states to wield influence when it comes to Constitutional amendment as stipulated in Section-9 of the Constitution. Grievance #6: REVENUE ALLOCATION & SHARING SKEWED AGAINST THE SOUTHERN REGION IN FAVOUR OF THE NORTHERN REGION There is no arguing the fact that Southern Nigeria is responsible for generating all the money coming into the coffers of the Federal Government of Nigeria. In particular, the South-south and South-east geopolitical regions generate over 90% of the income through the exploration and sale of oil and gas products. On the contrary, these two regions receive the least amount of money from the Federal purse because of the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria. In Section-162 of the Constitution, the criteria for money sharing are; geographical size, number of LGA's, and population density for each state. This means, for example, that Bayelsa state that produces so much in oil and gas will receive far less amount of money than Kano or Sokoto state that contributes nothing in of revenue generation but each of these two states is greater than Bayelsa state in of size, number of LGA’s, and population density. Grievance #7: CREATION OF 68-ITEM EXCLUSIVE LIST Without the consents of the citizens of Nigeria, Prof Auwalu Yadudu expropriated 68 items from the natural owners to the Federal Government under Section-4(2) with a detailed listing of those items in Schedule-2(Part-I) of the Constitution. By virtue of these 68 items on the exclusive list, the Federal government effectively stripped the owners of the resources of their rights to explore, exploit, and manage the sales of these resources. It also deprived the state governors of the ability to provide adequate policing and security of the citizens within their states. Because of this exclusive list, certain developmental projects and infrastructural initiatives cannot be embarked upon by either the state government or even private organizations as doing so will be going contrary to constitutional provisions. This has left the states, communities, and individuals poorer, grossly depraved, and underdeveloped. Grievance #8: BLANKET IMMUNITY TO THE PRESIDENT, STATE GOVERNORS, AND THEIR DEPUTIES AS WELL AS THOSE WHO COMMITTED HEINOUS CRIMES BETWEEN 1966 AND 1999 The Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria provided a blanket legal and prosecutorial immunity to the President, his vice, and the 36 state governors and their deputies while they are in office as stated in Section-308. To protect those who were in government in the past, Section-6(6d) gave another blanket immunity from legal action for those who looted the treasury as well as those who committed genocide and other heinous crimes between January 15th, 1966 and May 29th, 1999. Therefore, it is not surprising why genocidists like Yakubu Gowon, Ibrahim Babangida, Olusegun Obasanjo, Abba Kyari, Muhammadu Buhari, and Theophilus Danjuma are walking freely today without repercussions on their murderous pasts. Grievance #9: MEDIOCRITY-ING FEDERAL CHARACTER AND QUOTA SYSTEM Mediocrity is entrenched in the lives of citizens by the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria through the establishment of Federal Character Commission as stipulated in Section-153(1c). Other constitutional provisions that engender mediocrity and dismal performance include Sections 14(3), 84(4), 223(1b), etc. This inherent for mediocrity by the Constitution s for the lack-luster performance in governance and other aspects of national lives. It is a well-known fact that different ission and hiring criteria are used for different regions of the country. Specifically, standards and criteria are lowered for those from the Northern region while those from the Southern region require very stringent and higher standards for the same situation. Grievance #10: ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ELEVATION OF LAND USE DECREE/ACT OVER AND ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION The Land Use Decree was promulgated in 1978 by Olusegun Obasanjo and re-baptized as Land Use Act in the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria. Whereas every law is required to be subordinate to the Constitution as noted in Section-315(1), the Land Use Act is one of the four Laws that are exempted from this subordination as stated in Section-315(5). This Land Use Act has made it possible for Government at Federal and State levels to access and use any land they deem fit in Nigeria and may or may not pay any compensation to the natural owners of such lands. It is this Land Use Act that the Caliphate-controlled Federal government of Nigeria is relying upon to forcefully create grazing routes and cattle colonies in any and every part of Nigeria. Grievance #11: OATHS OF ALLEGIANCE/OFFICE THAT HANDCUFF THOSE IN POWER FROM DOING THE RIGHT THING The Prof. Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria ended with an oath of allegiance and oath of office for all public office holders. The common thread on both oaths is the undertaking by the oath-taker to preserve, protect, and defend the so-called Constitution. Therefore, irrespective of the inherent errors and intended lopsidedness (skewed in favour of the Northern region) of the Constitution, the oath-taker must comply and obey the fraud. For instance, because of the contents of the oaths, state governors are handicapped and helpless in the face of deplorable conditions of the infrastructures in the Southern regions which are on the 68-item exclusive list because the Caliphate-controlled Federal government does not care about the maintenance of such infrastructures and the Constitution bars these state governors from doing anything on any of the items contained in exclusive list. In conclusion, the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria is so fundamentally flawed that the best solution is total repudiation and rejection. A truly Federal Constitution is generated, written, enacted, and agreed upon by the citizenry and NOTwritten by one man as in the cases of Prof. Ben Nwabueze (1979 Constitution) and Prof Auwalu Yadudu (1999 Constitution). For those from the Southern region of Nigeria who still daydream on improving this Constitution by way of amendment, I advise them to read Section-9 of the Constitution in order to understand how impossible it is to achieve any amendment when such amendment is not in the interest of the Northern region (see Grievance #5). Let me remind those who are working tirelessly to convince people to obtain their permanent voter’s card (PVC) and to participate in the INEC-controlled electoral processes, that at the end of it all, whoever comes to power at any level of governance must subscribe to Schedule-7 of that Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria. The day we reject and throw into the trash, the Prof Auwalu Yadudu-written Constitution of Nigeria shall be the day our problems will be over and a new glorious dawn shall begin for the various constituent nations that make up the British-created criminality and contraption called Nigeria. Dr. Okenwa Nwosu perfectly captured it in his treatise by stating that “for Nigeria, the first order of business in Restructuring things is to trash the forged and imposed 1999 Constitution and ask stakeholders, who are the true owners of Nigeria, to first agree to continue together or separately and thereafter craft a brand-new constitution to clarify the agreed path forward.” Written by: Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya Houston-Texas, USA March 1, 2018 |

May God give our people the courage to flee from those who misuse the Bible and use false doctrine to set up Church Business Centres even the big name churches. May our people return to the good, humane and communal ways of our ancestors and until a true place of worship is found, feel comfortable with reading the Bible at home guided by the Holy Spirit, and not feel pressurised to gather in a church building listening to wolves in sheep's clothing. TRANSITIONING NOW IN 2025 IS THE ROAD TO PROSPERITY, PROGRESS & SECURITY ~ NINAS FACTS ABOUT NIGERIA 1. The 1999 Constitution is the foundational problem of Nigeria, not leadership. So even a good man as leader cannot do well because he would have to apply the 1999 Constitution. Nigeria’s problem is therefore STRUCTURAL so all Systems built on this bad STRUCTURE will fail the people. 2. ALL political parties Subscribe to, and Sustain the fraudulent 1999 Constitution, a Forgery and source of miseries. Therefore, ALL political parties are guilty of Treason by betraying the people of Nigeria. 3. National Elections renew the life of the 1999 Constitution when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold it, defend it, and govern by it. 4. To Terminate the life of the 1999 Constitution, Nigerians must bring on Cancellation of the 2027 National Elections and that means SHUT DOWN preparations for those Elections. To do that, Nigerians must DEMAND immediate Transitioning right now in 2025 for Constitutional Reconstruction. Transitioning is an Orderly Process and there will be no power vacuum since existing governance structures remain in place in transitional capacity. 5. The final outcome will be decided by the Peoples via regional Self-Determination Referendums (not controlled by INEC!) and “We the Peoples” will decide whether there will be a new Nigeria as a Federation or Confederation, or else independent Successor Countries. The NINAS Transitioning Template is on the Table. #NINASisRight Posters that I ed over time:

Copied from whatsapp. RAISING CONSCIOUSNESS - DECOLONISING YOUR RELIGION. It appears that a good number of GenZ do not want to sleepwalk through life like their parents and grandparents did. They want to have a REASON for what they do, and not just do things "because it's how we met it". Some facts: Arabs enslaved Africans for 1000 (one thousand) years before Europeans ed to also enslave Africans. Arabs left them their Arab Mohammed so that Africans can continue enslaving themselves to Arab culture and bring about Arabization. Europeans changed the identity (and full mission) of the Messiah and got Africans to worship a White god by their false interpretations of the Bible, and exclusion of Biblical books eg in the so-called Apocrypha and in the "Slave Bible". (Google for more info) To start off, here are 2 Bible texts that those who believe that the Bible is truth for our safety and learning, will appreciate and obey: *-Proverbs 3:31 Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways. (So why are we choosing the ways of Whites and Arabs ![]() *-Sirach ( aka Ecclesiasticus) 12:10,11 Never trust thine enemy: for like as iron rusteth, so is his wickedness. Though he humble himself, and go crouching, yet take good heed and beware of him, and thou shalt be unto him as if thou hadst wiped a lookingglass [mirror], and thou shalt know that his rust hath not been altogether wiped away. ------- What is the biblical Good News? If you are enslaved or colonised (another form of slavery) it's good that your sins are forgiven. But, if you're still a slave things will be forced on you that you don't want... The Good News in the Bible which White Christianity doesn't emphasise is that Messiah also saves captives from the oppressor. (So the oppressor is not the friend of the biblical God). Read: Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of Adonai is on Me, because He has anointed Me to proclaim Good News to the poor. *He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed*. Lineage, and nationality, thus IDENTITY is important to the biblical God. That's why there is the Table of Nations. It is in Genesis 10 and is a genealogy that lists the descendants of Noah's sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, and their subsequent dispersion into various nations. It's a narrative that provides a framework for understanding the origins and relationships between different groups of people. So IDENTITY MATTERS to God (and should matter too to those who follow Him in spirit and in truth, ie the Elect). We've been taught the 2 lies that either 1) the Bible does not describe the Messiah, or 2) that His identity doesn't matter -- so let's keep Him white like the coloniser/slave master. Meanwhile, John the disciple who walked with the Messiah wrote the last Book of the Bible titled, "the Revelation of Jesus Christ" clearly meaning that the Messiah is REVEALED to us in that Book. In the very first chapter John tells us what Messiah looks like! Revelation 1:14,15 The hairs of His head were white, like white wool, like snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire, His feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the roar of many waters. Hair like wool is afro hair. Only Africans have that woolly hair texture. It was white like snow. His feet visible from under His garment was like burnished bronze which is a very dark brown. So the biblical Messiah looks like an African. He is a BLACK Messiah. The fact that Messiah looks like a Black Man is also important because: 1.Both Whites and Arabs have said and written books saying that Black is bad. That Blackness is ugly, stupid, of the devil etc. So they are going to have to deal with all their anti-Blackness racism and White/Arab supremacy before God. 2.Many Black people have despised themselves because of the world’s low esteem of Blackness. Now, knowing that they look like the Messiah, they can learn to appreciate their Blackness. Here's an extra knowledge. Soil all over the world is BROWN. Adam the original man created by God was made from brown soil. So he is what the world calls a Black man. You and I have a DUTY to raise our consciousness and decolonise our religion and our minds. This truth affects Moslems too since they honour Jesus and are taught the lie that He was white. Please share this post and message widely. |

WHOLESALE JETTISONING OF THE ROGUE 1999 CONSTITUTION, NOT AMENDMENTS . - LNC 24/12/18 For the same reasons the Apartheid Constitution of South Africa was not cured by Amendments, the Nigerian Unitary Constitution 1999 cannot be cured by Amendments. The Mandate of the National Assembly is to make Laws according the dictates of the Constitution. That Mandate does not include Constitution Making which requires Constituent Powers. Constituent Powers reside exclusively with the Peoples of Nigeria as an incident of their Sovereignty. The Legislative Powers conferred by Election on the Legislature does not include Constituent Powers and unless the People specifically confer that Power on a Body with Constituent Powers (maybe by some kind of Election or selection), for the limited Purpose of Renegotiating, Distilling or altering the Constitutional Arrangements on their behalf, anyone in Government, whether in the Legislative, Executive or Judicial Arm, pretending to wield Constituent Powers, is on a mission of usurpation and is actually committing Treason against the Polity and the People. This much was said in both the November 16, 2018 Open Memorandum to the President ( https://www.facebook.com/618603708275794/posts/1406123622857128/ ) and the Multi-Regional Freedom Park Proclamation of December 11, 2018 ( https://www.facebook.com/618603708275794/posts/1427239224078901/ ). There was a Parliament in South Africa, dominated by the Boers who Imposed the Apartheid Constitutional Order. If cure to Apartheid was to be through Amendments, it would then have been entirely in the hands of the Boers to decide what they give up and what they retain and nothing more than marginal changes will come from that and the Apartheid Monster would have been there to date. In the same vein, the Master-Servant Unitary Constitutional Order of Nigeria was Imposed by the Fulani-led Caliphate which by illicit State/LG Creation during the long Military Interregnum of 1966-1999, now hold a standing majority of the Seats in the National Assembly. If the cure to the Worse-Than-Apartheid Unitary Constitution of Nigeria is to be by Amendments, it will be in the hands of Nigeria’s National Assembly, controlled by the Caliphate imposers of the Unitarian Constitution to decide what to give up and what to keep from their illicit basket of gains secured and legitimized by a combination of brutal force and guile. Even by the express ission of the framers of the so-called 1999 Constitution In Section 14 Subsection 2(a) which posits that: “Sovereignty belongs to the People from whom Government, through this Constitution, derives all it’s Powers and Authority”, the Power to Make or Unmake a Constitution, belongs Exclusively to the People (the Constituents in whom Sovereignty Resides). The limited power Delegated to the Legislature to Alter (Amend) the Constitution is usually subjected to the Validation Process of a Referendum, just to be sure that the People have the final say on the Contents of their Constitution. The situation in Nigeria is that the Component Constituents (We The People) have not made a Constitution as falsely claimed in the Preamble to the Rogue 1999 Constitution, and so there is nothing to Amend. Accordingly, We either brace up and make a Constitution or we dismantle the Union forthwith. This is a Universal Truism and the Universal Irreducible Minimum for Legitimacy of Constitutions. The Nigerian Constitution 1999 woefully fails this test, having been imposed by Decree, without any Reference to the People. This was what the LNC and it’s MNN Alliance Partners took before the Courts in 2007 Challenging the Legitimacy of the 1999 Constitution and seeking the Termination of its Operation. Irrespective of where in Nigeria they come from and irrespective what Political Party they belong, those who, despite the loud shouts and agitation by virtually all Regional Blocs of Nigeria, cling tenaciously to the 1999 Constitution that was Imposed in absolute negation of the Sovereignty of the People, and in negation of this universal irreducible minimum for Legitimacy, illicitly exercising Governmental Powers and Authority Mandated by the Rogue 1999 Constitution, ARE ACTUALLY COMMITTING TREASON AGAINST THE POLITY AND AGAINST THE REST OF NIGERIA. Consequences will attach to this deliberate and brazen criminality, especially in the parts of the Country where the Agitation for the Restoration of the Suppressed and Hijacked Sovereignty of the Peoples have become basis of massive Bloodshed, whether for Restructuring or Exit into Independence from what has become a Union of Death and Attrition. A choice is being made right now by all of us by our actions, on which side of the cold divide we wish to be counted: FOR OR AGAINST THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE ROGUE 1999 CONSTITUTION. Going to further National Elections in 2019 on the basis of the 1999 Constitution, whether as Candidate or er or Voter, puts you on one side. Being a Part of the Push to halt the Journey to another National Election in 2019 under the Rogue 1999 Constitution, puts you on the other side. It is pertinent to add here that NO RESTRUCTURING WILL HAPPEN UNLESS SOMETHING TERMINATES THE OPERATION OF THE 1999 CONSTITUTION. Anyone who is chanting Restructuring but does not yet realize this imperative, should please for the good of Society, step back from the public political space whether as actors or commentators, to first enlighten themselves on the grave issues at play and to avoid misleading the ill-informed, distressed Populace further into misery. This is the crux of, and rationale for the recently deployed Shutdown-2018 Designs by the LNC and it’s MNN Alliance Partners, targeting the Orderly but Immediate Termination of the 1999 Constitution (the Multi-Region FREEDOM PARK PROCLAMATION of December 11, 2018) Those who shout Restructuring but turn around to one more round of Elections in 2019 under the Unitary Constitution 1999 are either ignorant, dishonest or both. All reasons we may wish to advance for being on the side of heinous and treasonable criminality against the People will count for nothing when the rickety Nigeria defined by the rogue 1999 snaps as it is bound to. That would be a sorry day for those on that side. Tony Nnadi LNC December 24, 2018 https://web.facebook.com/ninasdirect/posts/pfbid0c1ZoG1iL1knbxie8u9WskcNEFfEvPTSa4jVv3d29t9SEEmQTZzMRmqueUYViQ5Qvl |

Copied from whatsapp WHICH WAY NIGERIANS? Many know that the 1999 Constitution is the CORE problem of Nigeria. Since the core problem is the 1999 Constitution, then it is the STRUCTURE of the Nigeria Union that is faulty, so Nigeria has a STRUCTURAL problem. Therefore, all Systems built upon that bad STRUCTURE will not work for the people. Nigeria's core problem is STRUCTURAL. Therefore, the character of the leader does not matter since whether he is a good man or a bad man, or a so-so man, he would still operate using the imposed neocolonial 1999 Constitution: source of the people's miseries and countrywide underdevelopment, creator of corruption, defender of looting, and that empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda. So then, why do you listen to those who claim that "leadership" is the core problem when whoever the leader is, he would still be governing by that 1999 Constitution ![]() What to do: STOP listening to the dishonest/ignorant who say that a different "leadership" will bring a different and better Nigeria. START acting wise. That means APPLYING the knowledge that Nigeria’s core problem is STRUCTURAL and comes from the dysfunctional constitutional arrangement codified by the imposed 1999 Constitution. So it's insane to have 2027 National Elections that renews the life of the 1999 Constitution as that just increases and deepens the miseries plus helps the Fulani Conquest Agenda to do more damage. South Africa also had a dysfunctional Apartheid Constitution. The Black people there who are the victims of the bad constitutional arrangement said that enough is enough and demanded Transitioning to Renegotiate their constitutional arrangement. Nigerians should therefore not be confused but simply follow South Africa's example. That means insisting that 2027 National Elections are cancelled so political parties are to Close Shop, and Demanding Transitioning now in 2025 for Constitutional Reconstruction. After this time-bound period of Transitioning then elections can continue. Terminating the 1999 Constitution via Transitioning stops State Capture, stops the Fulani Conquest Agenda, and restores the authority of Sovereignty back to indigenous Ethnic Nations. We all need to be conscious about this, and refuse those pushing the "leadership" angle. They may be direct, or they may be more cunning. Avoid them! |

AFRICA, THE DARK CONTINENT IS CAUSED BY EUROPE CASTING A SHADOW OVER IT. The Smart African (Ndidi Uwechue) 20 May 2025 “...And we are under their shadow therefore in the darkness that they have created for Africans.” Europeans used to call Africa the “Dark Continent”, as a derogatory description. That darkness was not there before and is from Europe hanging itself over Africa, thereby creating a shadow over Africa, and blocking out light from the sun. I do not know if someone else had described that imagery of the African condition, but I came upon it yesterday on a Facebook page that I follow and think it is on point. Plus, it is a useful illustration that teachers can use to explain to children what Europe did/does to Africa. In their Facebook post, titled, The Colonizer Turned Africa Into A Dark Continent By His Bible Interpretations, Christianity for Africans wrote in relation to Europe and the West, that Africans “are under their [Europe’s] shadow therefore in the darkness that they have created for Africans.” I thought that is so apt! Quoting parts of that Facebook article that points to the darkness imposed upon us: “Our Africa is a bright and sunny land, filled with gold, diamonds, precious stones, precious woods, precious oils, and precious gases. This place Yahuwah God gave us and placed us and blessed us with.” “We Africans are still the captives of Europeans because we are still colonized by them in Neocolonialism. Thus, the West has forced their military upon African spaces, and their Bretton Woods Institutions of IMF and World Bank despite their rhetoric of “helping Africa” are doing the very opposite.” “The colonizer refuses to leave Africans alone, but continues to plunder our Africa. Experts have shown us how the much poverty of Africans is masterminded by Europe/the West, using African puppets in the political sphere, in NGOs, in traditional rulers, and in the religious circles. As Africans, we live under a lot of strain, and many are in a permanent state of stress and anxiety because of the Neocolonial environment that fights our progress, and that harms us.” “The enemy that enslaved us knows who we are – that we are the Chosen People of Yahuwah. So Europe/the West are determined not to allow us peace as we see from for example what they are doing to Captain Traoré of Burkina Faso and the Confederation of Sahelian States. The colonizer gives us no peace and always wants to “assist Africans” and “teach Africans”. So we have not peace to live our own way, and we are under their shadow therefore in the darkness that they have created for Africans. The many church denominations in Africa are the differing interpretations of the Bible by the colonizer, and not our own African interpretation, so the darkness over Africa cast by Europe’s shadow is very great. Their interpretations of the Bible, and their giving European Christian history primacy invokes empire-building, greed, and White Supremacy, a spiritual climate that keeps the African mind and Continent in darkness.” There are many books, articles and periodicals by experts (historians, economists, social scientists, psychologists etc) explaining how the plundering of Africa by Europe for centuries, and that has still not stopped, debilitates and impoverishes the living experiences of Africans. Often we hear that if things continue as they are, Africans “will be left behind”, meaning that Europe will be so far advanced technologically that Africa will not be able to catch up with Europe. From what I am seeing mostly on social media because the mainstream news outlets do not report it, is that Africans are not so much concerned about being “left behind” – they want to be “left in PEACE!” by Europe. After these long centuries of Europe’s interference and colonisation, Africa needs its own space (to heal from the trauma and to be refreshed). Liberation from neocolonialism will push away Europe back to its place so that Africa can receive the sunlight blocked out by Europe’s looming overbearing (and violent) presence. Africans do not sponsor coups in Europe. Africans do not organise assassination of Europe’s leaders. It is that same kindness and respect which Africans show towards Europe, that a civilised people should show to Africans. Liberation means Sovereignty restoration: it pushes away darkness. THE COLONIZER TURNED AFRICA INTO A DARK CONTINENT BY HIS BIBLE INTERPRETATIONS. Christianity for Africans, Facebook 17 May 2025 Our Africa is a bright and sunny land, filled with gold, diamonds, precious stones, precious oils, and precious gases. This place Yahuwah God gave us and placed us and blessed us with. It is a fact that the biblical Israelites are a Black people, and this knowledge is spreading throughout the earth in all the places that we, the Chosen People of Yahuwah got scattered as is told in the Bible. Deuteronomy 28 identifies Black people as the biblical Israelites whom Moses was speaking to, who had been delivered out of Egypt. Moses listed the beautiful blessings that Yahuwah would give us if we worship Him and live by His laws. Moses then listed the curses that would be ours if we abandon Yahuwah for the religion of other nations, and we stop living by His laws. The curses are very much what Black people have suffered for the past many centuries as Slaves and as Colonized. This cycle of being taken into captivity for disobedience to Yahuwah, then repenting and being returned to Israel, then backsliding into disobedience and following the religion of other nations, then new captivity, has repeated over and over again. We can read about it plainly in the Book of Judges. Our ancestors were stiff-necked and easily wanted to follow the religion of foreign nations. Not only did we go into captivity of the nearby nations as at first which we read in Judges, but our disobedience and adultery with foreign religions took us into captivity to Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece (Books of Maccabees), and Rome. Then, more recently into the most cruel captivity of Arabs and Europeans. We Africans are still the captives of Europeans because we are still colonized by them in Neocolonialism. Thus, the West has forced their military upon African spaces, and their Bretton Woods Institutions of IMF and World Bank despite their rhetoric of “helping Africa” are doing the very opposite. Being colonised as we are is one of the curses in Deuteronomy 28 that comes from worshipping foreign religions. Deuteronomy 30 promises us restoration by Yahuwah God if we stop being stiff-necked and return to Him in His true Identity, and keep His Laws and Decrees as given to us by His servant Moses. WHERE WE ARE NOW AND WHAT WE MUST DO FOR RESTORATION TO YAHUWAH GOD: There is nowhere in the Bible where it is written that Yahuwah God teaches His ways to the oppressor. In fact, the contrary. Yahuwah is totally against the oppressor and will remove him through the Messiah Yeshuah, an Israelite so a Messiah who is Black like His people. Psalm 25 makes it clear that it is ONLY the meek, who Yahuwah will teach His ways. The oppressor/colonizer is highly prideful (the Book of Obadiah talks about their much pride, defying and challenging Yahuwah God) and fabricated a White Jesus who looks away when there is genocide, land stealing, enslavement of others, and colonization. The colonizer refuses to leave Africans alone, but continues to plunder our Africa. Experts have shown us how the much poverty of Africans is masterminded by Europe/the West, using African puppets in the political sphere, in NGOs, in traditional rulers, and in the religious circles. As Africans, we live under a lot of strain, and many are in a permanent state of stress and anxiety because of the Neocolonial environment that fights our progress, and that harms us. The enemy that enslaved us knows who we are – that we are the Chosen People of Yahuwah. Their interpretations of the Bible, and their giving European Christian history primacy invokes empire-building, greed, and White Supremacy, a spiritual climate that keeps the African mind and Continent in darkness. By Luke 4:18 we see that Yeshua, the Black Messiah also came to set us free from the oppressor: that grabbing colonizer. So Africans, we are to cry out to Yahuwah God with this text in our prayers. We are also to get involved in decolonizing our minds and in decolonizing Africa work because faith without works is dead. Let us that Black people went into captivity because they followed the religion of foreigners. Europe is not our leader, Yahuwah God is our Leader. We do not want their imperialist civilization either because Yahuwah God of the Bible warned us to stay clear: "Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose NONE of his ways!" (Proverbs 3:31). We Africans need to be different and separate from that. We are every instant to that we are the Chosen People with Yeshua the Black Messiah as our Redeemer and Lord. Our restoration of Deuteronomy 30 comes to us as we give value and honor to the Laws and Decrees given by Moses and which our ancestors had covenanted to keep (but unhappily did not keep). Our generation are now to keep to the Covenant and obey it. Amen. #Yeshuanity4Africans (formerly #Christianity4Africans) #BlackMESSIAH https://web.facebook.com/Christianity4Africans/posts/pfbid0j3TjgdFZ5TVq69VDxGSQKycjyfg8AQj1kXZn2K8nnELpJQ5v5sC1pZD7GAHjkgKel |

Copied from whatsapp. THE RECURRING “ELECTORAL REFORM” TRICKERY NINAS has been sounding this warning and alarm again and again in the hope that those deceiving the populace with “Electoral Reforms”, especially the celebrity lawyers that pushed it out, and gathered social and internet influencers to promote it, would have a heart for suffering Black humanity, and make a U-turn to follow the path of truth. For, each day that “Electoral Reforms” is held out as a (false) solution, means another day for armed Fulani to torture and slaughter more indigenous peoples, because the 1999 Constitution that empowers the Fulani Conquest Agenda remains imposed. When the Nigerian masses get to know that they had been bewitched by “Electoral Reforms” surely they will make the celebrity lawyers, their political class masters, and others of high profile be able for this deadly deception. My first question to the youth is this: Did the Electoral Reforms of 2022 (Electoral Reform Act 2022) work for you for the 2023 Elections or did INEC ignore it? My second question is: Did your PVC/vote count or did the Courts decide the winner? My third question is: Why are you not sober enough, and disciplined enough to define the change you seek? For, if you do that, and the NINAS Ten Interrogatories are there to help, you will see that the change you seek (and much more) will come by way of the NINAS Proposition. Here is the link to the Ten Interrogatories: https://guardian.ng/features/notice-of-ninas-interrogatories-to-political-parties-heading-to-2023-elections-under-the-1999-constitution/?fbclid=IwAR2pUGWmGhx1BBdnDhKGlvOIZG_HkZ0O3tfv0OFKKfuSuQut0cBlIWJewQc |

VIDEO CLIP: CHINESE GIRL TALKS GREAT SENSE TO DECOLONISE NIGERIA & AFRICA. I very much like this Chinese girl and all of us will. In just 7 minutes she talks about how Oyeebo has used lies, lies and many lies to dominate Africans and dominate over our Sovereignty. Change is coming to Africa and it will come to Nigeria too. We see what our brother Capt Ibrahim Traore is doing. He and the Confederation of Sahel States will not be the only ones. We here in Nigeria have not fully woken up, but we will, and we will take up the NINAS Proposition for Sovereignty and Self-Determination Restoration. What I like very much is that this Chinese girl has put White culture in great disgrace. After watching it nobody will want to marry Oyeebo, and nobody will want his son or daughter to marry one of them. They have nothing at all to teach us. This video clip is on a Facebook . Here is the link: https://web.facebook.com/ndidi.uwechue/videos/628095480393756 Truly, World Cultures Are Not Equal! This young ethnic Chinese woman talks about the dysfunction in the Coloniser's culture: violence, lies, false narratives and twisting of realities... And oh, she, of Chinese heritage, also knows that Europeans lie about the identity of the Saviour, and that He is a BLACK MESSIAH 👊🏽. So this biblical truth is really coming out in many places. Great! My dear Africans, the work of total Decolonisation of our Continent is happening right now! by sharing truths to our people. 🙏🏽 |

NIGERIA IS IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE TRANSITIONING FOR RADICAL CONSTITUTIONAL RECONSTRUCTION; NOT ELECTION OR ELECTORAL REFORMS. Tony Nnadi, NINAS NINAS Movement News 18 May 2025 With all the institutions that preside over National Elections in Nigeria (INEC, Judiciary, Security Agencies) already hauled in by Tinubu’s state-capture machinery; with all opposition Parties already decapitated by agents of the APC; and with the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria that empowers both the State-Capture and the Fulani Conquest Onslaught, Proceeding to Elections in 2027 under the 1999 Constitution will be a decision to return Tinubu unopposed in 2027 and to retain the Death-Dispensing, Master-Servant Unitary Constitution of Nigeria as Basis of the Nigerian Union and its “Democracy”, as well as the Deliberate Economic Strangulation of the Populace aimed at crippling any form of organized pushback against the system. Very sadly and most tragically, the energies that should have been channelled into Terminating the life of that 1999 Constitution by Rejecting and Shutting Down the Voyage to 2027 are being wasted on Electoral Reforms that will only facilitate the doomed voyage to 2027. It should now be past debate that Nigeria under the current Unitary Constitution (1999) is not a Democracy, neither are Rule of Law or Good Governance Possible under that Constitution. It should also now be past debate that the Woes and Failures of Nigeria as well as the Miseries of Nigerians flow principally from that Unworkable Unitary Constitution whether we lament about Corruption, Impunity, Insecurity, Killings, Infrastructural Decay, Mass Poverty, Serial Electoral Heists or the Multidimensional Dysfunctions of Nigeria now manifesting advanced symptoms of State Failure and Collapse. With the Fulani Conquest March in full swing and Boko Haram Murderous Onslaught in audacious advance, it should be obvious to all that plunging to 2027 Elections under the very Unitary Constitution that enables and facilitates both the Fulani Conquest March and Tinubu State Capture gambit, cannot be the solution to Nigeria’s multifaceted Existential Threats currently confronting both the Nigerian State and the Peoples of Nigeria. It is against the backdrop of this extraordinary emergency that NINAS will renew its invitation to the Peoples of Nigeria to brace up to the reality of now and save themselves from the dangers currently racing towards them by adopting and enforcing the Five-Point Union Reconfiguration Proposition of the NINAS Constitutional Force Majeure which stipulates the shelving of further National Elections under the 1999 Constitution and the initiation of an immediate Transitioning Process to rework the Damaged Constitutional Basis of Nigeria, via an orderly process that will Decommission and Jettison Nigeria’s atrocious Unitary Constitution (1999) just as South Africa did in 1990 to ease itself out of the Apartheid Constitutional Bind. NINAS posits unequivocally that the Five-Point Proposition of its December 16, 2020 Constitutional Force Majeure offers Nigeria and Nigerians, the most immediate and most viable pathway to redemption from the Clear and Present Danger of both the raging Fulani Conquest Onslaught and the Disastrous State-Capture that has already resulted in what is evidently the Suspension of the Rule of Law and the emergence of a One-Party State, as the adoption and enforcement of those Propositions extinguishes the Source of the Woes and Miseries, namely - the Fraudulent, Imposed Unitary Constitution of Nigeria, 1999 After seven rounds of National Elections since the return of civil rule in 1999 and the illusion of Democracy, the Peoples of Nigeria, as victims of Nigeria’s Imposed Unitary Constitution must now find the wisdom and courage to heed the invitation of NINAS to shelve just one round of National Elections in 2027 as a Demonstration of their Rejection of the Master-Servant Constitution which renders them Slaves in their Homeland and exposes them to the Slaughter and Conquest Designs of both the Fulani Invaders and the Reckless Political Merchants driving the State Capture that has plunged Nigeria into a Free-Fall on all fronts, particularly Economic and Security. What confronts Nigeria and the Peoples of Nigeria today is the Hijack and Confiscation of Sovereignty by internal and external forces seeking to conquer and exterminate them. It will amount to suicide and self-immolation to carry on with the hollow ritual of Elections and Electoral Reforms whilst ignoring the urgent self-preservation and self-redemption Constitution-Reconstruction measures dictated by these clear and present dangers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ing Video Clips: (1) “Nigeria-In-Freefall: The Fraud of 1999, the Doomed Voyage to 2027 & NINAS Pathway to Redemption” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__0lk_Metfg?si=oxITpjvnkK26ZbfU (2) Break The Chains of Unitary Bondage: Transition Now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeuUvDWsKJM Shutting Down Preparations for 2027 Elections inside 2025 in Rejection of the 1999 Constitution and Demanding Immediate Transitioning for Union Renegotiation is the Action Required To Break the Cycle of Renewal of the Bondage that Unitary Nigeria has become for Nigerians. https://ninasmovementnews.substack.com/p/nigeria-is-in-a-state-of-emergency |

USA PUPPET: SOWORE AND HIS SAHARA REPORTERS ARE FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!! So, David Hundeyin has exposed Omoyele Sowore to be a USA puppet! Sowore recently also has used his Sahara Reporters to publish propaganda against Captain Ibrahim Traoré. Sahara Reporters published the USA- angle to condemn Captain Ibrahim Traoré and his government. The article did not tell people that the Fulani are killing indigenous people in Burkina Faso for land grabbing, just like they are doing in Nigeria. The article is propaganda to make you think the Fulani are just there quiet, then the Burkina Faso army attacked them for nothing. Here is a link to the Sowore-Sahara Reporters propaganda against Captain Ibrahim Traoré of yesterday (12 May 2025), title: Burkina Faso Military, Pro-Govt Militias Targeted, Massacred Over 130 Fulani Civilians In One Month —HRW: https://saharareporters.com/2025/05/12/burkina-faso-military-pro-govt-militias-targeted-massacred-over-130-fulani-civilians-one No wonder Sowore and his Sahara Reporters published many bad things against Goodluck Jonathan to push him out of office, and they published what made Buhari look like a saint. Now USA wants to use Sowore's Sahara Reporters to remove Captain Ibrahim Traoré abi? Instead, it is Sowore and his Sahara Reporters that will be removed! Several people have said they will stop reading Sahara Reporters. If Sowore likes, he can continue to want to be President of Nigeria but let's see how USA can help him get there. USA puppets! 5 Likes |

Sowore is a Willing Tool, a proprietor of a political party and a politician who goes to elections and therefore he sustains and upholds the Neocolonial and fraudulent 1999 Constitution, the tap from where our miseries flow, and the 1999 Constitution is the enabler of the Fulani Conquest Agenda. Sowore is funded by USA. No wonder he did not come out to going to rally for Capt Ibrahim Traore which happened globally on 30 April 2025. We saw reports that Tinubu has CIA asset label. Who else in the political class can be the same? We must be careful of Sowore he talks "anti corruption" but he upholds the 1999 Constitution a known 419 and enabler of corruption. Our safety is in cancelling 2027 national elections to begin Transitioning now in 2025 for constitutional Reconstruction. NINAS Transitioning Template is available to examine and use. 2 Likes |

SOWORE’S ASSET DECLARATION RAISES QUESTIONS AMID REPORTS OF U.S. FUNDING West Africa Weekly 13 May 2025 Omoyele Sowore, founder of Sahara Reporters and former presidential candidate, is under public scrutiny following allegations that he falsified his assets while receiving foreign funding for his media outlet. In a buildup to the 2023 general elections, Daily Trust reported Sowore’s asset declaration to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), in which he stated ownership of a single property valued at ₦5 million and a 2008 Toyota Camry. Given Sowore’s profile and extensive travel history, the declaration raised many eyebrows. Questions about the credibility of his disclosure recently gained traction after investigative journalist David Hundeyin published a viral thread on social media platform X, alleging that Sowore’s U.S.-based media platform, Sahara Reporters, received foreign funding, particularly from U.S. institutions and foundations, which could mean that Sowore’s personal and professional interests may be more than his declared assets. Sowore’s failure to disclose ownership stakes, financial interests, or material from foreign donors, especially those linked to U.S. government interests, raises ethical questions about transparency. “The same man who declared ₦5 million in assets runs a U.S.-funded media organisation and easily flies in and out of the country. Something doesn’t add up.” Sahara Reporters, founded in 2006, has long praised itself as a watchdog platform exposing corruption and abuse in Nigeria. However, critics have pointed out that its operations were initially ed by grants from entities such as the Ford Foundation and the Omidyar Network, which raised concerns about foreign influence in domestic political narratives. Sowore, who has consistently portrayed himself as an anti-corruption fanatic, has yet to issue a detailed public response to the allegations of asset misrepresentation or clarify the extent of foreign financial involvement in his work. As public trust in politicians remains fragile, Sowore’s next move could determine whether his reputation as an “activist” endures or erodes under the weight of unanswered questions. https://westafricaweekly.com/sowores-asset-declaration-raises-questions-amid-reports-of-u-s-funding/ 1 Like |

CAPTAIN IBRAHIM TRAORÉ: DECOLONIZING INFORMATION FOR AFRICANS IBRAHIM TRAORÉ: "Russia helped save the world. Africa helped save the world. That must be said. And young people must understand it. Everything they show in Hollywood films—it’s false. Just lies. It’s the same with the Vietnam War. The version they tell today is completely distorted. But we must speak up. You see—they don’t like it when I speak. They say I talk too much. They hope I’ll stay quiet so they can dominate the narrative. But no. My greatest regret is having spent much of my youth listening to stations like RFI and 24. Even in countries where those stations were banned, we found ways—usings apps, recording broadcasts—just to hear their news. But at some point, something clicked. I began to understand. They weren’t informing us. They were programming us. Conditioning our minds to accept their view of the world. Feeding us their narrative until we forgot our own. Since then, I’ve learned to discern. And now, more than ever, I see just how dangerous their tactics are. They’ve especially conditioned the minds of young Africans. So yes—you can help. You can awaken consciousness. You can help young people understand how the world really works, So they won’t be manipulated ever again." |

EXPLAINED: NINAS FINAL STEPS TO INITIATING T JAILBREAK AND UNION RESET. The Editor NINAS Movement News 11 May 2025 This NINAS clip from a 2021 Felabration Symposium (Clip 1) provides a backdrop to Pa Olusola Ajolore’s May 4, 2025 Dunamis Declarations on Nigeria (Clip 2) which encapsulate the Diagnosis, Prescription and Treatment Plan for the Sick Federation of Nigeria. Pa Olusola Ajolore is NINAS Special Envoy to the Church in Nigeria. Clip 1: Fulani Conquest Agenda, Nigeria’s Unitary Constitution & The Trap of Elections: Options for Victims. (1½ minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk7u2Sab-kg Clip 2: We Must Renegotiate: Further Elections Under 1999Const Is Endorsement of Fulani Title Deed Over Nig. (3½ minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvP_UZ__Ke0 ------------------------------------------------- The Nigeria that we have is not the Nigeria that had been agreed before Independence. This current Nigeria was IMPOSED and is maintained against us by gunpoint. The Nigeria we had agreed to had been a Federation, the one we have now is a Unitary Nigeria aka One-Nigeria, aka Neocolonial Nigeria. The Problem: We must understand this. Nigeria’s Unitary Constitution (1999) is the Tap from which our Woes and Miseries flow (please see the Supplementary Information below). Therefore, Nigeria’s core problem is STRUCTURAL. We must therefore challenge and debunk the False Narrative/Propaganda that “good leadership” and “good governance” are possible under the 1999 Constitution. Bad leadership which has been a constant feature, and manifold Miseries are a consequence of the 1999 Constitution, thus: - Insecurity - Corruption - Mass Poverty - Agitations - System Failure - Impunity - Election Rigging - Hopelessness -Infrastructural Decay - Economic Free-fall etc The Solution: We need to know the solution. In short, the Solution is Turning Off the Tap by way of wholesale Decommissioning of the 1999 Constitution (Taking Down the 1999 Constitution). Not Amendments, not Review or any form of Legislative Action, just as South Africa’s Apartheid Constitution was Jettisoned and Dismantled. NOTE: The 1999 Constitution codifies for a dysfunctional and dangerous constitutional arrangement. The entire 1999 Constitution is a Fraud, it is a Forgery. It lies that “we the people” made it and agreed it, but we did not. Therefore, ALL of it must be thrown away – it must be Decommissioned wholesale. That is Taking Down the 1999 Constitution. Over the years the political class has been deceiving Nigerians with “Amendments” and “Review” of the 1999 Constitution. It is INVALID to “amend” or “review” a known Forgery in the absurd hope of making it genuine. So the 1999 Constitution cannot be “amended”. It must be Decommissioned wholesale. South Africa also at one time had a Constitution that Black people had not made or agreed. It was not “amended”. The Apartheid Constitution was thrown out in its entirety and the Apartheid system dismantled. That is the method that Nigeria must follow. The 1999 Constitution must be Decommissioned and the faulty constitutional arrangement it produces get Dismantled and replaced with a Reconstruction that is not imposed, but that “we the peoples” have truly chosen and made using Self-Determination Regional Referendums. The final outcome could be a Federation or a Confederation, or if no agreement is reached, independent Successor Countries. The Mechanism: We must grasp this mechanism. The Mechanism for Taking Down the 1999 Constitution (Turning off the Tap), is the immediate Shutting Down of preparations for further National Elections by which the life of the Constitution is renewed every four years (this is not Boycott). The winner of any Election in Nigeria must swear to and govern by the Constitution. We cannot be rejecting the 1999 Constitution at at the same time head out to Elections that only renew the life of that 1999 Constitution. Note: ALL Political Parties in Nigeria, including their Proprietors and Promoters subscribe to that 1999 Constitution. Even those that call themselves “anti-corruption” or “youth party”. The sooner Shutting Down of preparations for 2027 National Elections is achieved the easier it will be before money gets used to influence religious leaders, media influencers, NGOs, and celebrities to herd Nigerians to “Get your PVC! (voter’s card)”. The Mechanism is NOT “boycott”. It is SHUTDOWN so Nigeria must not even prepare at all for 2027 National Elections. The Action: The action we must now take. The Strategy Action for activating the Election Shutdown Mechanism is to DEMAND Immediate TRANSITIONING for Union Reconfiguration (Constitutional Reconstruction) in the place of further National Elections under the Rejected 1999 Constitution. Since 1999, Elections happen every four years and the same people whose lives are destroyed by the 1999 Constitution troop out and vote to be governed by that Constitution. What we must now do in 2025 is to Demand immediate initiation of a Transitioning Process in place of Elections 2027. The default position if Transitioning is prevented is that there is immediate Nigeria Union Dissolution and Ethnic Nations would separate in Blocs of their sovereign choice as independent Successor Countries. Note: Transitioning now in 2025 for Constitutional Reconstruction cancels preparing for 2027 National Elections. The Battle-cry: Shout these from rooftops! Nigerians have the Solution to rescue themselves from the evil 1999 Constitution in the Strategy Action described above because Sovereignty is with them. Their Battle-cry will gather together the critical mass which is the force of momentum that brings about Transitioning. The Battle-cry is: - NINAS is Right. - No further National Elections under the illegitimate 1999 Constitution. - All Political Parties must now CLOSE SHOP – immediately (no delaying)! - Transition Now for Constitutional/Union Reconfiguration. This Battle-cry must be shouted from the rooftops! Let it be the leading discussion. Challenge all those talking about, or preparing for 2027 National Elections under the rejected 1999 Constitution. Tell Political Parties to CLOSE SHOP. Use your Social Media and the hashtags: #NINASisRight, #End1999Constitution and #TransitionNow Trend the Battle-cry message! Video: Break The Chains of Unitary Bondage: Transition Now. (9 minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeuUvDWsKJM SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION Although the entire 1999 Constitution is problematic because all of it is a Forgery, and none of it was created or agreed to by indigenous Ethnic Nations, some parts of it that are directly responsible for insecurity, economic woes and backwardness should be known. These provisions work together, and with other provisions not listed here to create an environment that harms indigenous peoples. They are: · The Preamble – Its false claims (lies) that “We the people” agreed to be in a Unitary Nigeria Union and therefore created the 1999 Constitution, hijack the Sovereignty and Self-Determination of indigenous Ethnic nations. This enables Neocolonialism. · The 68-Item Exclusive List (Second Schedule, Part 1) – 68 critical infrastructure areas that are under exclusive control of Central Government. · Section 6.6C – It makes security, development, and welfare provided for in Chapter 2, not enforceable (Non-justiciable ie not capable of being decided or resolved by a court of law). · Section 81 and 82 – Appropriation provisions that effectively give the spare key of the treasury to the President. · Section 121 and 122 – Appropriation provisions that effectively give the spare key of the treasury to State Governors. · Section 308 – Immunity clause for certain office holders. Copied from whatsapp. NIGERIA MUST END THE NEOCOLONLIAL 1999 CONSTITUTION TO REGAIN ETHNIC SOVEREIGNTY & END FULANI CONQUEST You're right that Africa can and MUST be self-reliant. The problem we have to remove first is to Restore our hijacked Sovereignty. Let me explain using Nigeria as an example. Nigeria is composed of hundreds of indigenous Ethnic Nations. Each of them should have Sovereignty over its ancestral land and negotiate to be in a (political) Union called Nigeria which would operate in Union Sovereignty. But the problem is that Ethnic Sovereignty (and that's where Sovereignty lies) has been hijacked by the fraudulent neoColonial 1999 Constitution a British and Fulani Caliphate imposition. We (the indigenous Ethnic Nations) therefore have to Terminate and Decommission that 1999 Constitution and Renegotiate a fresh Union during a time-bound period of Transitioning. Because Ethnic Sovereignty is hijacked, none of the indigenous Ethnic Nations whether alone or in a Union (eg in Nigeria) can control what happens to its people its resources and its land. That's why UK, EU, USA, IMF, World Bank, China, India, Arabia and whoever can come to Nigeria and COMMAND the indigenous peoples... That 1999 Constitution needs to go, but Nigerians keep on going to National Elections to Renew its life instead of going to Transitioning to Terminate its life. How does Elections Renew its life? It’s when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold, defend and govern by that evil 1999 Constitution. The NINAS Proposition is a Transitioning Template that gets the 1999 Constitution terminated and a new constitutional arrangement renegotiated by EVERY indigenous Ethnic Nation no matter its population size, so we end up with Conplete Decolonisation. So, for Nigeria, Sovereignty and Self-Determination are hijacked by the 1999 Constitution. In other African countries Ethnic Sovereignty is hijacked in some way and the indigenous peoples need to find out what's doing it to them. Hope this helps. Feel free to share so that Nigerians and Africans know why they are at the bottom of the pile. Sovereignty matters |
