My advice > whenever anything is not clear, over explain. Best case is to have clean statements, but even if it's not, as long as the transactions in your are genuine and you can clearly explain the pattern of activity (backed up with evidence upon evidence), you will be fine.

Visa officers are reasonable people, just make clear, evidence backed claims to give them enough to work with.

It's that time of the year when accommodation are choked, 2hioe you wait for a response, better plan towards plan B... Airbnb or hostel. Run a Google search for this and lock this down... E get why! Most likely when you arrive you will find it easy getting accommodation. You can also try Rightmove, Zoopla, Amber Students and other online platforms for student accommodation. All the best.

Please have someone been denied visa in a situation whereby the company use has reference doesn't reply to ukvi mail.

I use my company letterhead as reference for uk student visa application. UKVI now send mail to them but they are refusing to reply the mail saying I didn't follow due process by informing the headquarter office before using the company letterhead for such things. Which I did not know because it was the branch office I use the letterhead from and I was thinking that they ukvi will the branch office bcoz the official email of the branch is on the letterhead. I have plead with the headquarter office but they are adamant that they will not reply the mail even to the extent that they want to sanction me. Please what can I do in this situation? I have spend a lot to get to this stage

Pls on the reference letter you submitted,hope it's carries only your branch officer email address?Then, ukvi should your branch officer alone and not the head office.
Except,if you use head office letter head and it's show head office email.

2) Did you get the approval of your line manager/superior before using the reference letter from the branch office?

If both answers are Yes, I don't think you should be blamed here. The branch office is an extension of the HQ.

You can also go to your HQ and plead with them, but if they refuse to listen to your plea, just hope the ECO won't use that against. Cuz you can actually still be given a visa even without them replying. Its not all organizations that even reply UKVI to even start with.

Of I may ask, how did you hear about UKVI wanting a reply from your organisation? Was it your HQ HR that informed you?

Life here is hard, especially if you’re coming alone and you don’t have money for your complete fees ( for those hoping to balance up when they get here), you can only work 20hrs a week and so it’s almost impossible in some cases. Your 20hrs a week will most likely cover rent, feeding and other person stuff. Getting accommodation is a big issue here so I’ll advice y’all to get accommodation before moving over or hold enough money for hotel if you don’t have anyone here. Getting your first job might take a while too, so carry money come o. It’s winter already so the cold is getting ‘worser’, come prepared. Finally, it’s not all rosy here, remove mind from enjoyment and just focus to complete your schooling first before thinking of other stuff. Wish you all good luck in your applications. I’m studying at university of Essex btw ��
