If they don't respond, your visa may be refused.

I think the person is filling the right thing what I feel is that the person spouse already gotten visa.
So back to your question I think you should select yes and provide document that you are living together. We'll let wait for elders to explain better.

This morning the tracker changed to "Application Transferred To VAC", but still no mail, nsf, or brp, none.

If both answers are Yes, I don't think you should be blamed here. The branch office is an extension of the HQ.

You can also go to your HQ and plead with them, but if they refuse to listen to your plea, just hope the ECO won't use that against. Cuz you can actually still be given a visa even without them replying. Its not all organizations that even reply UKVI to even start with.

Of I may ask, how did you hear about UKVI wanting a reply from your organisation? Was it your HQ HR that informed you?

I use my company letterhead as reference for uk student visa application. UKVI now send mail to them but they are refusing to reply the mail saying I didn't follow due process by informing the headquarter office before using the company letterhead for such things. Which I did not know because it was the branch office I use the letterhead from and I was thinking that they ukvi will the branch office bcoz the official email of the branch is on the letterhead. I have plead with the headquarter office but they are adamant that they will not reply the mail even to the extent that they want to sanction me. Please what can I do in this situation? I have spend a lot to get to this stage

Yes I got the approval of our AHR( officer) in the branch office, he is the one that even help me to draft the reference letter.
Yes it was from HQ that dey me,that UKVI send them msg to confirm if I'm a staff.

I even sumbit my appointment letter,promotion letter to UKVI when applying just to prove that I'm staff.

Pls on the reference letter you submitted,hope it's carries only your branch officer email address?Then, ukvi should your branch officer alone and not the head office.

1.People have struggled with paying using their naira master card, it might be worth speaking to your bank and getting a dollar version perhaps

2. You have 4 years study gap, the request for study gap evidence is when it is more than 5years.

Keep your application simple, provide what is stated in your CAS and the additional Tb test and bank statements
