The electricity bill has empowered State governors to provide electricity for their States. So any State government that's yet to do the needful is incompetent and should be blamed.
Many of the bills that will be coming forth will totally reveal the gross incompetence of all State Governors and Governments.

Until I see a positive impact in the economy and living conditions of Nigerians, all na wash.

State governors don't have any power over the floating of the naira. Neither do they have any say on import/ export matters and FG infrastructures..., that are so rundown, they're eyesores...these things are killing businesses and general prosperity of the populace.
