Yeah, the plan is for him to change to a master's programme so that I can get sowp. The new law messed up our plans but God is in control.

Congratulations. Have you checked the procedures on VFS website?? I believe all payments are at the counter at VFS office when submitting the PPs in person. Except you want to courier it then it wont. In any case see the steps for PP submission on the site.

Thank you. My husband is still in Nigeria, his resumption date is Sept 3,2024 in a college. I wasn't able to apply for sowp before it was cancelled for colleges. Only Msc and Phd students can apply for sowp.

I went with 2 of them that signed during capturing but the other 2 didn't go with me.

It's not confusing. What your should have told you is the date they printed upto and still expecting more but that they do not receive booklet recently is a far lie. The date of issue is May 18 which is Tuesday.

Please tell him. I don't know why he can't understand that people are collecting port in Abeokuta. My kids date of issue is April 24th.

I was at IMMIGRATION OFFICE yesterday I left around 3:30pm in finding solution to my issue with one immigration officer I gave money to in Abuja whom I paid for DOB correction. When matter don cry it become laugh because is painful the situation I find myself. They're only arranging files in preparation for booklet next week. You come here come dey yanh anyhow. People that captured last month they collect port. Lie family

I understand your frustration. Ask your for the right information. I applied for fresh port for my children via DIY.I dont know about those with DOB or any other issues issues. I went for capturing on the 6th of January 2021 for my children and received a call from Abeokuta NIS in the first week of May to come and pick it up. I went on Tuesday 18th May for pick up, and i met lot of people who came to collect theirs.
People that tell lies at will, always accuse others of doing same. Calm down, wait for your port.

Please, do we have to blame those paying more to actually get what they want at the right time, many have captured since december without port, I captured on the 8th of February and no port yet, all the ission window are closing under my own very eyes because I don't have port.

The situation of the country is in the state of despondent and despicable, I am not ing bribe but, probably you can't understand what those in my situation are facing and will do anything possible to get the port if they have the opportunity in of the financial strength or the connection.

If you capture in Abeokuta, go for your port, it is ready. I met people that captured in April last month and they collected theirs today.

I just got a call from NIS Abeokuta customer service care to come pick my children's ports.

They did capturing on the 6th of January 2021.

It isn't suppose to be compulsory because it is not an e-enhanced port, but i was asked for mine. They might want to frustrate you because of that. You can explain to them at servicom that it isn't needed for the port. ( they ought to know)

Please can someone help with direction to Abeokuta port office from Mowe/Ibafo.

I am not too sure about the route but i know there will be a park for those travelling to Abeokuta. If the final bus stop is kuto, brewery or ita oshin, take a bike to laderin bus stop. Immigration office is along the road. Or use google map if you are going in your own car

Please go with your court receipt because a guy came to servicom's office last week and the woman( i couldn't get her name) ask for the receipt. She frustrated the guy and asked him to go and bring the receipt. When u enter the building, go to the office on your left and ask of officer Dawodu. He is a gentle soul. Please try to avoid the other lady if you can ( she is higher in rank)

I have issue of age correction on my port for that reason i approach a friend who introduced me to one Immigration officer man in Abuja. I called this man and he gave me assurance that is not big issue that it will cost me 150k which I beg to 140 I made a transfer of 100k and I promise that if I come down to Abuja for capturing I will balance him, He said know problem I live in one Southwest state i traveled to Abuja on the 9th of December (it was not easy at all very costly going by flight ) to do the capturing and balance him 40k now the man keep posting me to wait, shortage of booklet, he lose his sister, he will get back to me and he's busy right now these are excuses he's giving me anytime I call him. please advise me on what to do because I need the port badly this January

I hope you haven't been scammed. Correction of date of birth fee is on NIS website and i dont think it is more than 30k( for more than one alphabet and lesser for just one alphabet)which can be done faster at ikoyi via DIY . Either you Keep calling him for capturing/refund or you forfeit the money and apply by yourself
