lawrins8: The correct term is PRE-ACTION PROTOCOL [PAP] and not Personal Appeal Petition "A Pre-Action Protocol Letter is a legal letter written to the Home Office before court proceedings to try and resolve any matters first. The Pre-Action Protocol Letter contains the key matters that would be raised in legal proceedings. It sets out all the legal grounds and shows how the action was unlawful." 1 Like |

If you have the fund, install a solar system with original lithium batteries, solar s, and other accessories. With this set-up, you can go off-grid depending on your system's capacity. On the other hand, if your energy need is average or minimal, you could tilt towards PORTABLE POWER STATIONS – I'd recommend ECOFLOW. You'd enjoy maximum efficiency, reliable power source, longer lifespan, seamless mobility, and reduced grid cost. In addition to that, you need to replace your power-hungry appliances with energy-saving electronics to minimize energy cost and usage. Consequently, what I can deduce from the recent complaints from Band A s is, most Nigerians are not ready or cannot afford stable electricity. 14 Likes |

See how watched out the paint on the EFCC's Lagos office building looks, despite the billions of money they recover each year. That image is a disgrace to Nigeria. 24 Likes 4 Shares |

Based on my long-term observation, the problems facing the Super Eagles as a team do not lie heavily on the players nor the coaching crew. Unsurprisingly, the challenges are deeply rooted in the SYSTEM. By system, I mean the istration, organization, intention, commitment, drive, and the desire to improve the team. You can't set beautiful goals and expect remarkable results on a faulty system – apparently, the joy would be short-lived. Unfortunately, everyone shares blame to different parties after every abysmal team performance but hardly question our FOOTBALL SYSTEM. Twelve (12) years after Nigeria's last AFCON trophy and seven (7) years since our last FIFA World Cup appearance, the Super Eagles still cannot boast of a permanent home turf, a top-class training and accommodation center, a signature football identity, the latest technologies, or a stable football istration. Our boys thrive abroad and perform incredibly well week-in week-out due to the coordinated footballing ecosystem they belong. It's not a rocket science, we are doing everything wrong! For a modern football team to excel, every tiny input count – ranging from the choice of their training pitch to the type of food they eat, their sleeping routine, the method/type of exercise, and even the sports kits they wear, just to mention a few. These bits sum up to produce the eventual result—weather good or otherwise. If you think I'm distorting facts, go back and watch Ekong's post-match interview in Rwanda, where a journalist asked about his experience in Kigali. The captain was absolutely blown by the system the country has built which creates the environment for their team to thrive. Have you ever wondered why these small countries no longer fear the great SE? It's because they're persistently improving their system while we're on the same spot, in fact, maybe regressing. To conclude, the NFF needs to be intentional about our football and completely revamp the system, starting from the bottom up. As a matter of urgency, the glass house must return to the drawing board, make wide consultations, design a master developmental strategy, build a sustainable system around it, and implement accordingly to reclaim our lost glory. Our s must focus on the value of our teams making tiny improvements consistently which accumulate into incredible results, than just waiting for one defining moment which may never return again. Finally, a deliberate commitment to the system rebuilding process will ensure and established progress. I hope we get it right one day. 9 Likes 1 Share |

bea1234567: Not disappointed with your arrogant response. It's a typical defense strategy for people like you. Meanwhile, all your curses will return to you in multiple folds. That said, I'd advise you dig deeper into my posts to find something more interesting and incriminating, because that post about Tinubu was a fact. Instead of you to focus on your life, you're here on Nairaland forming a tribal warlord. By the way, isn't it funny that someone who's looking to donate their blood for money is calling another fellow a wretched church rat? Your theatrics are clear enough to the discerning mind, I won't dignify you with any further response. You're best ignored. cc dominique Seun 7 Likes |
