Na this mentality make us dey where we dey. Thinking that your opponent is weaker than they are. Make all of una comot eye from South Africa joor. Those guys have topped this group. Points deduction or not, they are heading to the mundial. Southie will flog Lesotho and they won’t lose to us. Our only hope now is via best loser. Na Benin we suppose focus our attention on. Benin must not pick up points against Zim especially cause I no trust Lesotho. That final game against Benin republic must not be a decider for them. If not eh go dey messy. 2 Likes 1 Share |

chrisooblog: Yes, I dragged osimhen because he wasn't scoring which was his primary duty as a striker If you like disagree. If you like, let my opinion be itching you. That's your problem not mine Calvin bassey isn't world class, neither is ola aina or onyeka but they hardly put wrong foots forward But iqobi will play nonsense and still would be untouchable. Who the Bleep is he that he cannot be criticised? Why don't you defend moses Simon the same way? Is iwobi significantly better than moses simon? Yet mos3s simon gets criticised and you guys don't cry on my mentions like when it's iwobi No amount of your abuse will stop me from calling out a player who should be held to a higher standard than his peers Why don't you go on tiktok and twitter and attack those criticising iwobi there? Am I the only one critiquing him? Iwobi is mediocre. I said it! If nobody likes it, that's their headache and not mine And if tomorrow osimhen plays nonsense, I will call him out. Nobody is God that we can't criticised. Even Messi got criticised by argentinw fans at some point before the world cup win Abeg make una getat!!! |

Tchinaidi: Bro, talk through, when last did iwobi come through for us when it mattered? I prefer make we no even field any creative midfielder. Make we just field one actor man and 2 box to box guys It's better than pretending that iwobi is creative abeg |
Blueelf: 9:47pm On Mar 26 |
9JAMac10: Bro, when you out hope in these guys, they'll dash it and then later their paid actors will come here and say you shouldn't criticize them The same iwobi is who many people on twitter and tiktok are saying shouldn't even be invited to the National team again. All I'm even saying is that the guy should sit down on the bench and let's give that midfield to hungrier guys. Him and Ndidi can't do more than they've done Iver the past years That was how these same people compared Chukwueze to arjen robben and even shut down anyone that criticised him that year until his mediocrity became glaring Hypocrisy stinks!! 2 Likes 1 Share |

TheSuperNerd: I have not watched him.olay. but from what I read. Maybe he can be for our midfield what osimhen is to our attack. He should be invited and made tonokay the June friendlies. He onyeka and akinsanmiro in midfield should pkay a complete match. Let's see what happens 1 Like |

If you're up in your feels that's your problem not mine. Simon gets his fair due of criticism and praise from me but I won't act like a wicked step mother and blame him for all the ills bedeviling the team when there's lots of blame to go round. Iwobi is not a sacred cow that thou shalt not criticize. I'm just saying he's done enough to earn some grace. Ekong messed up yesterday and Nwabali to some little extent but people are not camping on their social media pages cussing them out because of their heroics last AFCON why can't that same level of respect be given to Iwobi who's even the highest scoring midfielder in the SE currently. Let me repeat no one is begging for your validation so rest abeg. Blueelf: 2 Likes |

If NPFL clubs like, make dem dey dia dey brag on Funny must home win levels. Fifa is giving $9.5m to african clubs participating in Club World Cup. To put that in perspective, that's like 21 different seasons of NPFL champions fee. I hope for all it is worth, Remo Stars get really intentional with how their continental dominance is going to be this coming season. They should leave no stone unturned, especially with logistics, expecting funny North African club mindgames, etc. Nothing should stop them from inching close to this fee. 14bn naira. Omo. Omo, I give myself 24 hours break for any online activity first. I don invest hope, energy, calculations, contents and emotion inside this Super Eagles qualification stuff. 1. We can't blame Éric Chelle for any wrongdoing. Yes, he played one or two players out of position but will be the one to tell them to score open net chances? 2. Lookman should more! I watched Argentina's game, four different players scored! It's not bad if you assist! Lookman is my player, he's the African Best Player, he should play like that. He had an okay game, but poor decision making from him cost us "goals", not just a goal. Where he was supposed to shoot once, he touched the ball too many times, where he was expected to run a one-two or just do a simple , he was touching the ball too much. 3. We had like 6 big chances in the match, all WASTED! Chukwueze, Osayi-Samuel, Lookman, Moses Simon, Iwobi, Ndidi... BIG CHANCES! BIG CHANCES! The one Osimhen scored was just pure fighter's instinct, not every striker will score that, no cap. He could've easy rammed his head into that crossbar. We move. 4. If we took our chances, Zimbabwe scoring one goal will not be news here, even if it was just 2–1. Our attack let us down, not Éric Chelle. 5. Chukwueze should not be invited again or he should be given a seatbelt on the bench and someone else take his place in the team. 6. The Super Eagles is my only club, but at this point, I give up on any useless World Cup dream. I'm damn disappointed. We played well, but wasting chances cost us this game, not Troost-Ekong, not Éric Chelle, not the midfielders, THE ATTACKERS! THE ATTACKERS! 7. Osayi and Ndidi that even missed chances can be forgiven because they are not strikers... All these forwards that in the next few days we'll be reporting their goals and assists here, what happened to them against freaking Zimbabwe? 8. Make Éric Chelle warn Nwabali make he stop that stupid laughter wey he dey laugh when we dey lead just 1–0, I was damn scared here ing how he laughed in the AFCON final and we lost, baba still dey do the same thing for must-win match. He's the best goalkeeper we have now and his workings are showing, but that attitude dey childish, why he no laugh again as he concede? 9. Make we just focus on AFCON abeg. This one is gone. It's f**king gone! Headache, fever and everything just hit me immediately Zimbabwe score yesterday. I'm emotionally drained from this match. I just dey offline since yesterday. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

JohnBullMySon:The only thing left for the players and the coach to do is to focus on the things they can control and see how other teams fare in their respective games, which is our performance in the remaining games. They have to be mentally prepared to actually want to win games especially the one against South Africa, take each of the remaining 4 games with 110 percent seriousness. They've beaten us before in Uyo and I don't see a reason why beating them in their home will seem like rocket science, it ultimately comes to how seriously the players take the game. Also the coaches and Eguavoen have to use the friendlies in June to try out fringe players they want to market and leave the qualifiers to select 23 player that can actually win you games including 2nd and 3rd choice goalkeepers who might see zero minutes. It's a long shot but we can only control our performance in the rest of the games then let the rest play out on its own. 1 Like |
