Is it 3 in one loft styled house?
Is it simply 2 storey 2 units duplex having 3 faces?

Please if any can explain...i could replicate it if it falls with an idea i have.

These costs are not cast in stone, they are likely costs I encountered at around the 3 course of blocks for a 60 x 100 plot of land in Enugu. Please how does one correct an error of toliet waste pipe being too high and requiring raising the toliet seat with block during installation?
The option of raising the toilet seat with block is annoying. And breaking and raising the entire bath and toliet floor with an already fixed door is also posing a problem.
Tiling has been done.

Any experince and possible neat solution to this?

All my dividends paying stocks has never been sold since 2006 because they are residing peacefully in my Investment . I can only do topups at major bears like that of 2020 etc

Market price - This option means you buy at the prevailing offer price. In most cases picking this option will make you buy at the highest price compare to other bidders. This option is best used when a stock is tending towards full bid otherwise it's a big disadvantage especially for a market tending towards full offer.

Price Limit gives investors/traders option of bidding a price within +/-10% of the opening price of a stock. In this case, you determine the price you wish to buy or sell a stock.

However, you can't bid lower than 10% or higher than 10% of the opening price of a stock. The advantage here is obvious you buy at your own price. Hence you sometimes read on this thread of folks saying I'm waiting at my junction to enter a stock They can actually wait sometimes by placing a bid at a price limit . The disadvantage is that you may miss out of stock that is having a good rally because while waiting at a particular price, the stock may keep rising in price and gone beyond your acceptable price.

Good for the day or any number of days is instructing the system to keep your bid on a stock for such and such number of days.
From your example: Good for the day means your bid is valid for just that day ie if no deal your money returns back to your trading
while good for 7 days means keep my bid valid for 7 days or any number of days you picked or the system allows.

When placing a buy order on my app (Meritrade) it gives me option of Market and Limit price. With different good for day(s).
I tried selecting limit one time (with option of good for 7 days).
Previously i had been trading using market price and good for the day.

Please can someone explain what the differences are, what conditions each option is best and which to stick to?

Honestly the setback requirement for approval on half plot in Lagos state is something that needs to be reviewed in my humble opinion.

For Prestige, I am waiting for 0.48 sir. The price should drop further because the company needs to meet its free float requirement.

Profit Target = 6k x4 x 4 = 96k

So if entry is about 0.48, one could see a 100% gain especially if able to pay at least 5k dividend this year.

My personal experience.
I had a 3.5Kva solar system set up by SolarEdge (he is on nairaland) in Jan 2023.
2 Luminous 220A batteries and 4 300w s.
It cost me roughly about 1.4/1.5m.
I use it alongside govt electricity which can be epileptic 50% of the time.
Pros.
When there is a long time power outage eg vandalization or downtime.
1. I run the freezer from 9am to 4pm.
2. I can wash during that time.
3. TV and fans are always on
4. I am on postpaid metering and my bills reduced by about 20 to 30% or so.

Cons.
1. I rarely iron with it even with high sunlight
2. I can't pump with it.

Interestingly in this over 18months I have bought not more than 10 liters of fuel for emergency pumping and ironing.

I have been very happy with this set up and only hope to add 2 more batteries to tap mlre sunlight during raining season.

I have a neighbor across my fence with over 12 s and the security lights are so dimmed that a candle is even brighter. I am yet to see a company that runs on solar, i was driving by a filling station the other day with over 12s on their roof yet the generator sound was as loud so what were the s installed for?

Maybe in the nearest future solar will become better but now its a waste of funds.

If am to spend 7m on something i expect my Ac, water pump, Tv, washing machine and mico wave to be working because that is what i use my generator for. Don’t tell me to install a solar and you now go around to give me a list of what i should not use while on solar. Just a small mini rechargeable fan you asking me to turn of my light bulbs after spending 7m abeg make it make sense.

@Grupo this is what happened, the mutual fund business of investment one was sold to GTBank when they were to attain the HoldCo structure. Investment One is no longer in the mutual funds business. Your investment is not lost. It's with GTFund managers. Unfortunately, their portal has been down for a long time now. You can only know what you have in your by sending mail to their customer care requesting your statement.

You can look the way of Norrenberger if you want to patronize more fund managers. The form is attached.

Wow, point and kill vegetable chicken. I could already imagine it now.

Ok, first it has to be freshly killed chicken preferably soft chicken.

Season and marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
In your pot add in little palm oil as you want it local.

Add in fresh pepper, onions, crayfish, ehuru all ground together and fry for about 5 minutes.

Add in the well marinated soft chicken, fry on both sides for 10 minutes each.

To finish up add in ugba (ukpaka) and utazi leaves.
Taste for seasoning and salt and know if you need to adjust any.

Your point and kill chicken vegetable with local spices is ready.
Serve and enjoy.
