Biometrics and interview done...

VAC Ikeja.

Questions asked;
1. Name and date of birth
2. Name of school
3. Name of course
4. Why the course?
5. How the course fit into your future plan
6. Why the school?
7. Why UK?

Interview lasted about 15mins. You have to talk slowly as he/she is typing your answers as you say them.
The person that interviewed me is very friendly.
Waiting patiently for the end result.

Fingers crossed!

I was asked that question some years ago when my University conducted a mock interview with me via Skype. Although, during the main interview, I was just asked who my sponsor was. I doubt they'd ask you how much he earns. They usually ask the main four questions these days. - Why the UK, Why your course, Why the Uni & How the course fits into your future plans. Then ask other minor questions like course start & end dates.

I was asked that same question when i did my mock interview yesterday, thats kinda what brought the question to the front of my attention

Since your dad's friend gave the funds to your dad, specifically for your education abroad, the best thing would be for you to open an and have the funds deposited into an with your name. When asked the source of funds and your sponsor you simply say your father. All that's required is proof that you have such funds available, simply provide a statement covering the required 28 days.

It would be too late to do that now, because my 28 days would start afresh and i don't have time anymore, my course starts on the 13th jan

I've been asked how much my sponsor earns... but I don't think it's a frequent question though.

So in a situation where i am asked how much my sponsor earns, what do you suggest i do? if i give them a value, do u think it can go wrong in anyway?

Good day guys, i have an issue, I'm about to apply for a tier 4 student visa and so i have been preparing for the interview. Now my problem arises with some questions that would most likely be asked, 1 is

"who would be sponsoring your stay in the uk "
The issue with this is that a family friend is the one sponsoring me, but he has already sent the tuition + maintenance fee to my dads , so im here thinking considering that they would scrutinize my dads bank statements, wouldn't there be some issues when they see a sudden inflow of money into my dads ?

If i tell them a family friend through my dad, would i need to bring more proof or does my visa get denied automatically?

Another which relates to the first one is "how much do my parents earn annually"

Thing is my parents are full time pastors, and if you know anything about that, pastors don't collect salaries so there is no payslip or what not, my parents don't even know what they get yearly in of salary but my dad usually gets an in coming flow of money of up to 2 million probably even more yearly (and that's money that is his)

So considering this whole issue, how do i go about it, i don't want to lie, I'd appreciate any help from the house thanks!
