Open a USD domiciliary in your Bank in Nigeria and let him send the USD straight to the , do not receive Naira, cos you cannot use Naira to open GIC. After you have received the USD, you can then use it open GIC.

But we were all given 2 years which is the duration of the two year Diploma program.

The validity of any visa given is at the discretion of the VO, you can always renew the visa if it is expiring. No cause for alarm really.

It does not work like, your results will be sent to IRCC, who will review it and then update your portal. No one knows how quick or fast they will review it, just be patient and hopeful.

I did biometric on 10th June and it was updated on 5th July. But when it got updated on my portal, it showed 10th June …so here’s my question

The fact that it was updated on your portal does not mean that IRCC did not receive it before then, just be hopeful for a favourable response.

There is not really a template per se, you need to first of all know the actual reasons why you were refused from your GCMS notes, then raise/state your responses on the LOE when you are reapplying. Your responses will be answering the issues as documented by the VOs. Ensure to have documentary proofs of whatever you are claiming.

If the student is going for Masters or PhD and some professional courses, they can come with their families, and their spouses can work. On the other hand, if the student is not doing the aforementioned courses, then their spouses can only visit and not work.

Just be patient, processing time for work permit is 4 and half months presently, so it still within processing time. Just hope for the best.

We sent mail to IOM, and after few hours they replied with the attached message ( that a syphilis test needs to be repeated)

There is no cause for alarm, it is possible that that particular requested test was not submitted before, but the med physician will not come and tell you that, so let him go and redo the test. He can also visit any good diagnostic laboratory to do the test to know his status before going back to IOM. In all, no skaking.

Your main challenge will be showing how to raise funds for the second year of school because you are self-sponsored. Except you have sources of income that you can leverage on to get money without you working when you schooling.
