The money is for the best interest of the children.

This is not about her, but about the children.

And you being emotional and raining insults at me already says a lot about your level of reasoning... An empty barrel always resorts to insults whenever it has nothing valuable to add to the table... So continue with your insults, I won't be bothered...😃😃😃😃

Once again you are naturally dumb.

You wrote "Nigeria men have tendency to be abusive"

Only a shallow idiot will say that. Don't be bother cos the insult will increase with every quote I get from you.

So far we haven't heard her side of the story... Because it's like you Nigerian men have tendency of being abusive towards your wives, only to play victims when they leave you and refuse you access to your children.

But she needs an abusive man money??

I know you are Naturally dumb anyway...😆

I strongly advise you and your uncle to to go there and say because the wife refused him to see his children, that was why he refused paying their school fees. Apart from the fact that it was ethically speaking, very wrong to hold his children responsible for his wife's misconduct, such action may affect him if may be he wants to claim custody of the children tomorrow. He should rathere inform the people for example that he demanded for an of the children's welfare which the wife refused to give and that he wanted to take sometime to sought out where the money he was sending was even getting to his children when he got the invitation.

Are they actually divorced or just seperated? Would your uncle want custody of the children?, how old are the children even?.

They did church and traditional marriage in 2011.
The kids are 12yrs,9yrs,5yrs.

The wife was the one who asked for separation in 2022 and she made it clear the marriage was over despite alot of pleading from my family and hers.

My uncle received a text and call yesterday from lagos state women affairs department. He is being summon for interrogation on Tuesday regarding a petition from his wife.
His wife has denied him access to his children (2 girls ,1 boy).
January this year he told us he won't pay there fees and upkeep anymore.

A co-operate scam him sometime in 2019, he was a big time farmer and alot of people ed base on his recommendations. He stood as guarantor for the organization.
When the organization disappear with people money he was forced to settle, he sold most of his properties and his business crashed.

The wife left him in 2022 saying she tired of suffering, she moved out with the kids. My uncle have being paying school fees and sending upkeep, he get to see them anytime he want aswell up on till last year.

Last year my uncle got help from a widow he met at a church, she invested in his business and things are getting better for him financially.

My uncle told us on the family whatapp group January he wont pay the kids school fee anymore and placed a curse down for anyone who does on his behalf due the fact the wife have denied him access to his kids since last year may.

His wife reported him to human rights last month, after hearing from both side they told her to allow him see his kids but she refuse claiming he now has another wife and she scared the woman might harm her kids. My uncle hasn't married the woman although they are dating.

Where I need advise is what should we expect on Tuesday? If my uncle doesn't change his mind what will happen.

Lastly his wife works for lagos isnt that an advantage for her, will the case be judge fairly.

Well, this is Nigeria where anything goes. I just laugh when Tinubu ers comment here and on X, hailing him, giving him different titles, like Maradona,Jagaban, best politician ever bla bla bla.

They are carried away by emotions and euphoria to know that since Nigeria was created, every president, from military to civilians have always had their way. The powers assigned to the office of president are so massive, they will go away with anything. Buhari spent 8 solid years, nobody checkmated him. He executed all his plans, redesigned the naira, partly removed subsidy, built railway to Niger. Nobody queried him. So wats Tinubu doing so special from buhari that makes him to deserve all those flattering titles.

This is Nigeria. Tinubu can decide to declare state of emergency in all 36 states, nothing go hppn..d senate will approve it. It's not about being smart or intelligent but the power he holds. Mk una stop ur hailings abeg. Nothing is special about Tinubu

Goodluck never had his way.

He was challenged openly by governors and assembly severally.

Goodluck wouldn't have gotten away with something like this during his tenure.

Do you have the judgement?

If you need judgment to know what happened in 2005-2007 then you must be a kid.

Fayose and ladoja were impeached around that time and SC declared it illegal.

Google and read it up for yourself.

The judgement Elrufai is referring to was in 2006. So it is different from the Dariye judgement of 2004. It is left to see if such judgement truly exists or Elrufai is lying

What he referring to was the SC saying fayose impeachment was illegal.

Ladoja too was impeached and reinstalled back by SC around the same time.

I the Obasanjo days....Plateau has had a major ethnic and religious crisis not very long. Obasanjo warned Dariye that he will declare state of emergency

But in Ekiti there were no issue. No fighting.....it was just a fight between Fayose and Obasanjo......but he declared state of emergency anyways and brought in Olurin as the military

You people forget this part......fayose was impeached.

Fayose never contested the SOE ,it was his impeachment that was contested.

SOE is only for a short while.

I think it was the 2004 judgement that the SC threw out on grounds of jurisdiction

There was a judgement in 2006 after that of Fayose

You are mixing it up.

It was fayose impeachment that the SC overturn , the SOE wasn't contested then.

On the Court Judgement, the SC didn't delve into the merits of the matter.

However, the President was wrong and ill-advised on the removal of elected officials. Worse still to even vest the authority of making laws on FEC, rather than the NASS is another aberration.

Fagbemi isn't helping this President at all.

Same you who ed and encouraged governor not to obey court orders.

Kids born yesterday will say he the best president

During his tenure.
NLC went on strike numerous time
ASSU went on strike numerous time
Governors were impeached by his order
Governor were suspended and SOE declared.
A sitting governor was kidnapped by his order
Fuel price was increased multiple time
Political opponents were jailed and killed.

He was the Alpha and omega....he determines who becomes Governor, senator, HOP .

Still yet some people from one region will say he is the best president in Nigeria so far.

Those one of us who were no longer kids knew how Nigeria was in 1999-2007 and it wasn't good. This man didn't construct any major road in the south for good 8yrs.

The chairman of the Trade Union Congress has criticized former President Olusegun Obasanjo, stating that his istration performed below those of Muhammadu Buhari and Bola Tinubu in of workers' welfare, particularly regarding the minimum wage.

Speaking in a video shared by SYMFONI, the TUC chairman challenged Obasanjo’s recent remarks on the need for a living wage in Nigeria, questioning the former president’s own track record on the matter.

He pointed out that during Obasanjo’s tenure from 1999 to 2007, Nigerian workers did not enjoy a living wage.

"Former president Obasanjo talked about the fact that the last minimum wage should have been a living wage. That it is not a living wage that we negotiated. We looked at the person.

I mean, Obasanjo was telling us about a living wage, but President Obasanjo was the president in Nigeria between 1999 to 2007. Let's even leave the first one.

Within this period, what was Nigeria’s minimum wage? Did we have a living wage within this period? The answer clearly is no," he said.

The TUC chairman highlighted that in 1999, under Obasanjo, the minimum wage was just ₦3,500, and while it was increased to ₦5,500 in 2000, it remained stagnant for seven years until he left office in 2007.

He compared this to the economic realities of the time, noting that the exchange rate was between ₦120 and ₦140 per dollar, meaning the minimum wage was barely $40.

He further pointed out that despite Nigeria securing debt forgiveness during Obasanjo’s istration which reduced the burden of external debt servicing, the government still failed to review workers’ wages for several years.

The remarks have sparked debate, with many questioning Obasanjo’s moral standing to criticize recent istrations on labor issues.

We are using almost a replica of US constitution.

You see how Trump is just g executive order almost of everyday unchallenged and going after his perceive enemies.
Nigeria president can also do same and heaven won't fall.

That state of emergency in rivers will stand for 6month and no one can do anything about it.

The 1999 constitution is evil and not democratic at all.

Who to blame for all this??

Blame Obasanjo and abulsalami. Those men cos of greed and dictatorship lifestyle gave us a wicked constitution.

The 1999 constitution is more military than democratic.

If you want Nigeria to change let go to foundation and get rid of that 1999 constitution.

Tinubu clearly lacks the wisdom of Solomon.

Wike (Jealous woman) wanted the child (Rivers state) divided (Burnt), if he won't have it. Fubara was ready to compromise like the woman that loved her child.

King I-no-be-Solomon Tinubu, decided to divide and burn the child, in favour of the jealous woman (Wike).

My people, you can now draw your conclusion on whether your president is wise or not..

If fubara was wise immediately those started bombing pipelines he should have release statements totally stating he is totally against it and will deal with anyone culpable.

Him keeping quiet made it look like he was in and that what the presidency used against him.
