Did you REALLY comprehend the content of the news links you posted ?

From all indications ,it seems you just read the headline of the news and ran away with it,like the respondents lawyers did,and like an average Nigerian will do.

I'm asking you again.

Did you REALLY read the content of the news you posted , and comprehend the content of the news you posted ?

If you genuinely read the content of the news and understand it,I want to ask you some few questions EXACTLY from the content of the news.

Be civil, I'm not here to engage with you on a needless back and forth.

Feel free to ask your questions man

Rerun is not going to happen because Obi won the election by a wild margin and he would be so declared. So, tell Tinubu that all his schemings to secure allies for himself in case of rerun election is a futile effort.

Now, read the image below again but slowly this time so you get what is written there and stop embarrassing your intelligence (if you have any) in public.

Obi has never presented any result to show he won the election. He has been arguing on irregularities. He wants to find a way majority of votes from places Tinubu won can be cancelled so we can have a rerun. You can prove me wrong by showing any alternative result Obi's lawyers have presented in court.

If I ask you to prove that Obi won the election now, bring out the real results, wàhálà will start again

The point I was making to the op is that INEC did transmitted Osun state guber election results direct from the polling units to the iREV, I personally followed it and was checking the results that day.

Result transmission we are talking about is not transmitting of the raw election result figures to iREV but snapped image of polling unit results direct from every polling unit in Nigeria as they conclude their polling unit voting and counting.

So what Yakubu said INEC will not do is transmitting the raw figures but rather that they would transmit snapped polling unit result sheets.

Osun case was centered around over voting not result transmission

You haven't answered my question. What was the verdict on IREV in Osun?

If the verdict is to go by, does Obi have a case? Simple question!

He only said results sheets and not input raw scores

This is your Tribune of February 23rd, 2023.

Read the encircled. Abi you no trust the report you are using as your defense again?

our keywords from the report:

1) Mandate: This means it’s mandatory, and not optional, it’s not at their discretion, for polling unit officers to results of their polling unit to the IREV.

2) Snap: Your argument above is that he did not use the word “snap”, but I’ve just showed you that he used those exact words.

What’s your defense again?

See, the courts would have to throw our constitution and the Electoral Act into the lagoon before they will retain Tinubu on seat.

grin grin

3rd Position will remain 3rd Position, that Re-run that Obi is seeking, he won't get.

Back to the topic, when did BVAS become a camera for snapping election results?

You guys don't seem to understand the difference.

Kenya transmitted raw figures, while Yakubu said INEC will only transmit snapped image of polling unit results direct from polling units to iREV in realtime (meaning as soon as voting and counting ends in each polling unit).

Nobody expected INEC to transmit the raw figures counted from polling units, what we expected is the snapped polling unit results ed and transmitted to iREV direct from every polling unit as done in Osun state.

You can hack raw figure transmission but you cannot hack snapped picture of polling unit result which must be the original INEC result sheet from polling unit bearing the signatures of each party's polling unit agent; APC, LP, PDP, NNPP, others.

Hope you understand the difference now?

Can you please tell us the verdict of the court on IREV based on the Osun case?
If the verdict is to go by, does Obi still have a case?

T for Thanks

Don’t be dubious.

Why did you take screenshot of only the side that suited your narrative and left out what the INEC chairman truly meant?

What he was saying in that publication, which is what the commission has always said, is that polling unit agents will not type figures into the BVAS machine and .

That what INEC agents would do is to use the BVAS machine to take snapshot of the polling unit result and same to the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IREV)

See, you and your BAT have no way of escaping this.

Like Aisha Yesufu said, the aim is not trust the Judiciary but to overwhelm her with evidence until they have no choice than to boot the mandate thief out.

Where did Mahmoud Yakub state that BVAS is a camera?

What are U even saying or posting Oga?
Whether raw score or snap and post o, as long as the result got to IREV in real time, nobody cares.
Just put it there in real time
This was what was even done for the Senate and house of Reps
Snap and
But the issue with the presidency is not whether raw score or . The issue was that it was not ed at all.
They rather waited till the following days so the results are changed before ing. Till now they are still ing.

So if the results were not ed whether snap or raw score, how did INEC now got the results they announced?

If this is the defense of APC, then they are not ready yet and its game over for them.

Which of the news outlets on February 23rd did Mahmoud Yakub mention "Real Time"?

Reno and his infantile economics. The government's actions so far have primarily resulted in the devaluation of the Naira. Unfortunately, the underlying factors that contribute to the devaluation, such as imports, foreign school fees, and medical tourism, remain unaddressed.

To effectively tackle these issues, it is crucial for us to focus on implementing comprehensive measures rather than relying on superficial laws and pronouncements. We need to work towards developing sustainable solutions that address the root causes of the devaluation and promote economic stability.

By addressing the factors that put pressure on the Naira's value, such as reducing excessive imports, improving the quality of education and healthcare domestically, and encouraging investments in these sectors, we can gradually strengthen the currency and achieve a more stable economic environment.

It is essential for policymakers and stakeholders to come together and devise holistic strategies that encom various aspects of the economy. This will require careful planning, effective implementation, and continuous monitoring to ensure long-term success.

Let us emphasize the importance of tackling these challenges head-on, as it is only through concerted efforts and a comprehensive approach that we can achieve sustainable economic growth and stability for our nation.

Popular Obi's influencer @firstladyship (Nefertiti) could be seen defending Obi's inability to provide a Manifesto claiming it is unnecessary (See attached images and date).

The same Manifesto she's claiming Tinubu copied and is implementing.

Note: Tinubu released his manifesto draft on October 12, 2022. Proof: https://www.timesng.com/news/headlines/559290-2023-apc-approves-tinubus-manifesto-to-consult-buhari-on-campaign-commencement-date.html

While Peter Obi released his manifesto on December 4, 2022.

The big question is did Tinubu go into the future to copy Obi's Manifesto?

On Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's journey to Aso-Rock, the media was strongly used against his candidature with media houses like Arise TV turning themselves into frontline antagonists.

They had tried to bully and blackmail Tinubu into visiting their media house in order to subject him to drilling and criticisms like they have done to most of the APC visitors.

Frustrations from their fruitless endeavors has led their major journalists in persons of Rufai Oseni and Reuben Abati to convert their social media pages into covens of bad news.

They got their strategies working as many people who do not like Tinubu will turn on notifications of these folks' social media handles to get the fastest updates on the latest jabs, gaffs and fumbles of Tinubu.

They had switched from journalism to partisan activism with a touch of frustration being the first to break every news that puts Tinubu in a bad light while turning a blind eye to other opponents.

I believe Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu had seen all of these and has ensured he breaks the news first before Arise TV (owned by a PDP apologist) and other antagonists media houses do.

A lot of people are beginning to rely on NTA news for credible news ahead of Arise, Channels and others that have held the mantle of excellence for so long.

This is another pointer that Asiwaju ticks all boxes and is a master strategist who will win a battle without shooting a bullet.

When the Central Bank of Nigeria used to set the value of the Naira and defend that value by artificially pumping Dollars into the market, you, as an ordinary citizen, did not benefit. It was another girl subsidy. But this time, the subsidy recipients were importers and people who wanted to ferry money out of Nigeria.

Last year, the CBN was projected to have spent $8 billion to defend the naira's value artificially. The year before, it spent almost $ billion. That is more than what Nigeria spends on infrastructure annually. And that money just flies out of our economy, benefiting traders and foreign investors rather than manufacturers.

It dissuaded local manufacturing of made in Nigeria goods and services because it almost guaranteed that imports would be cheaper. That is why Aliko Dangote had to close his tomato paste factory in Kano because Peter Obi could always import and sell cheaper, substandard tomato paste.

All that will gradually end with the floating of the Naira. Our reserves will no longer be used to defend the Naira. Those who wish to take Dollars, Pounds, Euros and Yuan out of the country can look for it where they can legally find it. Anywhere except the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Our reserves will be used to defend local production instead of foreign consumption. The price of goods in Peter Obi's Next Cash and Carry will rise because they are almost 100% imported.

The price of locally manufactured goods, like Innoson Vehicles, and Dangote Tomato paste, will also rise, but not at the same rate as imported goods will increase.

But you, as a citizen, will gain because the money previously used to defend the Naira will now instead be used to pay Nigerians a living wage, build infrastructure, and service the proposed student loans, amongst other things.

It is a win-win scenario. That is why nobody who loves Nigeria should attack this patriotic policy that all major Presidential candidates, except Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, promised to implement.

1. Do other marketers have refineries? Simple yes or no.

2. If you say fuel importation isn't the problem but fuel subsidy, then answering these questions shouldn't be a problem for you:

3. which currency will the marketers and NNPC use to import fuel? is it naira or forex?

4. what currency does government use in paying for subsidy?

5. How does your screenshot answer this question: what are those "importation units"?

1. Yes. NNPC is a marketer and she has refineries too grin. Bua is also another marketer building its own refinery. Dangote did not hold anybody

5. You can book the next flight to NNPC head office and request for the data you require. I have shown you what I have and if it's not sufficient, enjoy yourself

5. what are those "importation units"?

kindly see the screenshots below which contradict everything you have been saying. maybe you can tell us where u are getting your own information

You're the one shifting goal post here.

What are the methods to get fuel in Nigeria?
1. Import
2. Refine

Dangote went for option 2 first before going for option 1

Your Number 2 Question:
Fuel importation is not the problem of the country but subsidy payments on fuel importation. Nigeria cannot stop fuel importation until Dangote and other refineries are fully functional. Dangote wants to explore every option available. Refer to closure of border when our rice isn't fit for consumption yet.

I will ignore Number 3 and Number 4 because you just introduced them into the argument

5. See attached

do other marketers have refinery?

am asking why is dangote being given license to import while he has a refinery?

besides, i thought NNPC said that the refinery was meant to stop importation which is supposed to save forex?

so which grammar are u now speaking?

what is the correlation between NNPC removing subsidy and reducing its "importation units"?

what are those "importation units"?

Let me break it down for you:

1. NNPC is not stopping marketers from owing refineries infact they don't care where you g wey fuel from. The market is open to everyone. If you feel refinery is cheaper for you, go and open it. If you feel importation is cheaper, go ahead.

2. Dangote has become a marketer hence the need to get an importation license, he's in the market to compete. He will buy local Crude oil, refine and also import. Once his production is at full capacity, he can decide to stop importation.

3. It is not stopping importation of fuel that's saving forex but stopping the cost the government bears i.e. Subsidy. What this simply means is that government will not pay anything for us to get fuel cheaper hence all marketers including NNPC itself will import or refine fuel at their best rate.

4. The correlation between removing subsidy and reducing its own importation unit is that NNPC will not be the sole importer again unlike before that NNPC will buy at for example 550 and sell to marketers 180 who resell at 187.

why then is he being given a fuel importing license

NNPC has removed subsisdy and will be reducing its importation units. They are giving license to more marketers to import just as Dangote too has entered the market. Even when Dangote's refinery begins operations, they will still be issuing the license to anyone interested, it's a free market. If you feel you can import fuel and sell at lower price, it's your business. If you also feel you have rich men that will buy at higher price, it's also your business.
It's not just a Dangote thing!
