That's why you guys should be advising Peter Obi to stop turning himself into a nuclear reactor.

When I first saw the news, I knew it must be fabricated report which I didn't expect Peter Obi to respond to but here we are

He need to react and debunk every falsehood. If one keeps throwing mud on the wall definitely some will stick so say an African adage.

🇧🇫IBRAHIM TRAORÉ:

[Speaking in Russian]

"Good day, Comrade President."

[Retranslated]

"It is an honor to be here for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

I would like to extend my congratulations and sincere thanks for this invitation, which carries deep symbolic meaning for us.

During my visit, I have learned a great deal.

The cultural session I attended on the eve of the dinner helped me understand that history and culture are the foundation upon which a strong and resilient army is built.

Together, we have seen the immense sacrifices made by the Soviet people so that today we may live in a free world.

For this, I extend once again our heartfelt gratitude.

Moments like these allow us to reflect on our own situation and envision new paths forward.

The obstacles we face today must not stop us.

On the contrary, they can serve us in some ways.

Because despite all the sanctions imposed on Russia, your country has developed internal mechanisms that have brought it back to the forefront of the international stage.

We take this lesson to heart.

During the parade, I was deeply impressed by the display of military equipment — from the legendary T-34 tank of the Great Patriotic War to today’s modern machines.

It shows just how far the Russian army has advanced, and how technology has strengthened its capabilities.

In this context, we hope our cooperation will grow exponentially.

I thank you for the scholarships already granted to students from Burkina Faso, and I hope they will continue to expand.

This morning, I visited the University of Chemistry [D. Mendeleev University], and I emphasized that after defense and security, our top priority is education — especially in the sciences.

We hope Russia can help us train our youth in scientific fields.

Because only by developing our own industrial and military technologies can we build a sustainable future for Africa.

The war that has been imposed on us today is, in many ways, a new face of Nazism.

The terrorism we are confronting is not terrorism — it is imperialism.

It is our land that interests those who attack us.

Ending this war, building a strong army, and launching the development of our homeland — that is the meaning of our struggle.

And for this, the training of qualified personnel is vital.

We know you are engaged in a special military operation.

We understand the challenges you face, and what it means for the rest of the world.

That is why we are not here to ask for material aid.

The assistance we are seeking is knowledge transfer.

We would like to see more scholarships made available and also explore how we ourselves can fund student opportunities to study here.

Furthermore, we hope that Russian universities — especially the one I visited, and others focused on science — can establish branches in Burkina Faso, complete with the laboratories necessary to provide our youth with hands-on, practical training.

This is our essential request today:

To transform what we have at home.

To produce for ourselves.

And to make Burkina Faso a hub where many young Africans can come to study science.

Because here in Russia, you have mines of knowledge.

You have produced great minds whose works we continue to study.

That wisdom is like a tree, and we hope to draw from its roots to nourish our own development."

Have you heard of the Gleeson map of 1892, that's the real map of earth before the owners of this world changed it to a globe.

On the map, point A is Australia and point B is the USA...it clearly shows that all flights to the USA from Australia should go east. It cannot happen otherwise.

You have just proven a flat earth to be true.
BTW, the United nations logo is also a correct depiction of the Gleeson map, which all represents the map the earth.

These are signs that investing in Nigeria especially agriculture isn’t all that safe giving to the fact of rampaging herdsmen and destruction of farmlands.

The report says through his Agro Allied Business. He could have shareholders and investors. The money necessarily doesn’t have to be his.
The issues of insecurities on the farm that the political, traditional and elite class seems not to be interested is a major cause.

ed few years ago when we left school, a friend served in NB at ibadan during his NYSV, one of the top executives gave him a special seeds of maize to plant, that Nigeria brewery will buy them after harvest. He tried his luck on about 5plots of land for like two years. He became a big shot from farming. The 3rd year, he ventured into more large scale by borrowing money, acquired more hecters of land in Ekiti state. He even planted special plantain suckered worthy millions.

Behold aboki carry cow enter this farm. Within a day the whole farm turned to desert. This is more than 15yrs, this guy never recovered.

Former Barcelona and Brazil defender Dani Alves has had a rape conviction overturned on appeal by a Spanish court.

The appeals division of Catalonia's High Court of Justice unanimously upheld the appeal by the 41-year-old and acquitted him, saying the case against him had "inconsistencies and contradictions".

Alves was sentenced to four and a half years in prison in February 2024 after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in a Barcelona nightclub in 2022.

The former full-back, who earned 126 international caps, was released on bail in March 2024 while his appeal was heard by a higher court.

The appeal court said that the ruling in the original court case "contains, throughout the reasoning, a series of gaps, inaccuracies, inconsistencies and contradictions regarding the facts, the legal assessment and their consequences.

"The complainant's , which should have been subjected to greater scrutiny, has not been compared with the fingerprint and biological evidence, which the defence's argument."

Further, the court ruled that the complainant's argument that she went with Alves into the bathroom for fear that his friends might follow them did not appear reasonable.

It concluded that the alleged victim instead "voluntarily went to the bathroom area for the purpose of being with the defendant in a more intimate space".

The Catalan court also lifted all restrictions on Alves, including a travel ban and restraining order. However, the decision can still be appealed to the Supreme Court.

"Alves is very happy. He is innocent, that is demonstrated. Justice has spoken," his lawyer Ines Guardiola told RAC1 radio.

Alves had trophy-laden spells with Sevilla, Barcelona, Juventus and Paris St-Germain and also helped Brazil win two Copa Americas and an Olympic gold medal at the age of 38.

He was playing for Pumas UNAM when he was arrested, which led to the Mexican club terminating his contract immediately.

To what benefits?

Do the common man on the street of Zunguru village benefit from this development?
or from the remote village of Ankpa?
or even on the riverine vallage of Ankasa?
or the yet to be evicted community of Makoko.

Yet when it matters, the common will defend them.

The fans of this emergency declaration will never know the future effects of it. Trust Nigerian politicians, this drama will repeat itself in the future.

A president and the political party can cause unrest in opposition state, and before you say Jack, state of emergency is declared.

Again look out the state capture: the judiciary and the national assembly.

Even during the military, the judiciary was never like this.
