Its simply saying you didnt convince the visa officer with enough proof of relationship with the sponsor and also evidence that the sponsor would maintain his/her commitment to be your sponsor while in Canada hence the Visa officer is in doubt you would return after your studies.

Tell the sponsor to transfer money to you as a form of commitment.

The Visa officer is also not convince of your ties to Nigeria. Therefore you have to work on it with, certificate of birth for each member of the family, pictures with your family, employment letter, leave letter, pictures while at work, assets docs or/and business docs.

Hello House, please I'm stuck in a limbo In my study permit journey,by February this year I got invited for medicals by ircc which I ed the medical examination. By march the information on my profile page was updated to "you ed the medical exam". Since then I haven't gotten any from ircc, I have written a lot of webforms to the ircc to know the progress and status of my application but I only get an automated response. Please what should I do, this situation is affecting me mentally, I even had to defer my ission again to fall semester to wait for any news from ircc. Please your inputs and suggestions will be welcomed.

You just have to reach out to MPs and maintain the email sending to IRCC.

My dad is my sponsor and he has a business he has been operating since 1994, the business was duly ed with CAC in 1994 and he has all the documents relating to the registration including payment receipt. This is the business he owns till date and the same business that will be sponsoring my education.
My question is this, I tried searching the name on CAC website and it is not coming up.

Am using my elder brother SOA. He is my sponsor and he is a business man. He transferred 7m to my as deed of gift and he has a close of 9m so we both printed the statement and submitted while he withdrew the money to continue his business.

My question is will the embassy if there is still money in my and that of my elder brother ?

The answer to this question was given by me and another just two days ago.

The embassy will not inquire from the bank the balance of the outside the period on the submitted bank statement.

The embassy focuses on the period on the bank statement and not outside of it.

It's really sad.
People don't want to make effort. Even those who have all the time in the world to actually do some reading.

That's why agents charge them as high as 500k to secure school ission then go ahead to use fake documents for their Visa applications.

I once gave someone an ebook to guide him/her on how to apply to schools, they came back to say they didn't understand it and I should help them with list if schools. I blocked the person on WhatsApp oo.

Sadly most of these agents do not know or have the information shared here.

She was surprised and said her agent told her she cant send additional documents after visa is submitted. I laughed

I gave her the link to webform and told her you can do this yourself but she gave the link to the agent only for the agent to tell her that he does not understand the site.


Another reached out to me and after her notes dropped.

Apparently, the agent was the one that filled her IMMM forms, provided documents. The lady only gave the agent her waec.

Imagine an agent wrote on the form that a lady that manages a supermarket is a supermarket attendant.

The visa officer had a lot to complain about.

This wasn't the case many years ago. People will direct you to the first page or even previous parts and move on. If you still persist in asking questions that has been treated thoroughly, they ignore you. I asking my own first sets of newbie questions 8 years ago thinking my case is unique, LOL. Nobody answered me. I didn't need anybody to tell me to read. When I started reading I found answers to the questions I asked. I ed the thread January of that year and I didn't submit my application till April because I needed to read and understand.

A large percentage of the questions asked on this thread everyday has been thoroughly treated if only people will read.

For POF, I received funding of 25k/year. My tuition is 16k+living expenses+2k miscellaneous=28k. My father sent me 3mil or 9k cad. From this, I have paid tuition deposit of 5kcad and gotten receipt. What I plan to submit as proof of funds now is
1.Funding letter and supervisor letter
2. My personal MBS
3. Letter of from dad
4. Gift deed from dad
5. Dad ID
6. Gift deed for land from dad and land documents
7. Tuition deposit receipt.

For hometies, I used my parents and siblings and professional license. I am attaching their ports and our family pictures.
Please is there anything you feel would help strengthen my application and pof. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With all you have said, finance is already covered.

You just need to work on your SOP(purpose of visit-Why you want to study the intended course).. Hometies is okay but not sure abut the professional license.

Should I step in as a sponsor by transferring cash to him and provide my bank statement, Business document and others?

Or should I just do a gift deed of the said amount without providing my bank details and other relevant documents?

I don't think they ask but if they do, you can say visa delay.

I don't know the policy Concordia uses but I believe if you pay the deposit, you can then defer

Yes.. you will need to send a mail to the ission office to transfer the deposit already paid in the first one to the new one.

Yes... The embassy only calls your bank to confirm transactions within the period on your bank statement. They can't call the bank to confirm updated balance outside the period

You are expected to attach evidence of your present work situation(employment letter,paysips and/or letter of introduction). You can include the reference letter at your uncles place.

I will advise she goes for an advanced diploma as her bsc won't meet the ission requirements for a PGD.

If you go for a masters, she will not meet the ission requirements with amthe 3rd class. If she goes for a PHD, you will be required to submit your bsc and masters certificates, the bsc might also reduce her chances.

If you proceed with the advanced diploma, DO NOT MENTION SHE HAS A PHD OR MASTERS IN YOUR SOP OR INCLUDE ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT POINTS TO THAT.

She will be denied based on purpose of visit.

Webform is a platform to send additional documents or make inquires about your application. There is not format.

Any format used will still get the same automated response.

For an ND, why not go for an advanced diploma and not an ordinary diploma. To get ission for a diploma, you just need a waec, you won't need transcript or uni certificate but when you are applying for a visa, you will have to explain why you are going for a diploma at your age. Meaning you will also explain age gap with evidence

Novia Scotia Community college is the college there. You can apply to that.

What the name of the course. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU GO FOR COURSES THAT ARE DEFERRABLE.
Although, Conestoga has changed their deferment policy. You must pay at least the first year tuition befre you can defer.

you can submit your visa application and apply for a new ission in the same course in the same school for January 2023.

If you have a emergency, use it. The embassy will only the period that is on the statement. They will never ask the bank to give them an updated balance without your consent.

2)since you need your hubby to sign as well before money is released to either of you, include an affidavit of sponsorship. It's also needed since you are not self-sponsored. Please include evidence that you are a co-owner of the company.
3)if it's not ed, do not bother
4) you are expected to have at least $10,000cad living expenses. 300k might not be enough.
4) since you are taking you kids, u are to increase the money in your personal significantly. That is you are expected to include an additional $4000 per child. You are to explain how you tend to cater for them on your own whilst going to school or if there's any school you plan on enrolling them, point it out as well.
