Ps. I had 30mil on my which was transferred few months closer to my application, I also gave them my sponsor SOA, he's a relative of my mom.

I am of the opinion IRCC knows that loop hole. Changing course might cast once everybody starts doing that.

Can someone use the PAL issued by a school in Alberta to apply for a study permit with another school's ission letter still in Alberta.

Please note, these two schools are in the same province.

Apply for the same course at the same school. Get the new ission letter, the 1500cad will be transferred to the new ission letter.

Send the new ission letter through webform to Ircc.

Present the new ission letter at the port of entry.
You don't need to apply for a new visa for it. You have already been granted a visa..

The enrollment letter is given on deposit basis..
tho it is no a course enrollment letter.

Okay.. then you can go ahead and apply for the exact same course in the exact same school but for a different session intake

What you will do is to present the new ission letter at the port of entry.

Or send to IRCC informing them of a change in your academic start date

Please I'm applying for study permit soon having got acceptance offer with a College in Canada but the issue is I'm having is that the year if birth I'm having on my transcript and port differs by two years, days and months are the same, I hope this won't create any issue during visa processing.

Do an affidavit of age. It must bear the same date of birth on your international port. Then apply.

Good day guys,

Please I plan on traveling a month after my school resumption due to visa delays.

My problem now is that I just paid only tuition deposit of 1500CAD and the school is resuming on the 9th of January. Even if I try to pay the balance using form A it will take about a month or so to get to the school.

N.B: deferral is only possible after full payment of first semester fees.

The issue now is that registration of courses ends on 17th of January while withdrawal date is on the 20th of January. I don’t know if they will withdraw the ission by that 20th of January. meanwhile, I plan on traveling by 4th of February.

I don’t know what to do and also if they check the validity of LOA at the point of entry.

You already have an enrollment letter. Why na.. you should have waited till you get a decision on your visa application before enrolling. Without enroling I would have advised you pay the first semester via black market (it's faster) or you apply for another ission in that same course. That way, the 1500 you paid will be transferred to that new ission.

As it is, you have signed that you will resume classes in January, you have to withdraw and apply for another ission but I don't know what happens to the 1500 already paid.

I have a question, can someone list the cheap schools in Canada.

I keep telling people, if you are interested in this Canada matter, know that you are investing your time and significant resources. There's nothing like cheap schools in Canada, rather apply for schools you can mange and afford.

The maximum size of document you can on a webform is either 2 or 3mb.

Majority of the persons here are in Nigeria too

A gcms note or CBSA is applied by persons in Canada only. They are referred to as designated representative. Therefore you need someone in Canada to apply on your behalf. If you have family and friends there, you can apply otherwise, I can apply for you.

Yes, go ahead and submit your visa app. When the payment is done and school sends a recey, you can send to Ircc via webform. Please note on your sop you have commence payment and you will be ed the evidence in the course of your visa application processing.

Your is okay but who is your sponsor?
If your sponsor are either of your parents, you can those property docs but the sponsor isn't, please don't cos you are not the owner.

Yes you can add your business CAC but not the tax clearance and no it's not a red flag.

This is the least issue for anyone.

Be it masters or PGD, you are eligible to apply for a PR after completion of studies

Life in Canada is not the same in Nigeria.

Alot of things causes denial. Study the thread and you will see different denial reasons.

I am currently rounding up my masters program at mcgill and my family already ed me. Is it adviseable i sponsor her by using my statement or i just pay her 1st term tuition? She is an agriculturist but have worked in a logistics and shipping company for 3years and is the manager of a branch. The school is requesting for 8k cad for her to reserve her seat and it will lapse on december 9th.

Seneca college is a good school and I believe they refund tuition fees. You can either visit the school in person, call or check their refund policy.

You can sponsor your sis without actually showing your immigration status even though it's on record you are in Canada.

I will also recommend, you don't mention the agriculturist part but let her present employment status shoe she's into logistics and maybe manager of the logistics department.
