To buttress your point, people didn't vote in Offa LG bcus the ballot papers brought to the polling unit was lesser than what was expected. So people decided they won't vote till the ballot paper is complete. To our surprise the results has been announced, yet no one knows where the vote came from.

I personally do not expect him to accept his reinstatement. But at the end it's all politics and a very dirty game at that
emkz:
He will also criticize the governor of Kano state if he does wrong.
As we heard, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was not the choice of kingmakers in 2014, but was chosen by the government of Kwankwaso to spite Jonathan who had dismissed him as CBN boss.
Sanusi Ado Bayero, who was chosen by the kingmakers, allegedly left Kano in protest of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi's appointment. His younger brother, Aminu Ado Bayero, was installed after Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was deposed.
My fear is for Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf not to depose Sanusi Lamido Sanusi himself.
Emir Sanusi should not have accepted to return. Politicians are using him to fight their battles. He is too big for that.

akinsmail51:
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about the reasons for doing the prostration of forgetfulness , and he replied as follows:
The prostration of forgetfulness in prayer is generally prescribed for three reasons:
Doing something extra
Omitting something
Being uncertain
Doing something extra: for example, doing an extra bow (ruku`), prostration (sujud), standing or sitting.
Omitting something: such as omitting an essential part of the prayer, or omitting one of the obligatory parts of the prayer.
Being uncertain: such as when a person is not sure how many rak`ahs he has prayed , whether it was three or four, for example.
How to offer Sujud as-Sahw when doing something extra in prayer
In the case of doing something extra, if a person adds something to his prayer – bowing, prostrating, standing or sitting – deliberately, then his prayer becomes invalid, because when he added it, that means that he did not do the prayer in the manner ordained by Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever does an action that is not part of this matter of ours (i.e., Islam), will have it rejected.” (Narrated by Muslim, 1718)
But if he did that extra thing by mistake, then his prayer is not invalidated, but he should do the prostration of forgetfulness after saying the salam. The evidence for that is the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said the salam after two rak`ahs in one of the two afternoon prayers, either Zuhr or ‘Asr, and they told him about that, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did the rest of the prayer, then he said the salam, then he prostrated twice (the prostration of forgetfulness) after saying the salam. Narrated by al-Bukhari, 482; Muslim, 573.
And Ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led them in praying Zuhr and he prayed five rak`ahs. When he had finished it was said to him: “Has something been added to the prayer?”
He said: “Why are you asking that?”
They said: “You prayed five (rak`ahs).”
So he turned towards the qiblah and prostrated twice. Narrated by al-Bukhari, 4040; Muslim, 572.
How to offer Sujud as-Sahw when omitting something in prayer
In the case of omitting something, if a person omits one of the essential parts of the prayer, one of the following two scenarios must apply:
Either he re it before he reaches the same point in the following rak`ah, so he has to go back and do that essential part of the prayer and whatever came after it,
Or he does not it until he reaches the same point in the following rak`ah, in which case the following rak`ah takes the place of the one in which he omitted that essential part, and he should make up the invalid rak`ah.
In either of these two cases, he should do the prostration of forgetfulness after saying the salam.
For example: a man stood up after doing the first prostration of the first rak`ah and did not sit or do the second prostration. When he started to recite Quran he re that he had not done the second prostration or sat between the two prostrations. In that case he should go back and sit as between the two prostrations, then prostrate, then stand up and do whatever is left of his prayer, and do the prostration of forgetfulness after saying the salam.
An example of one who did not until after he reached the same point in the following rak`ah is a man who stood up following the first prostration in the first rak`ah and did not do the second prostration or sit between the two prostrations, but he did not that until he sat between the two prostrations in the second rak`ah. In this case he should make the second rak`ah the first rak`ah, and add another rak`ah to his prayer, then say the salam then do the prostration of forgetfulness.
Omitting an obligatory part of the prayer – such as if he omits an obligatory part and moves on to the next part of the prayer. For example, he forgets to say Subhan Rabbiy al-A’la (Glory be to my Lord Most High) and he does not until he has got up from prostrating. In this case he has omitted an obligatory part of the prayer by mistake, so he should carry on with his prayer then do the prostration of forgetfulness before saying the salam, because when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) omitted the first tashahhud he carried on with his prayer and did not go back and repeat anything, then he did the prostration of forgetfulness before saying the salam.
How to offer Sujud as-Sahw when you are uncertain
In the case of being uncertain, such as if a person is not sure if he has done something extra or omitted something, e.g., he is not sure whether he has prayed three rak`ahs or four, one of the following two scenarios must apply:
Either he thinks that one or the other is more likely to be case, whether it is doing more or omitting something, in which case he should proceed on the basis of what he thinks is more likely to be the case, complete his prayer accordingly, then do the prostration of forgetfulness after saying the salam;
Or neither appears more likely to be the case, so he should proceed on the basis of what is certain, namely the lesser amount, and complete his prayer accordingly, then do the prostration of forgetfulness before saying the salam.
For example: a man prays Zuhr then he is not sure whether he is praying the third or fourth rak`ah, but he thinks it more likely that it is the third. So he should pray another rak`ah, then say the salam, then do the prostration of forgetfulness.
An example of when neither seems to him more likely to be the case is when a man is praying Zuhr and is not sure whether he is in the third rak`ah or the fourth, and neither seems to him more likely to be the case. In that case he should proceed on the basis of what is certain, which is the lesser amount. So he should regard it as the third rak`ah, then do another rak`ah and do the prostration of forgetfulness before saying the salam.
Thus it becomes clear that sujud as-sawh should be done before the salam if you have omitted one of the obligatory parts of the prayer or if you are not sure how many rak`ahs you have done, and neither of the two choices seems more likely to be the case. And it should be done after the salam if you have added something extra to the prayer or you are not certain but one of the two choices seems more likely to be the case. This calculation is most likely correct
The net pay will be between 120k to 130k can't be higher than that. And as for the contributory pension, employer pays 10% while 8% is taken from the employee's salary
Mercylike: Tax matter and payroll no easy ooo. Many people are just giving different figures.. I am totally confused
He already called the HR but she said they would discuss when he gets to office next week...
So he wants to know now before he approaches the HR to get explanation
Note: he got his first pay of 127k...and he thinks it is wrong as he expected 130k upward ..
Besides, employers pension contribution; is it supposed to be taken from the staff salary or the company pays that separate?

Rashduct4luv: Question
I am a 24 year old girl. I fell in love, no dates, no meetings involved, pure love to a pure religious person. He promised to marry me and asked me to wait for him as his circumstances are difficult. I do not that he called me more than once. I asked him not to call me; because I feel this is wrong, although I love him. I felt that our love started going in the direction, he agreed to this feeling, and respected my opinion. He just sends me E-mails every so often via internet, so that I know his news. We have been in this love relationship for one year. I know this person and his family, and they know us well as well. I love him for Allah’s sake and sure he loves me as well. The problem is that I started receiving proposals, about 8 so far. Everytime I refuse because I promised to wait for him. Now I am confused, is what I am doing halal or haram? I pray, Alhamdulillah, all obligatory and optional prayers, and pray qiyam in the night as well; I fear I lose my good deeds because of what I am doing. Is a pure chaste love haram? Is my love for him halal or haram?
Summary of answer Correspondence and between men and women is one of the doors that lead to fitnah (temptation). However, it is not haram for a man or woman to like a specific person whom he or she chooses to be a spouse, and feel love for that person and want to marry them if possible.
Praise be to Allah.
Man-woman relationship in Islam
First of all I ask Allah to guide you and grant you happiness, and I ask Him to increase the numbers of girls like you who are keen to maintain chastity and purity and adhere to the sacred limits of Allah in their affairs, among the most important of which are emotional relationships that many people take lightly, so they overstep the mark and transgress the sacred limits of Allah, and Allah tests them with problems that we read about and hear of, in which there is a lesson for every Muslim and for every wise person.
You should note that correspondence and between the sexes is one of the doors that lead to fitnah (temptation). Shari’ah is filled with evidence which indicates that it is essential to beware of falling into the traps of the shaytan in this matter. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw a young man merely looking at a young woman, he turned his head so as to make him look away, then he said: “I saw a young man and a young woman, and I did not trust the shaytan not to tempt them.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (885) and classed as hasan by al-Albani in Sahih al-Tirmidhi.
Hence you did well to cut off with this young man, and we hope that you will stop corresponding too, because correspondence is one of the greatest doors to corruption that have been opened for people nowadays....
Feeling of love: Allowed?
This does not mean that it is haram for a man or woman to like a specific person whom he or she chooses to be a spouse, and feel love for that person and want to marry them if possible. Love has to do with the heart, and it may appear in a person’s heart for reasons known or unknown. But if it is because of mixing or looking or haram conversations, then it is also haram. If it is because of previous acquaintance, being related or because of hearing about that person, and one cannot ward it off, then there is nothing wrong with that love, so long as one adheres to the sacred limits set by Allah.
Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“If love develops for a reason that is not haram, a person cannot be blamed for that, such as one who loves his wife or his slave woman, then he leaves her but that love remains and does not leave him. He is not to be blamed for that. The same applies if he glances accidentally then looks away, but love may settle in his heart without him wanting it to. But he has to ward it off and look away.” (Rawdat al-Muhibbin, p. 147)
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“A person may hear that a woman is of good character and virtuous and knowledgeable, so he may want to marry her. Or a woman may hear that a man is of good character and virtuous and knowledgeable and religiously committed, so she may want to marry him. But between the two who ire one another in ways that are not Islamically acceptable is the problem, which leads to disastrous consequences. In this case it is not permissible for the man to get in touch with the woman or for the woman to get in touch with the man, and say that he wants to marry her. Rather he should tell her wali (guardian) that he wants to marry her, or she should tell her wali that she wants to marry him, as ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) did when he offered his daughter Hafsah in marriage to Abu Bakr and ‘Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them both). But if the woman s the man directly, this is what leads to fitnah (temptation).” (Liqa-at al-Bab il-Maftuh (26/question no. 13)
Useful tips
Our advice to you is that it is essential to stop corresponding with this young man, and tell him that he has to propose to you through your wali, if he really does want to get married. He should not regard his material circumstances or anything else as a barrier. The matter is simple, in sha Allah, and if a person is content with little, Allah will make him independent of means by His grace and bounty. He should at least your wali and do the shar’i marriage contract, and if the consummation is delayed there is nothing wrong with that. But if it remains as a promise to get married, and correspondence continues between you on that basis, this – according to the rulings of shari’ah and the experience of real life – is a wrong path that opens the door to sin and corruption. You can be certain that you will never find happiness except by obeying Allah and adhering to the limits set by His shari’ah. The permissible ways are sufficient and there is no need for haram means, but we make it hard for ourselves and the shaytan takes advantage of that.
Don’t delay marriage
Your delay in getting married is very harmful for you. You are getting older and this young man’s circumstances are not improving; you are not marrying him and you are not marrying anyone else. Beware of delaying, for that will only cause harm. You should realize that one of these men who have proposed marriage may be more religiously committed and righteous than that young man, and there may be far greater love with him than there is between you and that young man.
And Allah knows best.

Allāh's aid is sought
akinsmail51:
“Hardships have an end whose time is known only to Allaah."
So, anyone experiencing them has no choice but to be patient until that time is up. Losing patience before that time will not help anything. Patience is a must, but it is useless without prayer.
The one praying should not be hasty, and should instead engage in worship through patience, prayers, and submission to the All-Wise…
The hasty one is infringing on the function of the Planner, and this is not the proper position of a servant to be in.
The best position to be in is to accept your fate, and this demands patience. To beg constantly in prayer is the most reliable recourse.
Opposition to fate is forbidden, and infringes on the function of the Planner. Understand these points, and your hardship will be much easier to deal with…”
