Yep, CBT is just exam, those that make it to the shortlist will then go for physical screening, and most of those ones didn't even go for the CBT sef.

President Buhari have already signed it,,.. it was even sent to salary and wage commission, currently they're doing a paperwork after that all officer's will start receiving New salary around 350k to 400k,,,. From the source
