I believe it's normal to talk to your self when alone, you are not going insane brother, just that, you might do them sometimes without you being fully aware if it, say an involuntary action, it's like that for every average person, some do say it's a touch of madness, I believe it is just the brain trying to keep you active, because it very difficult to be awake and your mind is not functioning, you mind will always try to find something to work on even things that might look off point, if you are the type that is always busy with something even when alone then it will be very difficult to experience such, just as you said you are always alone and an introvert....

Pls how can I overcome this act of talking while am alone .I did not notice this until of recent my friend told me he was all listening to what am saying while he was at the door before knocking and my Room mate also approached me before the election break that why do i laugh and talk alone and that even today he heard me talking at the bathroom .I told him I will stop he said that it will be hard to overcome.so I started noticing my activities and I discovered that what they awer saying is True ,because I even create my own jokes and start laughing at them . I don't know the cause of this was it because that I was always alone and introverted. I am 24 going to 24

I started to shut my self off whenever I start but it's hard pls who has any recommendation for me to overcome this became I don't want it to grow to the extent that people may think am insane.
